2 Getting Started About This Guide This guide is a central source of information that provides you all important details you need to properly create your subaccount in SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), to be able to proceed with required configuration for SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil (SLH - NF-e). Prerequisites You have a Global Account for SAP Cloud Platform. You have purchased a licence for SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil. Technical Details Feature is Country Dependency Application Component New Brazil LOD-LH-NFE Procedure The procedures below describe the necessary steps you need to follow to complete this action: 1. Create SCP Subaccount [page 6]. 2. Enable Cloud Foundry [page 8]. 3. Create New Space in SCP [page 9]. 4. Entitle Service to SCP Subaccount [page 11]. 5. Create Service Instance [page 13]. 6. Create New Service Key [page 16] Once you have followed all steps previously mentioned, you can proceed with the configuration. 4 P U B L I C Getting Started

Note Examples are provided for a better understanding, in this case, the values enabled should not be used and inserted in your configuration. Only insert the values indicated accordingly. 3 Create SCP Subaccount You have got your access to SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), then, to be able to use SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil (SLH - NF-e) Procedure The procedure below describes the steps you need to follow to create a subaccount in SAP Cloud Platform: 1. Access SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit webpage. Note You should be redirected to your global account. 2. Select the Entitlements tab. 3. Check if NF-e service is available for you by selecting NFe in All Services drop-down list. Once you do that, the service should be filtered and it is going to show in your screen. 4. Go back to Subaccounts tab. 5. Click on New Subaccounts button. 6. Fill the Display Name and Subdomain fields with your information. Note The Subdomain field should be available after you have inserted all the required information. The subdomain is the information that is going to be visible in the URL when you access SLH - NF-e, in this case, you can only use letters, numbers and hyphen, as a special character. 7. Choose the option Cloud Foundry in the Environment dropdown list. 8. Click on Create to save your entries. 6 P U B L I C Create SCP Subaccount

Note You might get the return message Creation Pending, it means that the system is working on your request. You can refresh the page, if necessary. Create SCP Subaccount P U BL IC 7

4 Enable Cloud Foundry Once you have created your subaccount for SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), you need to enable Cloud Foundry for this account, in order to make SLH - NF-e available and allow you to create the service instance for NF-e. Procedure To complete this procedure, check the steps below: 1. Double click on the subaccount you have recently created, which is available in Subaccounts screen. 2. Select the Overview tab. 3. Click on Enable Cloud Foundry button. A new window pops up on your screen. 4. Fill your data in Organization Name field. Note The SCP automatically inserts in this field your global account and subaccount together, however, you can choose a different one, if desired. 5. Click on Create option to save your entries and enable your subaccount. Note You can disable your subaccount by clicking on Disable Cloud Foundry button accordingly. 8 P U B L I C Enable Cloud Foundry

5 Create New Space in SCP The services available for SLH - NF-e run in the spaces connected to your subaccount, in SAP Cloud Platform. In this case, to be able to use it properly, you need to create a new one for your subaccount in SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit webpage. Procedure The procedures below describe the steps you need to follow to create a new space for you subaccount in SAP Cloud Platform: 1. Select the Spaces tab. 2. Click on New Space button. 3. Fill your information in Space Name field. 4. Assign the roles for your user ID accordingly. The roles options are Space Manager, Space Developer and Space Auditor. 5. Click on Save to save your entries. If you need more detailed information about the space you have created, click on it and you will be able to check status, name, instances etc. You use the Deploy Application button, if you need to deploy your own application in the cloud. 6 Entitle Service to SCP Subaccount Once you have created your Space, you can ensure the SLH - NF-e services are available by entitling your subaccount to it. Procedure Follow the steps below to entitle SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil to your SCP subaccount: 1. Go to the initial page, in your global account screen. 2. Select Entitlements tab. 3. Select Edit button. 4. Click on + button to set the service instances you need for the respective subaccount you are entitling. Note You have the limit of one space for your respective subaccount. 5. Click on Save to save your entries. You can verify if it was entitled correctly by following the steps below: 1. Go to the initial page, in your global account screen. 2. Select Subaccount tab. 3. Click on the subaccount you have created previously. 4. Go to Spaces tab. 5. Click on the space you have created before. Entitle Service to SCP Subaccount P U BL IC 11

6. Select Services Service Marketplace. Note In this tab you can visualize all services available for your SPC subaccount. 7. Search for nfe using the Search bar, in Service Marketplace tab. The option SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing services for Brazil should be available for your subaccount. 7 Create Service Instance You create a service instance to associate your SPC subaccount to SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil. To complete this task see the procedure described below. Procedure To create a service instance follow the steps below: 1. Go to the initial page, in your global account screen. 2. Select Subaccounts tab. 3. Click on the respective subaccount you need to create a service instance, in this case, the one you have recently created. 4. Select Spaces tab. 5. Click on the space you have created before. 6. Select Service Marketplace. 7. Search for nfe in the search bar. 8. Select the respective service. 9. Click on Instances tab. 10. Click on New Instance button. 11. Choose the standard service plan in the drop down list. 12. Click on Next. 13. In Specify Parameters screen click on Next again. Note This is an optional action and is not used by default. 14. Click on Next twice. 15. Fill your information in Instance Name field. 16. Once you have completed this procedure, the status of your action is available in the Last Operation column. Create Service Instance P U BL IC 15

8 Create New Service Key You buy a licence for SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil, then, in order to get access to such service, you need to create a new service key. To complete this task, go to Services Service Marketplace and complete the procedure as described below. Procedure To create a service instance follow the steps below: 1. Go to the initial page, in your global account screen. 2. Select Subaccounts tab. 3. Click on the respective subaccount you need to create a service instance, in this case, the one you have recently created. 4. Select Spaces tab. 5. Click on the space you have created before. 6. Select Service Instances. 7. Click on the service. 8. Select Service Keys. 16 P U B L I C Create New Service Key

9. Click on Create Service Key button. Note Once you have followed this procedure, the system generates your service key, which provides you the access to SAP Localization Hub, electronic invoicing service for Brazil. After completing the steps described in this guide, you can proceed with remaining configurations available in the Configuration Guide for SLH - NF-e. Create New Service Key P U B L I C 17
