INEDU-GOV Inovatívne vzdelávanie pracovníkov samosprávy Východiská projektu Slovensko je v súčasnosti v rámci informatizácie a elektronizácie jedným z najslabších členov EÚ. Jednou z príčin tohto stavu je nedostatok technologickej infraštruktúry a digitalizovaného obsahu a nedostatok zručností IKT najmä na úrovni verejnej správy. Elektronické vzdelávacie služby využíva menej než 4 % zamestnancov, čo je približne trikrát menej, ako je priemer EÚ. Situácia je podobná aj v iných oblastiach elektronických služieb. Nutným predpokladom a paralelným procesom zavádzania elektronických služieb je pripravenosť pracovníkov a vybavenosť odpovedajúcimi zručnosťami v oblasti IKT, komunikačných zručností a vedenia zamestnancov u manažmentu jednotlivých organizácií. Ciele projektu Cieľom projektu je zvýšiť kvalitu poskytovaných služieb pracovníkmi MsÚ a organizácií v pôsobnosti MsÚ - zvýšiť počítačovú gramotnosť a vzdelanosť pracovníkov verejnej správy, pripraviť cieľové skupiny formou prezenčných školení a formou dištančných - e-learningových kurzov. Získať medzinárodný certifikát European Computer Driving Licence (ďalej ECDL) resp. ECDL štart pre pracovníkov samosprávy ako prostriedku štandardizácie IKT zručností v najpoužívanejších moduloch ECDL Získať jazykové zručnosti pre vybraných pracovníkov, rozvíjať prehlbovanie a formovanie všetkých jazykových zručností INEDU-GOV Inovative education of public officers Starting point of project Regarding the informatization and information systems, Slovakia is one of the weakest EU members. One of the reasons of this status is lack of the technological infrastructure and digital contents, as well as lack of IT skills, mainly on the level of public administration. Electronic educational services are used by less than 4 % of the employees, which is approx. three times less than the EU average. The situation in other fields of electronic services is similar. The qualification of the employees and possession of respective skills in the field of IT, as well as communication skills and management skills of the employees of the respective institutions are a prerequisite and a parallel process of the introduction of electronic services. The aims of the project The aim of the project is to increase the quality of provided services for the employees of the Municipal office and the organizations acting within their scope - to increase information literacy and qualification of the public administration employees, prepare the target groups for the ECDL testing through the direct training courses and distant training e- learning courses. To achieve ECDL certification, or basic ECDL for the public administration employees, as the means of the standardization of IT skills in the most frequently used ECDL modules To acquire language knowledge for chosen employees, to deepen and shape all language skills 1

Posilniť komunikačné zručnosti a zefektívniť každodennú činnosť zamestnancov v oblasti kontaktu s občanmi a návštevníkmi mesta Posilniť manažérske schopnosti, vedomosti a zručnosti manažmentu verejnej správy pri vedení ľudí zameraných na poskytovanie služieb občanom Posilniť systém kvality ISO, preškoliť pracovníkov v rámci zdokonaľovania kvality poskytovaných služieb Zdokonalenie a zefektívnenie fungovania orgánov verejnej správy, zvýšenie kvality a modernizácie samosprávy, zabezpečenie možností pre neustále zvyšovanie vzdelanosti zamestnancov prostredníctvom elektronického vzdelávania.
