Finding the StreamOne Cloud Marketplace Getting to StreamOne from Shop.Techdata.com takes a few, very easy steps. First, log in using your EC ID and password. 4

Quoting Step 1 Find the Product Listing In the top right corner type in CSP and hit Find. 10
Quoting Step 2 Choose the Product Listing Based on your qualified support, click for details to see the products. Suites are packages of plans that are bundled together to best meet the needs of the user. Stand Alone and Add-On products are complementary products that could be included in a suite or sold individually. To find your qualified support level, click Here. 11
Quoting Step 3 Select the Product Find the Product you need quoted via the in listing search bar. In this example we are looking for Office 365 Business Premium with Standard Support. 12
Quoting Step 4 Add the Product to your Cart Type in the needed quantity of seats and add to your cart. Then view your cart. In this example we are looking for 10 seats of O365 Business Premium with Standard Support. 13
Quoting Step 5 Create Quote Once in the cart, you ll be able to view your total products added. If you are done adding products to your cart, Click Create Quote. 14
Quoting Step 6 Create Quote Enter the End User details (these will appear on the quote). Or you can choose an existing End User from your Address Book. Then Proceed to Quote We recommend adding your Clients preemptively into the address book for the essence of time. 15
Quoting Step 7 Customize your Quote Add any custom information on this page and click Save/Review Quote. Enter a name for your quote. Add your margin so the pricing generated is End User Friendly. Any additional information, Ts and Cs, etc. that you may want to include 16
Quoting Step 8 Review your Quote Review quote/information for accuracy. At the bottom of the screen, you can take a few actions: Update Quote takes you back to Quoting Step 7. Create PDF generates a PDF of the quote that can be emailed. Note that the PDF is only available for 24 hours to download after creation. Add to Cart convert your quote back into the cart to order. View all Quotes redirects to your Saved Quotes in the Reseller Portal. Return to Home redirects to your Reseller Portal Home Page. Delete Quote removes the quote from your Reseller Portal. 17
Quoting Step 9 Download your Quote PDF From Step 8 Review your Quote, click Create PDF. Then Download PDF File and save it to your computer. 18
19 Converting a Quote to an Order
Converting Step 1 Go to the Reseller Portal In the top right corner of the StreamOne Cloud Marketplace, click on the Reseller Portal link. This will go to your Reseller Home Page. 20
Converting Step 2a Finding Saved Quotes This is your Reseller Portal Home Page. You can see the last 10 quotes generated in the bottom right of the home page. You can also click on Saved Quotes to view all quotes. Clicking the Name of the quote will automatically put it into your cart. 21
Converting Step 2b Finding Saved Quotes All saved quotes can also be found under the Opportunities tab on the left navigation bar. Then Select Saved Quotes. There is a search field to filter by keyword. Click on the name of the quote to view it in full. 22

Placing Step 1 Find the Product Listing StreamOne Cloud Marketplace provides both easy and reliable opportunities to purchase Office CSP products as a self service portal. From the home page, you can either use the vendor tab to look at all Microsoft products or you can use the search bar in the top right to search specifically for CSP. 28
Placing Step 2 Choose the Product Listing Based on your qualified support, click for details to see the type of CSP products you wish to purchase. Placing Step 6 End User Info Once all of the products are added to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and enter the end user information. You can also Select from Address Book when filling out the end user info. Important! The email entered here is for tenant configuration only. No email will be sent to this address. This must be an end customer email and unique to other entries. When entering the end user information, ensure that no spaces are left at the beginning or end of the text as this causes the order placement to loop back to this step. 34
Placing Step 7 Configuration The configuration page is where you will be prompted to enter your Microsoft specific information. You will have the option of choosing from: Existing an existing domain with subscriptions already in StreamOne Create a New a brand new domain DNS domain and Microsoft Account domain do not need to be the same. If the name chosen is taken, use a different variation and see if it is available. If you are creating a brand new domain, you will be given the option to send credentials directly to the end user or a delegated admin by entering an email of your choice. Transfer an existing domain that you are transferring to Tech Data. This includes transferring CSP tenants from another distributor, trial account, Open or Advisor programs. The domain needed is the default domain. 35
Creating a New Enter the new domain name and check the availability. If the name is taken try some variations. Here is where you can designate a recipient of the account credentials for the new domain, either the end user or an admin. 36
Existing Existing domain will show under this option if already transacting in StreamOne. If not you can manually type in an entry. 37
Transfer Before transferring a domain you must first go through the Multi-Channel authorization steps. A link to these steps is found on the Configuration page. Once that is complete, make sure to check the box next to I ve completed to Continue to Payment. 38 Important! For Advisor transfers, be sure to provide the Default Domain, which can be found in the Domain sections of the Microsoft Portal.
Transfer Clicking on the View Authorization Steps will bring you to this page which provides the needed Multi- Channel steps for Authorization. Under Additional Help there is a link to the Multi-Channel Overview PDF that will give a step by step guide on this process. Important! The Multi-Channel steps in essence will set Tech Data as a Partner Relationship, found in the Microsoft Portal. This allows Tech Data the ability to procure licenses into the existing Tenant. 39
Placing Step 8 Payment Next, you must enter a PO number with an option to enter an End User PO as well. You will then select your form of payment from this page. 40
Placing Step 9 Review Summary The final screen of the checkout process will give you an overall summary of the order for you to review before placement. Important! The configuration section at the top lists where the End User login credentials will be sent to. If you have selected an existing or transferred domain, this field will be blank and no credentials will be sent out. 41
Congratulations! You have successfully placed an order for Office 365 CSP. Once you have your order confirmation, end user credentials will be sent out to the appropriate email listed on the summary page. 42

