Software KISSlicer Guide 1 Copy KISSlicer Software to your computer STEP 1. Copy Kisslicer software from CD folder 1.) For 32bit Windows -> KISSlicer_Win32_1_1_0 2.) For 64bit Windows -> KISSlicer_Win64_1_1_0 3.) Number of loops = 2 :: (How many shells of object outlines will be extrude) 2.) Infill = 12.5 :: (How solidity of inside structure) 3.) Extrusion Width[mm] = 0.3 :: (How width of plastic extruded from nozzle, usually set as nozzle size) 4.) Infil Extrusion Width[mm] = 0.3 :: (Same as above) 5.) Software KISSlicer Guide 7 KISSlicer - Support settings Follows is Support menu settings which you may changing frequently 1.) Support [Off & On] :: (Button btw Off&On has differ density support can select, often uses "Coarse") 2.) Inflate Support = 1 :: (Support structure will be generated offset 1.0mm from outline of object) 3.) Gap = 1.5 :: (Support structure will be generated apart 1.5mm fomr surface of object) 4.) Support Z-Roof[mm] = -1 :: (Support structure will be generated from bottom to top, if input a +value support structure will only generated from printbed to that value) 5.) Raft = Skirt :: (KISSlicer program will generated extra outline skirt offset from object) 6.) Raft = Grid :: (KISSlicer program will generated extra base layer at bottom of object, often printing ABS will using Grid) 7.) Software KISSlicer Guide 7 KISSlicer - Material settings Follows is Support menu settings which you may changing frequently 1.) Diameter[mm] = 2.95 :: (Set your filament diameter size) 2.) Temperature(Main,First Layer, Keep-Warm, Bed) :: (Set your printing temperature) Printing PLA = (Main = 190, First Layer = 190, Keep-Warm = 190, Bed = 70) Printing ABS = (Main = 240, First Layer = 240, Keep-Warm = 240, Bed = 100) 3.) Destring[mm] :: (Set extruder retraction values) Suck = 1.6 :: (After one zone extrudsion, extruder will retract 1.6mm to prevent plastic drop-out) Prime = 1.7 :: (After extruder moved to new zone for printing, extruder will extruder a little more plastic 1.7mm for printing) Speed[mm/s] = 20 :: (Set retraction motor speed) 4.) Fan / Cool :: (Moving a slider button enable extruder fan on/off) Fan Z [mm] = 0.5 :: (Extruder fan will turn on when z-axis is printed hit this value) Min Layer[s] = 20 :: (When a printing layer time is less than this value, extruder will slow down to prevent last printed layer is not time to cool down for next new layer for stacking) 5.) Software KISSlicer Guide 9 KISSlicer - Printer / Hardware / Firmware / Speed settings Printer menu / Speed - To set how fast your printer will printing ArrayZ C4C-3Dprinter can print fast as 100mm/s but less printing quality, for fine quality you may set printing speed lower 40mm/s, Also we suggesting using same speed printing for "Perimeter", "Solid infill Support", "Sparse infill" 1.) X,Y Travel Speed = 120 :: (Travelling speed when no extruding paths) 2.) Notes : if your gcode doesn't having this Prefix info. C4C-3Dprinter won't work properly If your Prefix is not correctlly, Please re-input follows code into Prefix editor Code explains M104 = if you change bedtemperature this will change same value here M360 = printer will auto-homing for all axis G29 = Z-probe will pop down and get 3pts probe for autobed-levelling M361 = Lower nozzle on printbed at last z-probe position M109 = if you change printing temperature this will change same value here These a few lines will extrude 15mm plastic lines from last z-probe postion to X15.0 postion.
