BURG, Inc. London Smartwatch Manual Product and Safety Information Warning & Disclaimer Do not use or place the Smartwatch under water. Avoid dropping it or stepping on it. Switch your Smartwatch off when you are in an aircraft or near medical equipment, fuel, blasting areas, or chemicals. Your Smartwatch and its accessories are not toys. Keep out of the reach of small children and pets. When driving, stop your car before making or answering phone calls. Do not attempt to repair the Smartwatch yourself if it is damaged or malfunctions, as this will void the warranty. Battery Care & Maintenance This phone uses a rechargeable battery as a power source. To prolong the battery life, you should allow the battery to drain completely before recharging it. When not using the charger, unplug it from the power source and the phone as overcharging the battery will shorten its life. Do not leave the charger connected to the unit or battery for more than a week. Temperature affects the battery's charge capacity, and your battery might need to be warmed up or cooled down before charging. If the battery temperature is lower than 0 C (32 F) or higher than + 45 C (115 F)., it will not recharge. If the battery is exposed to extreme temperatures, the battery will not perform properly and its life will be shortened. Use the battery as it is originally intended. Do not short-circuit the battery by connecting its positive and negative terminals with a conductor. Do not use a damaged battery. Do not place the battery in a fire. Follow local laws and ordinances when disposing of a used battery. 1

First Time Use First Time Use Turn Phone On/Off To turn the phone on or off, press and hold the On/Off button on the side of the watch. Long press the On / Off key Insert a SIM Card The BURG Smartwatch allows you to store phone contact information on your phone itself or on a removable SIM card. To insert a SIM card into the Smartwatch, do the following: 1. Switch off the Smartwatch by pressing and holding the power button until the screen goes dark. Long press the On / Off key 2. Turn the watch over and remove the back plate. 3. Open the larger of the two silver metal guards by gently lifting up on the right side. 4. Insert the SIM card into the slot. OPEN LOCK Micro SD SIM SIM card slot 5. Flip down the silver metal cover. 6. Replace the back plate. 7. Switch on the watch. 4

BURG, Inc. London Smartwatch Manual Insert a Micro SD Card The BURG Smartwatch allows you to store music, videos, audio recordings, and other data on your phone or on a removable micro SD card. To insert a micro SD card into the Smartwatch, do the following: 1. Switch off the Smartwatch by pressing and holding the power button until the screen goes dark. Long press the On / Off key 2. Turn the watch over and remove the back plate. 3. Open the smaller of the two silver metal guards by gently lifting up on the right side. 4. Insert the micro SD card into the slot. OPEN LOCK Micro SD Micro SD slot SIM 5. Flip down the silver metal cover. 6. Replace the back plate. 7. Switch on the watch. Charge the Battery The Smartwatch digital display screen tells you how of a charge is left in the battery. 0% remaining 50% remaining 100% (Fully charged) To charge the Smartwatch battery, do the following: 1. Open the hinge marked USB on the side of the watch. 5

First Time Use USB port 2. Insert the smaller end of the USB cable that came with the watch. 3. Insert the larger end of the cable into a USB port on your computer or laptop. Calibrate the Touchscreen In order for the touchscreen on your Smartwatch to work correctly, you must calibrate it before your initial use. To ensure the best performance of your Smartwatch, you should re-calibrate the touchscreen about every two weeks after that. To calibrate the touchscreen, do the following: 1. Using the Smartwatch stylus, tap the (Menu) button on the main digital screen. 2. Tap the (Forward) button in the lower left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the (Forward) button again. 4. Tap the Settings option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 5. Tap the Pen Calibration option in the top left corner of the screen. 6. Follow the prompts that are displayed on the screen. Click anywhere on the screen with your stylus to start calibration. Click on the top-left point Click on the bottomright point Click on the center point Calibration is complete when a green checkmark appears on the screen with the word Done underneath it. 6

