We have updated the 2013 Chaperone Planning Guide! The Chaperone Planning Guide contains EVERYTHING you need to know in order to plan your visit with us. MAKE SURE YOUR GRADS DON T MISS A THING! On select nights throughout the Grad Nite Season, Disneyland Park will remain open past Disney California Adventure Park so that it can transition to the Grad Nite Private Party. To ensure your Grads don t miss a thing, please encourage them to make their way to Disney California Adventure Park at published park closing time to kick-off their event. This transition time

would also be a great time for you to check-in with your Grads. Park hour information can be found at www.disneyland.com. TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS Upon receipt of your final payment and ticket order, you will be receiving your Grad Nite wristbands to the address we have on file for your school/organization. Note: Grad Nite Wristbands will be arriving with your Grad Nite tickets. To avoid any lost wristbands, please hold on to all wristbands until ready to depart for Disneyland. Please make sure all your students are wearing their wristbands on their right arm prior to arrival. All Grad Nite participants are required to wear their Grad Nite wristband on their right arm for entry into the private Grad Nite event, including Chaperones, Chaperones will also be required to wear an additional yellow wristband on their right arm. Chaperones must be wearing both wristbands for access to the private party and Chaperone Headquarters (Golden Vine Winery), our Chaperone only location. If for whatever reason you need to pick up wristbands the day of your event, please have your Grad Nite ticket ready and visit the Guest Service Building, located to the left of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance. A Cast Member will be able to assist you there. GRAD NITE AGREEMENT AND TICKET ORDER FORM The Grad Nite agreement is designed to provide you with detailed information about your school s participation in Grad Nite at the Disneyland Resort. As of March 23 rd, all Agreements and Ticket Order Forms for schools booked BEFORE March 21 st have been emailed. If you have not received your agreement yet - or if you have questions about the agreement- please contact the Ticket Sales and Services Office at (714) 520-7053. Please note that if you recently saved the date your agreement will arrive within 7 days. Your agreement is for your reference. Please send back only your ticket order form with 100% full pre-payment. When is payment due? Before a Ticket Order can be fulfilled, one hundred percent (100%) prepayment is due 45 days prior to your Event to guarantee your order for all Grad Nite Park Hopper Tickets and Wristbands and Chaperone Tickets. Your organizations order form will be your invoice. All payments must be made by

either credit card, a school check or cashier s check drawn on a U.S. bank payable to Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, and forwarded by registered mail, return receipt requested, to: Disneyland Resort Ticket Sales and Services 190 Center Street Promenade, WFB-TC Anaheim, CA 92805 Again, tickets and wristbands will not be sent until your signed ticket order form AND full payment is received. Do I need to sell my tickets so I have an exact number of students prior to my mailing in my payment? We ask that you hold on to your Ticket Order Form until you have sold tickets and are ready to send in full payment. Don t worry about selling to your original estimation on your application. Simply indicate your new total on the Ticket Order Form and we will adjust your ticket fulfillment according to your final order and payment. If you need to drastically adjust the number of Grads and Guests (excluding Chaperones) that you anticipate bringing, please contact the Grad Nite Office as soon as possible so that we can make updates to your reservation. 2013 FORMS 2013 Chaperone Cell Phone Form: This form will be emailed to you directly. If you have already received your agreement and have yet to submit your form, please take a moment to review, complete and return this FORM VIA E-MAIL to Jeanie.Barrett@disney.com or FAX to 818-260- 8840 BY APRIL 29, 2013. 2013 Early Release Form: NEW FOR 2013! You will no longer need an exceptions form for anything other than early release from the private Grad Nite party for groups 10 and up. If any of your Students and/or Chaperones has to leave the private Grad Nite party prior to 3AM, please request an EARLY RELEASE FORM the night of your event from a Guest Relations Cast Member at Chaperone Headquarters, located

