JM AB, JANUARY 2018-NOVEMBER 2018 Role: Test Manager Technologies: Sharepoint, VSTS, MS Teams, Office365 Domain: Construction Monika worked for one year as test manager in a new team that developed and managed a Sharepoint system for planning coming construction. The system was business critical and was used at building construction sites in Sweden, Norway and Finland. In the project a new process map was designed for the organization. Monika helped with the requirements, test and documentation. Monika s responsibilities was to plan, lead and execute tests of the tool and also requirements review. Monika was fast to learn the system and became involved in the team fast. SWEDISH PARLIAMENT, SEPTEMBER 2017 DECEMBER 2017 Role: Technical tester, test analysis Tekniker: Scrum, SharePoint,MindMaps Domain: Authority Monika worked with tests of parliament s business critical system that controls all the work with voting, TV broadcasts and work of the registrars. Monika worked close to the organization and the other testers. Monika showed that she can adapt and understand the work quickly. She was fast and effective. H&M, MARCH 2016 AUGUST 2016 Role: Test coordinator Technologies: Scrum Domain: Trade, web shop Monika worked as test coordinator for a team that worked with test and development of smaller brands of the companyand their web shops. The project was just starting and Monika had to leave due to parental leave. Monika was involved in the planning of the project s requirements and tests. Monika worked a lot with external developers from India and Italy and many meetings were over Skype. Monika showed that she can adapt and understand the work quickly. She was fast and effective. FMV, AUGUST 2012 FEBRUARY 2016 Role: Requiement analyst, Test analyst, Test Manager Technologies: Fenix, Maintenix, MGSS, Testlink, Redmine, Crystal Reports Domain: Defence, flight maintenance Project FENIX, that Monika was part of, worked with customizing the flight maintenance system, Maintenix to Swedish defense needs, but also for the international customers. The functional group, that Monika was part of, worked with requirements for new reports. The group analized the defense organization s requirements and wrote specifications but also helped with tests of the product. During the two last years at FMV Monika worked as test manager for the Upgrade project. The system was going to be upgraded from Maintenix 5 to Maintenix 8. Monika worked close to the FMV and military, external consultants, the system supplier from Canada and the international clients.
Monika was managing, planning and executing the acceptance tests and reporting the results. Monika could easily learn the system and became fast part of the project. Domain: Bank Monika s assignment started just as the poject, the New Private Mobile Bank, was going live. Monika helped with the documentation. The project was agile and the requirements were documented as User Stories and User Journeys and functional descriptions. Monika helped with documentation of the requirement by the traditional RUP-model and converted the requirements into Use Cases, UI-specificationsand Business Rules. These were later submited to the management organization. Due to the short assignment time Monika showed the she can adapt easily. She worked fast and efficiently. She came in to the project in the requirements phase, which abaled her to review the requirements and to help with the use cases and with designing test from requirements. SUN MICROSYSTEMS AB, JUNE 1998 JANUARY 2000 Role: Web developer, GUI-developer, tester Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, Perl, PhotoShop Monika worked in a internal project. The purpose of the project was converting the quality manual, QMS, from FrameMaker into web site. She was part of the development team ond testing of the system. Some of the tasks were design av the quality manual on the web page, creation of the graphical components and controlling that all the functions that the old system had were transferred into the new one. Monika s job needed independence, flexibility and technical knowledge. It was important to learn new tools and technologies fast and Monika managed it well.
