Unit-I General Concepts: PAPER I-FUNDAMENTALS OF IT& OFFICE AUTOMATION Section-A Defining IT, Information Systems, Data and Information, Representation of Information, Elements of electronic data processing, Types of processing, Block structure of a computer, Characteristics of computers and Problem solving with computers.