at Golden Vine Winery in Disney California Adventure. Early Release forms can be completed any time during the Grad Nite private party by a Chaperone. NEW FOR 2013! If more than ten people in your group will be leaving the private party early, please contact Jeanie Barrett for a Group Early Release form. All other Early Releases can be handled at Chaperone Headquarters night of event. For questions regarding Early Release forms, please contact Jeanie Barrett at jeanie.barrett@disney.com GRAD NITE BRANDED PHOTOPASS CARDS! Disney's PhotoPass Service is a picture-perfect way for Grads to get everyone in the frame and to capture magical memories during their Grad Nite experience! This year, Grads can receive their special Grad Nite 2013 branded PhotoPass card, courtesy of Honda, from any Disney PhotoPass Photographer and load it with photos all day long. Select PhotoPass locations will also be available during the private party- make sure to check out the Grad Nite Map for locations. Once home, Grads can register for this complimentary service to view their photos online, and to share their images with friends and family through email and Facebook. Don t forget to keep the card as a souvenir of your Grad Nite experience! WHAT S NEXT? May You will receive arrival reminders and more event related information. CHAPERONE PLANNING GUIDE The 2013 Chaperone Planning Guide is here! We have included an electronic copy in this email, and will also post a downloadable copy on our website at www.disneylandgradnite.com under Chaperone Information. You can also find all of the previous Chaperone Newsletters in this location for you to download.

The Planning Guide contains everything you need to know about Disneyland Grad Nite to assist in your trip planning. The Planning Guide is designed to be a living document, and will be updated as event offerings are confirmed. We will let you know when when we have updates to the Planning Guide. GRAD NITE AGREEMENT AND TICKET ORDER FORM GRAD NITE AGREEMENT AND TICKET ORDER FORMS HAVE JUST BEGUN DEPLOYMENT. As of today, March 6 th, schools and groups who booked prior to Febraury 26 th, 2013 and are arriving on May 9 th, May 10 th, May 11 th, May 16 th, and May 17 th have had their Agreements and Ticket Order Forms emailed to them If you booked with us prior to February 26 th, 2013 and you are coming on one of the above dates and have not received your Agreement and Ticket Order Form, please email us at dlr.grad.nite@disney.com Agreements and Ticket Order Forms will continue to be emailed out each day for all bookings that have been submitted to us prior to February 26 th, 2013. We are hoping to complete all remaining dates for schools that submitted their applications to us prior to February 26 th by mid March. After all Agreements and Ticket Order Forms have been emailed to all bookings for all dates that were submitted to us prior to February 26 th, 2013, we will begin to run a new submissions report once a week and will deploy Agreement and Ticket Order Forms to newly signed up schools. The Grad Nite agreement is designed to provide you with detailed information about your school s participation in Grad Nite at the Disneyland Resort. please contact the Ticket Sales and Services Office at (714) 520-7053.

2013 FORMS 2013 Chaperone Cell Phone Form: This form will be emailed to you directly from Jeanie Barrett. These forms are deployed in the same manner as the agreements. For safety and Security, we kindly ask that you fill the cell phone form out electronically and either print and fax or email it back to jeanie.barrett@disney.com so that we can clearly read all phone numbers. 2013 Exceptions/Early Release Form: We no longer require an Early Release form be filled out in advance for groups less than 10 who need to leave the private party early. If you have a student who needs to leave early, please see a Guest Relations Cast Member in Chaperone Headquarters (location TBD) and fill out an Early Release form for your student. You will then take this form to a Main Entrance Cast Member, who will allow you to exit Disney California Adventure. We ask that you then walk the student out to meet a waiting Parent/Guardian before returning to the park. 2013 Parent/Student Acknowledgment Form: We no longer require a Parent Student Acknowledgment form, though we encourage schools/groups to conduct their own to encourage all Grads to be on their best behavior. ADVERTISING GRAD NITE Here are a few suggestions on how to get the word out about Grad Nite at your school: 1. Include a Grad Nite message in the morning announcements or daily bulletin.

