Virtual Classroom In a Virtual Classroom you experience the same benefits of learning as in a traditional brick and mortar classroom environment without having to leave your office. You will use the Internet to connect to a Fiserv website that is specifically prepared and assigned to you for the session. The website gives you access to a Nautilus training environment so that you can apply what you learn immediately. You will interact with the instructor and other participants as you complete hands-on exercises while giving you the opportunity to ask questions and share knowledge the same as in a traditional classroom. The Nautilus Administrator Program Nautilus System Administrator Certification New for 2018, this virtual hands-on class is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and abilities to demonstrate a basic understanding of the Nautilus solution and its core components by displaying practical knowledge of the system. This course will provide attendees with the knowledge necessary to effectively configure, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot their Nautilus solution. At the end of the training, attendees must complete a practical exam and earn a minimum score of 80% to receive credit and achieve Nautilus System Administrator Certified status. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made fewer than fourteen days prior to the first day of classroom training or seven days prior to the first day of Instructor-led Virtual Training are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions are liable for a 50 percent cancellation fee. You may make substitutions up to three days prior to training. Fiserv reserves the right to cancel scheduled classroom training with a fourteen-day notice or cancel an Instructor-led Virtual Training class with a seven-day notice to registrants.
