Commercial Code Enhancement Building Operator Certification Expansion Market characterization complete. Design meetings held with 11 utilities participating. Scheduled to go through PRA/SA combo in May 2017. Market penetration 30% higher than benchmark with 6 BOC courses offered in Idaho and Montana in 2016. 10