2. Advertise where tickets can be purchased in the school newspaper. We have included a press release on the event in this email that you can use to publicize Grad Nite 2013! 3. Put a link to the Grad Nite Facebook (facebook.com/disneylandgradnite) on your school s website. 4. Include a Grad Nite message on your school marquee. 5. Run a Grad Nite promotion on your closed-circuit TV. SECURITY UPDATE Disneyland Grad Nite is a drug, alcohol, and weapon-free event. We are continuing to explore the necessary processes to maintain a safe and secure celebration, both during the day time portion when students can park hop, as well as for the private lock in party in the evening. Our world class security team will be staffed up for all Grad Nite days and Anaheim Law Enforcement will be present during the event and will take appropriate actions if drugs, alcohol, drug paraphernalia or weapons are found. Please make sure all Students and Chaperones are aware of these guidelines before boarding transportation to the event. Alcohol, illegal drugs, and weapons are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort at any time. Suggested Guideline for Schools: Students who have been recommended for expulsion or who have had serious disciplinary action will not be considered students in good standing and therefore should not be permitted to participate in Disneyland Grad Nite. It is the responsibility of the school to determine that all Students participating in Grad Nite are in good standing prior to arrival. We intend for 2013 to maintain an excellence in safety and security. Please help us help you by conducting your own thorough Security screening prior to departure and arrival at the Disneyland Resort for faster and smoother processing once at the Main Entrance and a safer event for everyone. Every month, we will offer you helpful hints and tips to assist you in executing a smooth and successful celebration. We hope you ll take a few minutes and read the content as many topics will be covered and questions will be answered. WHAT SHOULD I HAVE RECEIVED? Currently, you should have received a confirmation letter or email stating your reserved Grad Nite date. You should also have received your Grad Nite Promotional Materials for your internal sales efforts. If you have recently signed up for Grad Nite and have not yet received your Promotional Materials, we will be sending them to you in our next round of mailings. If you haven t received any promotional items by March, please give us a call- we may not have your most up to date mailing address in our system. WHEN DO I PAY? Your Grad Nite Agreement and Ticket Order Form will arrive electronically. Agreements are currently in process. You should receive your Agreement and Ticket Order Form via email within the next three weeks. If you do not receive it via email by March, please call the Grad Nite office at 1800-232-7980. When is payment due? In February, the Grad Nite Office will be deploying your Grad Nite Event Agreement and Ticket Order Form. Please do not submit your Ticket Order Form until you have full payment. We ask that as soon as you have full payment; please submit your order and we will ship out your tickets and wristbands as soon as it is processed. In 2013, attendance for all events is limited. If you have received this email, you are currently scheduled and reserved on the date you received confirmation for. Tickets must be purchased in advance and at least 45 days prior to your event to guarantee your participation and ticket fulfillment. Until that date, we will continue to hold your reservation. Again, you can expect to receive your Grad Nite Event Agreement in mid/late February. This document will highlight this payment procedure. If at any time you have questions over the procedure, please reach out to the Grad Nite Office. We're more than happy to assist you through our new process. We will be sending out Student & Chaperone Information to your attention. This information should be distributed to students and chaperones to help them stay better informed about their upcoming Grad Nite experience. With the country s biggest graduation party celebrating its 52 nd year, the Grad Nite program is excited to announce new enhancements for 2013 and beyond. As some procedures are adjusted to accommodate the new enhancements, the Grad Nite Team wants you to know we are here for YOU in any way and are excited to work together to ensure a memorable night for the class of 2013. Every month, we will offer you helpful hints and tips to assist you in executing a smooth and successful celebration. We hope you ll take a few minutes and read the content as many topics will be covered and questions will be answered. NEW FOR 2013: All of our newsletters will be put on our website for your convenience at www.disneylandgradnite.com under Chaperone Information Currently, you should have received your date confirmation acknowledgement via email for your reserved Grad Nite date. Your hardcopy confirmation for your files is forthcoming- if you have not received your hardcopy confirmation, expect it within the next two weeks. If you have not received either confirmation from us, please email dlr.grad.nite@disney.com. WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING RIGHT NOW TO PROMOTE AND ADVERTISE GRAD NITE 2013? Here are a few suggestions on how to get the word out at your school about Grad Nite: 11. Include a Grad Nite message in the morning announcements or daily bulletin. 12. Advertise where tickets can be purchased in the school newspaper. 13. Put a link to the Grad Nite Facebook (Disneyland Grad Nite) on your school s website and encourage all your Grads to follow and connect with other Grads who are also coming. 14. Include a Grad Nite message on your school marquee. 15. Run a Grad Nite promotion on your closed-circuit TV. Reminder: You may also visit www.disneylandgradnite.com for an online version of our 2013 promotional video. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS MONTH- JANUARY! NEW FORMAT!

