OUR SERVICES Electrical Project Management and Consultancy Overflow provide a range of professional services to ensure that projects are well planned, managed and executed efficiently to meet contractual and legislative requirements. Overflow prioritises open communication, timely task management and quality control. This ensures successful outcomes and enables us to pre-empt and contain issues, protecting implementation schedules and budgets. Electrical Design Overflow offers an exceptional range of local design services and uses an in-house resource pool to ensure continuity from initial design and drawing through to final construction and onsite commissioning. OUR SERVICES Switchboard Design and Manufacture Overflow s experienced design team, purpose built manufacturing facility and quality control methods ensure the switchboards we design, manufacture and deliver reflect stringent Australian and International standards. The range of product we supply includes: Main Switchboards Motor Control Centres Power Distribution Boards PLC Cubicles, Control Panels and Control Stations VSD and Soft Starter Panels Cabinets, Monitoring and Mimic Panels Enclosures for Metering and Marshalling Overflow continue to invest resources to consolidate our position as a leading supplier within the South West Region, where we have experience in the design and manufacture of switchboards up to 7100 Amps and 100 ka. Designs can be custom built or alternatively use modular and type tested components with fixed, withdrawable or demountable configurations. Instrumentation, Procurement and Commissioning Overflow can satisfy most industrial requirements for the provision of instrumentation through a range of mature supply relationships. These requirements may include: Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of various types of Process Sensors (including Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure and Position) Chemical Dosing and Analysis Equipment Lighting, Security and CCTV Systems Brand independence allows Overflow to best represent the needs and requirements of our customers and often provides opportunity to specify solutions that are better suited to a particular purpose, of a higher quality and/or more cost effective. OUR SERVICES PLC, SCADA, Interface and Network Programming Overflow s PLC and SCADA integration programming services provide customers with the necessary means to monitor, automate and control infrastructure that is often spread over large geographical areas. Our team has extensive experience developed across a range of industries with particular detailed knowledge of our core Water, Power, Chemical, Mining and Resource sectors. Direct access to internal workshop, engineering, design and construct resources ensure that the physical construction and operation delivered onsite matches the logical design intended at project outset. Industrial Construction and Commissioning Overflow s experienced Construction and Commissioning team possess a proven record of quality outcomes, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism, delivering projects on time, on budget in a safe and efficient manner. We have long been committed to an Apprentice Training Program which ensures that skills are passed onto the next generation of tradespeople and technicians under the guidance of our senior supervisors. Our team is practiced at adapting to meet customers varied requirements for certification, operational standard and safety and hold a broad variety of licenses and tickets, including confined space entry, working at heights and hazardous area installation and certification. Value Added Services, Monitoring and Testing Overflow offer a growing number of specialist services to complement our project based range that meets demand by our customers for often vital value added services.
