1 The NEW Leader System I will now explain an exciting new system I just came up with. It is actually an updated version of the Leader System that I had a while back. That system was based on the last 60 numbers that hit. This one is based on the last 40 numbers that hit. (You can use this system ANY time unlike my coding system which you can only use on Saturday night). To identify the Leader in New York right now, I will use the last 40 numbers that hit New York starting from tonight (April 3): 372, 452, 343, etc. I will enter these 40 numbers into the Visual Digit Distribution-40 program (you can also use the regular Visual Distribution program just make sure you get the distribution of the last 40 numbers). You can do this workout ANY DAY of the week. However, wait for the Leader to change (it will be the same for a few days). You will have to enter the last 40 numbers into the Visual Distribution program and check the first three digits to see if the Leader has changed or not. 8 The Leader in New York now is 234. I can check again tomorrow or the day after to see if it has changed. I check by entering the most recent 40 numbers into the Visual program and looking at the first three digits. 9 What To Do Next Find out what the Leader is in your state right now. You find out by entering the last 40 numbers that hit into the Visual Distribution program. Get the Leader and enter it into the Plus/Minus program; this is your first playlist. It will usually have 11 numbers. Then enter these 11 numbers into the (regular) Visual Distribution program to identify the hottest five digits. Enter these five digits into the Wheeling Program to get a playlist of 10 numbers. These two playlists (Plus/Minus and from the Wheeling Program) are good for the next 7 days. You can check every day or every other day to see if the Leader is the same or if it has changed.
