Grid operators CSRES, Corp. was founded in 1995 and has following members: ČEZ Distribution // E.ON Distribution // PRE Distribution // ČEPS ERÚ (Energy Regulatory Office) has been established by the Government and it s CEO has been recruited from Ministry of Industry and Trade OTE (Energy Trade Operator) has been founded and is managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade Former minister of industry and trade, Mr.Tošovský had been CEO to ČEPS, Corp. and has recently rejoined the company at the same post. Advisor to the former minister, Mr.Solc, has been Director of Strategy at ČEPS, Corp. Section of sustainable energetics of Ministry of Environment was abolished by exminister Rút Bízková who had left ODS party in orde to become an independent minister having previously worked at the Nuclear Reasearch Institute in Řež (ČEZ, Corp.) and a spokewomen to the ČEZ coal powerstations.

Legislation Small amendment of the Act No. 180/2005 Sb. Motivation - module prices fall - too attractive FiT FiT will be cut down by more than 5 % in 2011, however, the ROI remains guaranteed at 15 years. ERO has announced it will fully use the limits. Expectations - up to 30 kwp cut down by 10-15 % - over 30 kwp cut down by 30-40 % - there will probably be more categories (over 100 kwp, over 1 MWp)
Legislation Notice 51/2006 Coll. on conditions of connecting was amended by notice No. 81/2010 Coll. in April 2010. Motivation to reduce speculative reservations New conditions: - former reservations could not be prolonged - necessary to make a contract - pre-payment for connection cost (50 % - non-refundable) - connection if there is no need to adapt the grid - less 30 kwp - within180 days - over 30 kwp - within 1 year BARRIER No.4 since 2010
