Contact us at hires@openchannel.org.au for enquiries and bookings. Rental Time Periods: Day: 24 hours from start of hire Weekend: 4pm Friday to 9am Monday Week: 7 days from start of hire. Pick-ups and returns must be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Discount Rates: Members have a 20% discount on standard equipment hires. Where discounts are available they apply to full non-member rates. All amounts include GST A 100 point ID check must be completed by the person collecting the hire. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are taking the equipment interstate or if your use of the equipment places it at an added risk (eg water fire etc.) CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation of bookings requires 24 hours notice. If a cancellation occurs after the 24-hour period, a 50% charge applies (to cover the loss of income). This will be calculated and invoiced to the client in whose name the booking has been made. LATE RETURNS POLICY Failure to meet the agreed deadline of equipment return or vacation of facilities carries the following late charges. It is the responsibility of the HIRER to contact OPEN CHANNEL if hired equipment cannot be returned on time. Hire extensions can be negotiated beyond the signed hire contract if no other bookings are affected.
