HD Lite Camera Quick Start Guide This Quick Start Guide is for HD Lite cameras. To ensure security and best use experience, we recommend that you read this guide thoroughly and carefully before operating the camera.

USB interface: A: Connect the mouse to the USB port, the camera can then be controlled directly by the mouse; B: Connect the USB port to PC to make the camera work as a Driver-Free camera. Use TCapture software to control it. 2. HDMI interface : Use the HDMI cable to connect HDMI camera to the screen Image data is transferred and displayed on the monitor according to the HDMI protocol. 3. Power interface : Please use the provided 12V/2A power supply. When power is plugged in, the red light is on. When camera is switched on, blue light is on. 4. ON/OFF key : Press and hold ON/OFF key until the blue light is on or off to turn on or off the HDMI camera. 5. SD card : To get faster and more stable data transfer, we recommend you to use a Class10 SD card. 6. C mount : Standard C-mount optical port. 7. Anti-dust seal: The seal was placed on the camera optical port when it left the factory. It is used to avoid the dust accumulating during the transport. Please remove the seal when the camera is used for the first time. -1- -2-

4.2 Software installation 4. Click "Finish" and the system desktop will generate the shortcut automatically. 1. System Requirements: Setup-TCapture OS Windows 7 and above (32 & 64bit) CPU Intel i5 or higher is recommended Memory 2GB or More is recommended Completing the TCapture Setup Wizard Setup has finished installing TCapture on your computer.the application may be launched by selecting the installed shortcuts. Click Finish to exit setup. USB ports USB2.0 \ USB3.0 2. Driver-Free. The camera connects to the computer via USB2.0 and starts the camera. To see the corresponding image device on the computer's device manager. Finish. Double-click the TCapture.exe, to start the installation and follow the Next but ton to finish the installation. Note: If previous version TCapture was installed in your PC, the installer will automatically detect it and ask to remove it first before install the new one. If the previous installed TCapture is still running, it will ask to close the software and then start the installation. 4.3 Parameter Settings 1. 2. Set Auto Exposure. Observe the preview and adjust the micro-scope (or lens) to focus the image. 4. Click White Balance button to correct image color. 1920x1080 3264x1836 Normally Auto Exposure function can get proper brightness preview. If preview is still dark, manually set Gain to the middle of the slider. 3. Change resolution, get different preview and capture images. To get a better white balance result, move the sample to the blank area and click White Balance button, then move back the sample. Alternatively click WB Wizard and follow the steps to finish the white balance. 1920x1080 3264x1836 5. Go to File Save tab to set image save format, directory and file name. Click the Lock tag to lock/unlock the preview and capture resolution. Unlocking it allows to set different preview and capture resolution (Usually use for low resolution preview, high resolution for capture). a. Select Use File Save Config to pre-set the capture image format, save directory and file name. -7- -8-
5. Precautions! CAUTION Do not disassemble Do not disassemble, repair or modify on your own. Otherwise it will cause damage to the camera chip or devices on the circuit board. b. Select Use File Save Dialog to use pop up dialog to set capture image file name, save directory and format. Do not contact water Avoid allowing the camera to get wet, since this may cause the failures such as circuit board device corrosion, burnout and so on. Avoid physical impacts such as dropping or banging. Do not subject the camera to physical shock! Immediate repair request Unplug the data cable and the power supply then request the authorized dealer or sales for repair. Every time the Capture button is clicked, the file save dialog will pop up to ask to set file name, save directory and image format. Note: Man-made damage including self-disassembly, water ingress, physical shock and so on is not within the scope of warranty. -9- -10-
6. Maintenance 1. Avoid removing the lens cap in a dusty environment. 2. When removing the lens cap or mounting a lens, hold the camera face down to prevent dust from falling on the sensor surface. 3. When the camera is not being used, the lens cap should be replaced. 4. Use a professional dust removal tool to remove any dust on the camera optical filter. If dust gets on the filter, it should be removed using low pressure air. For stubborn oily dust, the surface can be gently wiped using a lint-free cotton swab dipped in ethanol. If it still cannot be cleaned, contact the after-sales personnel for assistance. The use of non-professional equipment for cleaning is prone to lead to scratches on the filter surface. 7. After-sales support 1. If the camera has been stored in a low temperature environment, allow the camera to gradually warm up before use, because otherwise condensation may form on the optics and electronics. 6. Use only the original power adapter. Ensure the adapter and associated cables are free from items that may cause damage. If the power adapter is damaged, please contact the supplier for an immediate replacement. 7. In event that the adaptor appears to be operating abnormally, cut off the adapter power supply immediately in order to avoid damage to the camera.
