Regression Feedback 8/26 Release 15 CLEC impacting incidents deployed in the August maintenance release Feedback received for the item below: Defect 19023 LSR Trans Type Defect Description CLEC Issue Identified IT Comments If a business order is identified as cut through, it is not dispatched, however there are some CKTIDs in which FairPoint is required to install service, tag a circuit, and provide DEMARC back on the work order complete form. A new process needs to be put into place to call for dispatch with these specific CKTIDs. GWI is still seeing business orders come through as CT-Y. Example PON's: P6-03123, P6-03124. Also, PON P6-03131 was issued on 9/1 with a 9/9 due date. FOC stated CT-N. Order provisioned, no demarc info provided. No Dispatch work order created. Called OMC who had to issue a manual work order (ADV271208) We are tracking the incorrect CT:Y value in Incident 21085 which is going to be deployed on 9/30. The order which did not generate a work order and did not return cut through was manually created and was missing the field that is used to trigger the OSP work instructions. This should not impact flow through orders. We will make sure a job aid goes out to ensure the reps know how to key these order types going forward. 5
9/30 Deployment 9/30 Incidents and CRs Planned for Deployment A total of 10 CLEC impacting Items are planned Key items include: 18137 Centrex winback PONs need to have a PLN task added so that the CLEC is notified of the line loss. 20041 Additional logic to derive the BAN for ASRs with BAN = E in order to reduce fallout between ordering/billing systems. 20202 Updated logic to pass fields to the CABS billing vendor to calculate mileage. 20365 CO work instructions are not being generated on AB/D orders causing the APPTS task to complete early. 21085 CT value is incorrect on business loop circuits. 6