In 2012, the Grad Nite program was excited to announce all new enhancements to our program that allows your seniors more time, more flexibility and more room for celebrating this once-in-a-lifetime experience. We will be continuing with this popular new format in 2013. New for 2013! The Disneyland Grad Nite Private party moves to Disney California Adventure Park! Not only will grads have private access to the world class attractions at Disney California Adventure Park, but, for the first time ever, Grads can cruise into our newest land at the Disneyland Resort- Cars Land, inspired by the Disney*Pixar movie Cars! For only $69.00, seniors will still have the opportunity to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park at any time during the day as part of their Grad Nite visit. They will receive a Park Hopper Ticket allowing them a full day to experience both Disney Parks! Once Disney California Adventure Park closes to the general public (closing times TBD), we will kick-off the exclusive, secure and private party and we won't stop until 3 a.m! This new enhancement allows schools to customize their visit with us. Come early and enjoy all that Disneyland Park has to offer before entering Disney California Adventure Park for your private, safe and secure exclusive Grad Nite party that evening. Graduating the same day as your event? No problem! Come later in the day just for the Grad Nite event! It's completely up to you and what works best for the needs of your school. 2013 EVENT AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE! In March, the Grad Nite Office will be deploying your Grad Nite Event Agreement and Ticket Order Form. Please sign and return just the Ticket Order Form, with full payment, no less than 45 days prior to your arrival date. In 2013, attendance for all events is limited. If you have received this email, you are currently scheduled and reserved on the date you received confirmation for. Tickets are available on a firstcome, first-serve basis. Tickets must be purchased in advance and at least 45 days prior to your event to guarantee your participation and ticket fulfillment. Until that date, we will continue to hold your reservation. You will not be held responsible for any unsold tickets from your reservation- we will simply adjust your ticket fulfillment according to your final payment. If you need to adjust the number of Grads and Guests (excluding Chaperones) that you anticipate bringing, please contact the Grad Nite Office as soon as possible so that we can make updates to your tickets on application. Again, you can expect to receive your Grad Nite Event Agreement in February. This document will highlight our new payment procedure that implemented last year. If at any time you have questions over the new procedure, please reach out to the Grad Nite Office. We're more than happy to assist you through our new process. CHAPERONE ADMISSION/INFORMATION!

As always, a minimum purchase of ten (10) Student tickets is required to attend the event. Groups with 10-39 students will receive 2 complimentary Chaperone tickets. Groups with 40 students and beyond will receive complimentary Chaperone tickets based on a 1:20 ratio. If you need additional Chaperone tickets, they can be purchased at the student price of $69 and should be indicated on the ticket order form. CAN I COME WITH MY ANNUAL PASS? The Disneyland Grad Nite ticket is only valid on day of event. Participants must have a Disneyland Grad Nite ticket and a Disneyland Grad Nite wristband as a valid form of admission- no Annual Passes will be accepted for entry into the Grad Nite event. Entry cannot be combined with any other Park offers, complimentary tickets or Annual Passports. TIPS! We are currently revamping your greatest tool for planning Grad Nite- The Grad Nite Chaperone Planning Guide. The Chaperone Planning Guide will live on our website, www.disneylandgradnite.com. Please expect the guide to go live in February- we ll be sure to let you all know that it s up so that you can get started on planning your trip! Can t print it out?
