Introduction Purpose The purpose of this document is to guide you through the registration process and steps necessary to access the PartnerLink portal. Overview PartnerLink portal access is given to Entrust partners to view and manage opportunities that have been submitted, access marketing documents and training videos that have occurred. The portal is secured by Entrust IdentityGuard and access is granted via Federation Module. Partner representatives will securely sign in to Entrust Identity Guard using a two-factor authentication process. After successfully logging in, clicking the PartnerLink cloud icon will automatically redirect you and automatically log you in to PartnerLink. Prerequisites Partner representatives will need to be set up with an Entrust IdentityGuard user account and temporary password by the Entrust Partner Operations team. These credentials will be sent to the partner representative email address.
Instructions 1. Partner representative will receive an email containing their login credentials and a login URL. 2. If this is your first time accessing the system, please complete the mandatory registration by clicking the link, "I'd like to register as a new user." Skip to Step 18 if you have already completed registration.
3. After clicking the registration link, you will be taken to a self-service form. Enter the username and password from the email you received in Step 1. Click the Login button. 4. Upon initial login, you are required to change the temporary password. Click Submit after you have chosen a new valid password.
5. Next, please complete the personal information section. You are required to enter at least two forms of contact information. Select one as the default.
6. Next, click on an image to select it as your authentication image and enter your own personal authentication phrase. Click Next.
7. Fill out the predefined questions and answers, along with a user-defined question and answer. Click Next.
8. Next, you will see a successful registration notice and a request to answer the challenge questions. Click Next.
9. After successfully answering the challenge questions, you will be taken to an Actions page. 10. If you have a supported smartphone, click I'd like to request a soft token. 11. Click Yes to proceed.
12. If you have already downloaded the Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile app from your smartphone s app store, click Yes again. If you don t possess a supported mobile device, download the desktop application from http://www.entrust.com/mobile/info/download.php.
13. The following page displays information that will be necessary for you to reference while setting up the mobile or desktop application. 14. 15. Once you have configured your application, click Next and then use the registration code generated by the application and enter it in the form field and click Next. 16. The next page verifies that you have completed the registration process. Click Done.
17. You will be taken back to the Entrust IdentityGuard self-service login page. This completes the steps necessary for registration. 18. You can attempt to login to PartnerLink by navigating to http://partnerlink.entrust.com. 19. You will be redirected to the IdentityGuard Federation login page where you will enter your username and password.
20. Next you ll be prompted for a second factor authentication. Enter the token response from your soft token application and click OK. 21. You will be automatically redirected to the PartnerLink site.
22. If you are not automatically redirected then click the PartnerLink icon. 23. You will automatically be logged into the PartnerLink site.