London Smartwatch Manual Watch Display When you tap the default (analog) watch face, the digital watch face appears, displaying the following phone-related icons at the top: Signal strength New text message (SMS) Vibrate and ring Vibrate then ring Vibrate only Ring Alarm On Bluetooth On Bluetooth connected Headset inserted Missed call Battery strength To access the interactive phone features of the Smartwatch, do the following: Tap the button to access the telephone number pad to dial a phone number. Tap the Tap the button to access your Contact list. button to access all of the other features of the Smartwatch. 7

Smartwatch Features Smartwatch Features Make and Manage Calls Make a Call By Dialing a Number To make a call, do the following: 1. Press the Dial button on the side of the Smartwatch. 2. Tap out the telephone number you want to call. 3. Tap the green call button in the top left corner of the screen to initiate the call. Make a Call By Selecting a Contact To make a call by selecting a contact, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Telephone) button. 3. Tap the blue Contacts button in the center of the top row on the screen. 4. Tap the name of the contact you want to call. 5. In the menu that appears, tap Call to call the contact. Make a Call By Selecting a Recently Dialed Number To make a call by selecting a recently dialed number, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Telephone) button. 3. Tap the green call button in the top left corner of the screen. 4. In the list of recently dialed numbers that appears, tap the name of the person you want to call. 5. In the menu that appears, tap Call. Answer a Call To answer an incoming call, tap the Options button that appears on the screen and the call will be connected automatically. Reject an Incoming Call To reject an incoming call, tap the Reject button that appears on the screen as the person is calling. 8

BURG, Inc. London Smartwatch Manual End a Call To hang up at the end of a call, press the End Call button on the side of the Smartwatch. Check Voicemail When you miss a call and someone leaves a message on your Smartwatch, a "New voicemail" graphic will appear on the display screen. To check your voicemail, do the following: 1. Tap the New voicemail graphic. 2. Tap the Back button. 3. Tap the Back button again. 4. Tap the (Telephone) button. 5. Press and hold the 1 key on the keypad and the voicemail message will begin playing. Note: To view the number keypad as the message is playing, tap the phone icon in the bottom center of the screen. With the keypad visible and the message playing, you can do any of the following: Tap 7 to delete the current message. Tap 9 to save it in the archives. Tap 4 to replay the message. Tap 5 to hear the envelope information for the message. Tap 6 to send a copy of the message to someone else with your remarks. View Voicemail Call Details To view details about a voicemail call, do the following: 1. Tap the New voicemail graphic. 2. Tap the View button. 3. Tap the name of the person who called. 4. Tap View to see the following information: o The type of call o The name of the caller o The calling number o The time and date of the call o The duration of the call o The total number of times the person called. Adjust the Volume During a Call To adjust the volume during a call, do the following: 9

Smartwatch Features 1. Tap the Option button. 2. In the menu that appears, tap the Volume option. 3. Increase the volume by tapping the + button or decrease it by tapping the button. Manage Call Waiting To manage call waiting, do the following: 1. Tap the Option button. 2. In the menu that appears, tap the Hold single call option. Add a Phone Number to Your Blacklist You can block calls from specific numbers by adding them to the blacklist on your phone. To add a number to your blacklist, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Telephone) button. 3. Tap the green call button in the top left corner of the screen. 4. In the list of recently dialed numbers that appears, tap the name of the person who's number you want to add to your blacklist. 5. In the menu that appears, tap Add to Blacklist. 6. Tap the Yes button to confirm your decision. Manage Contacts All of the features listed in this section are available through the Contacts menu on the Smartwatch. To access the Contacts menu, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. The Contacts menu appears in the top left corner of the screen. View Your Contact List To view your Contacts List, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. On the Contacts screen that appears, tap the and buttons to scroll up and down through the list. Add a Contact To add a contact to your Contacts list, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the Add new contact option at the top of the screen. 3. Designate whether you want to add the contact To SIM or To phone. 4. Enter the name of the contact. As soon as you tap on a number, each of the letters within that number will appear in a selection row at the top of the screen. 10

