Identifying Your Product Using the Serial Number To make sure you have the correct service parts diagrams, you must verify the serial number of your Rear Projection SMART Board 000i-DVX interactive whiteboard. Look at the rear of the cabinet, and the serial number will be on a small white sticker on the top left side of the projector platform. An example of the serial number is shown below.