From the home page, you can either use the vendor tab to look at all Microsoft products or you can use the search bar in the top right to search specifically for CSP. 44
Placing Step 2 Choose the Product Listing Once on the listing page, click for details to select the Microsoft Azure products you wish to purchase. Health Check for Azure assesses your current environment to right size it in Azure. To find your authorizations, click Here. 45 In Azure Reservation Request you can now reserve virtual machines in advance and save up to 80 percent. For more information, click Here.
Placing Step 3 Select the Product This page will allow you to add Configure your Azure Solution to your cart by clicking the buy button. You can select the View Features to learn more about the products available, including Tech Data s pre-configured workloads. 46
Viewing the Product Features For more information on the products, click View Features. The page will slide down to the bottom where you have access to a variety of information. 47
Placing Step 4 Add the Product to your Cart Clicking the buy button will prompt you to either Continue Shopping or View Cart. When done shopping, proceed to the shopping cart. 48
Placing Step 5 Review Shopping Cart Once in the cart, you ll be able to view your total products added. If you are done adding products to your cart, Click Proceed to Checkout. You can also create a quote or save for later from the shopping cart. 49
Placing Step 6 End User Info Once all of the products are added to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and enter the end user information. You can also Select from Address Book when filling out the end user info. Important! The email entered here is for tenant configuration only. No email will be sent to this address. Placing Step 7 Azure Settings If you wish to create an empty tenant, select Continue without Bundles. If you wish to create a bundle, select from one of our predefined scripted templates on the dropdown below. 51
Placing Step 8a Create a Bundle Depending on the chosen bundle, custom questions populate so you can configure the workload accordingly. The example below is the Azure Backup template. Your selection will be reflected in the Bundle Summary box on the left. To change your selection and choose an empty tenant, click the red X in the Bundle Summary. Each bundle selected will have a Bundle Information to go into further detail on the template. Questions vary depending on bundle selected. For more information on the scripted templates, Click Here. 52
Placing Step 8b Summary of Bundle Once all of the configurations are set, you will see a summary of all selections in the Bundle Summary column. The example below is the Azure Backup template. Here you will see estimated reseller price per month. Remember, Azure is billed on actual consumption and this is only for budgetary purposes. Click to add an additional Bundle, Continue to Checkout, or Save as Quote to generate a client-friendly quote. 53
Placing Step 8c Continue without Bundles Select Continue without Bundles, then Continue Configuration. 54

Existing Customers often make changes to users in existing tenants. So we give you the option to designate two internal user alias as the owners of a subscription. These users must be existing in the directory at the time you enter it. Existing domain will show under this option if already transacting in StreamOne. If not you can manually type in an entry. Important! You may continue without entering an owner, however, if you do not enter a user the first alphabetical user in the Active directory will be selected as owner of the subscription. 57

Managing Step 4b Modifying Licenses Clicking Modify opens the modify window. Please note, you will want to put the total number of seats that are needed in the Number of Seats field. This is regardless of addition or subtraction but rather the total number seats needed after modifying. Accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Submit. 74

Managing Step 4a Manage Azure Tenant Modify the Current Budget to input the budget you have with this subscription. You can see the current Subscription Usage which updates every 24 hours. You can add a Usage Threshold Notification whenever your usage is close to exceeding your budget. Subscription Name can be changed as needed. This will reflect in the Azure Portal. Sliding the toggle to the left will suspend this subscription. You will need to enter the tenant name for suspension. 80
Managing Step 4b Manage Azure Bundles Purchase Bundles can be added to your current Azure solution. Please note, clicking the i icon will open up a brief description of the bundles. All modifications to licenses are timestamped with Created by, Created on, and license name in the Subscription Change History section. The subscription change history is filterable to see specific license s history. 81
Managing Step 5 Manage Azure Delegate Click the Delegate button from the Subscription Settings menu. Clicking Delegate will direct you to an application page for the delegation process. Log in using your credentials to your Partner Center. Do not use the end customer s tenant credentials as this will not link up the delegate process. When you sign in, you will receive a message that your Active Directory properties have been successfully retrieved and sent to StreamOne. Then you ll be redirected back to StreamOne. 82
Managing Step 6 Check for Error Messages After being redirected to StreamOne, look for any error messages. If none appear, the process is completing in the background. Please note, this process typically takes up to 30 minutes to fully complete. 83
Managing Step 7a Verify Completion Navigate to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/ and sign in using your company s Partner Center credentials. 84

Setting a Global Markup 103
Setting a Global Markup This setting will enable all End Customers unless explicitly disabled ("In-active"). You can view Customer Invoicing status of End Customers in Digital Locker. This markup will be applied to all End Customers and subscriptions where a markup % is not already populated. This change will only affect subscriptions of eligible Customer Invoicing Vendors/Listings. (see Eligible Listings tab.) New orders will also have this markup applied unless End Customer level markup is already set, in which case the new orders will have the End customer markup. This will take effect within 15 minutes. If you only want to set a markup on a per customer basis please do not fill this out. 104

Reserving Step 1 Select the Product This page will allow you to add Azure Reservation Request to your cart by clicking the buy button. You can select the View Features to learn more about the products available. 137
Viewing the Product Features For more information on the products, click View Features. The page will slide down to the bottom where you have access to a variety of information. 138
Reserving Step 2 Add the Product to your Cart Clicking the buy button will prompt you to either Continue Shopping or View Cart. When done shopping, proceed to the shopping cart. 139
Reserving Step 3 Review Shopping Cart Once in the cart, you ll be able to view your total products added. If you are done adding products to your cart, Click Proceed to Checkout. You can also create a quote or save for later from the shopping cart. 140
Reserving Step 4 End User Info Once all of the products are added to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and enter the end user information. You can also Select from Address Book when filling out the end user info. Important! The email entered here is for tenant configuration only. No email will be sent to this address.
