Touch Football Australia (TFA) will be continuing to use an online registration system for TFA Competitions. But they will be rolling out a standardised procedure administered by the national office for future competitions. The system is designed to save the Team Contact and TFA Competition Staff valuable time. With any new initiative, there may be some difficulties in the transition process but hope to have your cooperation and patience with this matter. Team Registration 1. To register your team, please visit the following link https://reg.sportingpulse.com/v5/regoform.cgi?aid=13437&formid=15081 2. Click on New Team Registration and Continue.
3. The following data is required from all participants: a. Team Name b. Contact Person c. Address Line 1 d. Suburb e. State f. Postal Code g. Phone h. Email i. Contact Person 2 j. Contact Email 2 k. Competition to join 4. You will be unable to register your team until all the compulsory fields are complete. 5. You will also be require to tick a box indicating that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions Confirmation (Team Contact) 6. After you have registered your team online, a message will be displayed as follows.
7. It will give you the opportunity to invite team members to register online as required. 8. It will also pass on log-in details if you would prefer to do this yourself. 9. An email will also be sent if you wish to pass on this information at a later date. 10. Once your nomination has been received, you will be contacted by the TFA Staff to advise you of the following: a. invoice for payment your nomination cannot be confirmed until payment is received b. depending on the number of teams nominating, you may not be able to join your preferred competition
Confirmation (TFA Staff) 11. TFA Staff will get a copy of the email confirmation as well as being able to find this information out online. Individual Registration (by Individual) 12. To register yourself, please visit https://reg.sportingpulse.com/v5/regoform.cgi?aid=13437&formid=15082 13. You will require your Team Code to progress. You can contact your Team Contact or TFA if you do not know this information. 14. Click on I m registering for the first time, enter your Team Code and Continue 15. Your Team Name and Team Contact will be listed. If it displays incorrect information, you may have the wrong code. 16. The following data is required from all participants: a. First Name * b. Parent / Guardian 1 Email 17. Parent / Guardian information is only required for individuals that are under 18 years of age. Where a player is under 18 years of age, their Online Player Registration must be completed by their parent or legal guardian. 18. Some fields are compulsory (marked with an asterix) and you will be unable to register your team until all the compulsory fields are complete. 19. You will also be require to tick a box indicating that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions which are listed in the Participant Declaration. Confirmation (Individual) 20. After you have registered yourself online, a message will be displayed as follows.
21. You should receive a confirmation via email if your registration has been successful 22. If you are playing for multiple teams or know your username and password from previous online registration. You can click on I want to join my team, and I know my username and password Confirmation (TFA Staff) 23. TFA Staff will get a copy of the email confirmation as well as being able to find this information out online. Issues 24.