BURG, Inc. London Smartwatch Manual TIP: Tap the Clear button in the bottom right corner of the screen to delete the most recently added letter. 5. When you are done entering the name, tap the button to go to #2, the phone number entry field. 6. Enter the number of the contact. Note: If you are importing the contact instead of entering it manually, skip Steps 5 and 6 and tap the button to go to #3, where you will navigate to the location of the contact information. 7. When you are done, tap the button to go to #4, the ringtone field. 8. Select the ringtone you want to associate with the new contact. 9. Tap the Options button at the bottom right corner of the screen. 10. Tap Okay and then tap Yes to confirm that you want to add the contact to the list. Edit a Contact To edit a contact's details in your Contacts list, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact whose information you want to edit. 3. Select Edit from the menu that appears. 4. (Optional) Use the stylus and the button to modify the name of the contact, the contact's number, and/or the ringtone that accompanies their calls. 5. When you are done, tap the Options button at the bottom right corner of the screen. 6. Tap Okay and then tap Yes to confirm that you want to save your changes. Delete a Contact To delete a contact from your Contacts list, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact you want to delete. 3. Select Delete from the menu that appears. 4. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to delete the contact. Send a Text Message to a Contact To send a text message to a contact via the Contacts screen, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact you will be sending a text message to. 3. Tap the Send text message option in the list that appears. 4. Use the stylus to compose your message. 5. Tap the Options button and then click the name of the contact you want to send the text message to. Send a Multimedia Message to a Contact To send a multimedia message to a contact via the Contacts screen, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 11

Smartwatch Features 2. Tap the name of the contact you will be sending a multimedia message to. 3. Tap the Send multimedia message option in the list that appears. 4. Use the stylus to compose your message. 5. Tap the Options button and then click the name of the contact you want to send the text message to. Send a Contact's Details The Smartwatch allows you to send a contact's details to a contact as an SMS message or an MMS message or directly to Bluetooth device. To send the details, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact whose information you want to send. 3. Select Send contact from the list that appears. 4. Select from one of the following options, then follow the prompts that appear: o As text message o As multimedia message o Via Bluetooth If you select this option, you will be asked to confirm that your Bluetooth device is on. If the Smartwatch is unable to detect the device, a Search new device button will be displayed. Add a Contact to Your Blacklist To add a contact to your Blacklist, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact whose number you want to add to your blacklist. 3. Select Add to Blacklist from the menu that appears. 4. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to add the contact to the list. Copy a Contact or All Contacts To copy a single contact's details to your phone or to your SIM card, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact whose information you want to copy. 3. Tap Copy from the list that appears. 4. Tap To phone to copy the contact details to your phone. 5. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to copy the contact. To copy all of your contacts to your phone or to your SIM card, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts option. 2. Tap the Options button. 3. Tap Phonebook settings from the list that appears. 4. Tap Copy contacts from the list that appears. 5. Tap either SIM to phone or Phone to SIM. 6. Tap OK. 7. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to copy all of your contacts. Move a Contact or All Contacts To move a single contact's details to your phone or to your SIM card, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 12

Tap Yes to confirm that you want to move the contact. To move all of your contacts to your phone or to your SIM card, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the Options button. 3. Tap Phonebook settings from the list that appears. 4. Tap Move contacts from the list that appears. 5. Tap either SIM to phone or Phone to SIM. 6. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to copy all of your contacts. Create a Caller Group To create a caller group, do the following: 1. Tap the Contacts menu. 2. Tap the Options button. 3. Select Caller groups from the list that appears. 4. Tap the Add new group option. 5. Tap Group name. 6. Use the stylus to type out the name of the caller group. 7. Tap the Options button. 8. Select Done to save the new caller group. 9. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to copy the contact. Modify a Caller Group To modify a caller group, do the following: 1. Tap the Contact option. 2. Tap the name of any contact in the list. 3. Select Caller groups from the list that appears. 4. Tap the name of the caller group you want to modify. 5. Select from the following options: o Tap View members to view and add new members. o Tap Delete to delete the caller group. o Tap Delete all to delete all caller groups. Manage SMS All of the features listed in this section are available through the SMS menu on the Smartwatch. To access the SMS menu, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. The SMS menu appears in the top right corner of the screen. Compose an SMS Message To create an SMS message, do the following: 13

