This is especially important in remote training sessions, so people attending online can stay active in the conversation. As the presenter, you can start with screen-sharing various programs and materials and then add multiple options to keep the experience engaging. For example, you can post an interactive presentation directly in the Lync meeting, giving attendees the ability to annotate documents in real time. This means the team can hold truly interactive training sessions across boundaries, and everyone can participate from wherever they are. That s not all Lync has to offer. As a presenter, you can conduct polls, hold interactive Q&A sessions, and even sketch out your ideas with a whiteboard feature.
