1) Once logged into PCM, Inc. registration page you will be prompted to register your dental office. (It is recommended to utilize a generic company email address since this one cannot be edited and if an employee changes roles the email address can stay with the office)
2) After registering your dental office you will need to create a log in and password. If your company name is the dentist s name, then please use the name of the dentist in the company section.
3) Once an account is created you will be taken to a confirmation page thanking you for successfully creating an account.
4) The next page will be the PCM home page where you need to add your default shipping to address. The arrow below shows where you can click on the add link.
5) Click the create button to add a default shipping address.
6) Fill out all required fields and click the save button. Please ensure that the ship to information includes company name, contact first and last name, address, phone number and email address of the Dental Office. All licensing orders will be processed using the shipping details as the end user for the license. If the shipping details contain personal rather than business details the order may be rejected by the manufacturer or result in the license being processed for an individual leaving the business non compliant.
7) Once completed you will be directed to the ship to confirmation page.
8) By clicking on the PCM logo at the top of the page you will be forwarded to the home page for PCM and Trojan Dentist EPP. On this page you will see the recommended Microsoft licenses or retail box products. Please select the ones your office needs. Entering the desired quantity and clicking add to cart. Once the cart is complete click the checkout button to complete the order. Microsoft licenses must be purchases in a minimum of 5 licenses each. Youu can combine any 5 license products too complete the minimum. Example, if you have 3 computers and you want to upgrade both the Windows OS and Microsoft Office on all machines, that would be 6 licenses total and would meet the minimum. If you have only one or two computers to upgrade then the retail box product is recommended.
9) Once cart is complete with desired items click the checkout button to start the checkout process.
10) Select the Add Payment Method button to add your credit card information.
11) Fill out credit card information and click save changes. The credit card information needs to match the billing information for that credit card.
After saving the credit information you will be prompted to add the security code from the back of the credit card. After entering in the security code you will click the Submit Your Order Now button.
12) After submitting your order you will then receive your order number. Please retain for your records and for any follow up needed.
