Service catalog Sirris IT This catalog contains all IT related material obtained and serviced by the IT department of Sirris. The lifespan of the material is 36 months for laptops and 24 months for smartphones. The installed procedures will be used to replace the material at the end of the lifespan. All IT material should be obtained via the IT service. In case of special needs the manager of the department should take contact with the IT service to discuss the needs and to translate them into services and material.
