Switch on First, move the Mode switch button to left, the position of record video mode; Under turn off mode, press Power on/off / Functions button to turn on camera, blue and yellow light keep on, after initialization, blue light off, yellow light keeps on, that device is in the recording video mode. Recording video Under the recording video mode, short press Power on/off Functions button, blue light keeps on, the device is in the recording video mode; short press Power on/off again, yellow light keeps on, the file of video been saved and back to standby of video standby mode. Motion detection Under video standby mode, long press Power on/off / Functions button, yellow light flashes, when device detect motions, yellow light off, blue flashes, means enter into motion detection mode; if device and the photo keep static more than 30 seconds, device will stop recording video and save the video file. Under

motion detection mode, when detect the move photo again, device will begin recording video automatically. Short press Power on/off / Functions button, yellow light keep on, the motion detection video files has been saved and back to motion detection standby mode. Taking photos Under video standby mode, move switch button to right, which is photo mode, yellow light flash means into photo standby mode, press Power on/off / Function button, blue light flashes once, one photo has been taken and saved, and then the device comes back to photo standby mode. If need more photos, please repeat the above operations. Attention: Under video mode, please save the video file first, then switch to the photo mode. Switch off Under photo standby mode, long press Power on/off / Functions button can turn the device off. If the device is no any operations in 3 minutes under the standby mode, the device will power off automatically. Under any situations, press reset by clip could power off the device. Reset When device are illegal operation or some other unknown reasons, need to reset the device. Put the clip in the reset hole, light press the reset button to finish reset the device, at this time, the device is at power off mode. Write Spin nib, cartridge extend automatically, the pen could write, spin nib negative direction could take back the nib.

Charging Under power off standby mode, charging with computer with USB cable, yellow light flashes, indicating the device is charging. When it has charged fully, yellow light keeps on. Playback on computer After finishing the video record, under power off mode or standby mode, use USB to connect computer, click on the removable disk, select the photos, video files, double-click the files to playback on computer. Please make sure computer has been installed the related software before playback on computer. Setting time There is a function which show the video recorder time (year-month-day hour: minute: second) will be recorded in the recorded files, and will be shown when playback. Please set the time correctly as follows: 1) Insert the user manual CD into the computer 2) Open the file: update time tool V2.0 3) Click the file, then the time of the pen camera will be the same as your computer 4) If you want to change the time, just adjust the time of computer 5) Webcam Under the power off /on mode,, connect the pen camera to your PC via the USB cable, click on the removable disk, press power on/off/ functions button, at this moment, the removable disk change to a webcam, a standard web camera will appear in the screen that you can use it at ease as a webcam, no need other drive. Attention 1) To save the power, if the device is no any operations in 3 minutes under the standby mode, the device will power off automatically.

2) When the device is lack of battery when taking video, the system will save the video data first, then shut down automatically. 3) When keep the video recording, the system will create a new video files after every operation. 4) Please use the device under the sufficient lighting environment, keep the DV vertical stable, stay some distance with the scenery was been recorded to get the more better video file. 5) When saving the files, there is need a few seconds, please do not do any operations when the green indicator light change to red, such as pressing the power on/off button, connecting computer.etc, possible will lead to the file just been recorded could not saved smoothly, or file imperfect, lost, system halted. 6) When the disk is full, indicator light back to standby mode, at this moment, press the button could not record video and take photo. 7) Connecting computer: while connecting, do not do any operation, if the device cannot be recognized by computer, please check the computer system, driver, USB port, USB cable, then reconnect.
