KM692K KELOX BUS room thermostat - Digital The KELOX BUS system is the intelligent individual room control unit of the future for maximum comfort and energy efficiency for surface temperature control The control unit of the system is the KM692K KELOX BUS room thermostat - Digital in a modern design. With comprehensive functionality for access to all room-specific and system-specific parameters, as well as precise temperature recording, it allows the setup of perfectly coordinated individual room control for maximum user comfort. Via the bus connection, it ensures the bi-directional data interchange with the KM693 bus connection unit for the retrieval of numerous status messages, as well as their display on the large, clearly laid out display. It is operated using a rotary knob with a pushturn mechanism and fine detent, as well as the clearly laid out, language-neutral indicator of the high-quality display. Performance features Flat design and small dimensions (86 mm x 86 mm x 26.5 mm) Self-explanatory, language-neutral operation and user guidance Large, clearly laid out LC display with backlighting (60 mm x 40 mm) High-quality design disk made of scratch-resistant plastic Fast, delay-free data communication via bus connection 3 menu levels (lifestyle functions, parameters and service) for more safety Limitation of the adjustment range of the room temperature Adjustment range 5... 30 C High-quality design Permanent display of room temperature, system time and operating state Comfortable operation with a rotary knob (push-turn mechanism) with fine, dynamic catch) The KE KELIT product quality ensures easy, intuitive installation, operation and maintenance of the entire system. Function For the convenience of the user and for energy optimisation, numerous system functions and parameters can be set using the room control unit. A three-section menu structure (lifestyle functions, parameters and service) guarantees that no important settings are accidentally adjusted even a separate reset of parameter and service levels to factory settings is possible. The area for installers (service) is also protected against unauthorised access with a PIN code. Displays The KELOX BUS room thermostat - Digital shines with a functional, language-neutral display. The internationally understandable symbols guarantee intuitive operation. Use The rotary knob enables convenient navigation through the intuitive menu structure of room control unit. By turning to the right or left, switching takes place between various functions, by pressing the rotary knob, these are activated, deactivated and selected for further parameterisation. The fine detent of the rotary knob always provides a high-quality feel, from which the navigation is perceptible for the user. Among others, the following functions/parameters are available in the three menus. Lifestyle functions Parameter Service protected from third-party access with PIN code (1234) Individual, optimum coordination of the system using system parameters, such as Party function for hour-by-hour deactivation of the temperature reduction. Presence for use of the heating time programs from the weekend also non working days (e.g. in case of sickness or holiday at home) Daytime, night, automatic operating modes Switch-off of the room temperature controller and consequently the regular operation (the frost protection mode is activated automatically) Holiday mode for lowering to a predefined holiday temperature and consequently saving energy Child lock for protection from accidental adjustment and incorrect operation Selection of pre-defined lifestyle time programs (any desired change possible using online parameterisation tool) Separate selection of the desired temperature for various programs, such as daytime/night, ECO and holiday Setting of the floor temperature (floor sensor required) Limitation of the adjustable room temperature Date & time for the entire system Display of the software versions of the room control unit, base station and web interface of the base station Reset of the user parameters - Setting of the heating system used for each zone (e.g. underfloor heating, radiator, convector, etc.) - Blocking of switch outputs based on the activated operating mode (heating/cooling) - Active heating/cooling switching - Activate/deactivate Smart Start function - Define activation locks with/without PIN - Set correction of the actual value recording - Global switch-over of the direction of operation of the system (currentless-open / currentlessclosed) - Set frost protection temperature - Block heating/cooling for individual zones - Switch between Fahrenheit/Celsius - Set numerous pump/boiler parameters Comfort programs Smart-Start/-Stop mode Comfort programs contain pre-defined heating times, which can be used for working days (1-5) or the weekend (6-7). Outside of the heating times, the system switches to night mode (reduction mode). Select the comfort programs in the Parameter menu. The Smart-Start/-Stop mode of the system calculates the required lead times, so that the required temperature is available at the start and end time of the heating programs. Program Comfort time 1 Comfort time 2 P0 05:30 21:00 P1 04:30 08:30 17:30 21:30 P2 06:30 10:00 18:00 22:00 P3 07:30 17:30 You can create individual comfort programs using the web interface at www.ezr-home.de and transfer them to the receiver using a MicroSD card.