Smartwatch Features 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the Write message option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. (Optional) Tap the # key to change the input method. See Change the Input Method below for more details on this feature. 4. Compose the text message you want to send. 5. Tap the Options button. 6. In the menu that appears, tap the Send to option. 7. Enter the recipient's number manually or select it using the Add from Phonebook option. 8. Tap the Options button again. 9. Tap the OK option to send the message. Go to Your Inbox To view your SMS message inbox, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the Inbox option in the top right corner of the screen. View and Manage Sent Messages To view and manage your sent messages, do the following: 1. Tap the New message screen to go directly to the SMS menu. 2. Tap the Sent messages option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap any message to access it. 4. Tap the Options menu to access the following message-related options: o View o Reply o Call sender o Forward o Delete o Delete all View Draft Messages To view your draft messages, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the Drafts option in the bottom right corner of the screen. Manage Templates Use a Template To use a template for a text message, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the Templates option in the top left corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the template that you want to use. 5. Tap the Use option. 6. Tap the Options button in the bottom left corner of the screen. 14

Tap the OK option to send the message. Edit a Template To edit a text message template, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the Templates option in the top left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Options button. 5. In the menu that appears, tap the Edit option. 6. Use the stylus and the keypad to make whatever changes you want to the template. 7. Tap the Options button again. 8. Tap the Save option. 9. Tap the OK button to save your changes to the template. Remove a Template To remove a text message template, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the Templates option in the top left corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the template that you want to remove. 5. Tap the Remove option. 6. Confirm that you want to remove the template by tapping the Yes button. Change the Input Method Locally Note: The following instructions explain how to change the input method for a specific SMS message as you are creating it. To change the default input method of the system, refer to the Settings section of this guide. Changing the Input Method of an SMS message allows you to specify the language you want to create the message in, add numbers and symbols to the message, or write in all lowercase or all uppercase letters. To change the input method locally, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the Write message option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the # key to change the input method. Note: The currently selected input method is displayed between the Options and Back buttons on the screen. Each time you tap the # button, the screen will display the newly selected input method. 15

Smartwatch Features View & Edit Profile Settings To view and configure your profile settings, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the SMS Settings option in the top right corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the Profile settings option. 5. Tap the SMS Settings option to activate and/or view the current SMS settings. 6. Tap the Email Settings option to activate and/or view the current Email settings. 7. Tap the OK button to exit when you are done. View & Edit Common Settings To view and configure common settings, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the SMS Settings option in the top right corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the Common settings option. 5. Turn on or turn off each of the following settings by tapping them and then tapping the On/Off button at the bottom of the screen: o Delivery path report o Reply path o Save sent messages 6. Tap the Done button when you are finished. 7. Tap the Yes button to confirm your changes. View Memory Status To view how much memory you have used on the phone and on your SIM card, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the SMS Settings option in the top right corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the Memory status option. The screen will refresh and display the percent of your SIM card memory and phone memory that is currently being used. 5. Click the Back button to exit the screen. Select a Preferred Storage Location To designate a preference of where to store your SMS data, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the SMS Settings option in the top right corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the Preferred storage option. 5. Tap either the SIM or the Phone radio button to designate where SMS data should be stored. 16

Select a Preferred Connection Type To designate a preference of what type of connection to establish, do the following: 1. Tap the SMS menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the SMS Settings option in the top right corner of the screen. 4. In the menu that appears, tap the Preferred connection option. 5. Tap one of the following radio button options: o Prefer GPRS o Prefer GSM o GSM Only 6. Click the OK button to save your choice. Manage Speed Dial All of the features listed in this section are available through the Speed dial menu on the Smartwatch. To access the Speed dial menu, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. The Speed dial menu appears in the bottom left corner of the screen. View Speed Dial Numbers To view your Contacts list in the Smartwatch, do the following: 1. Tap the Speed dial menu. 2. The screen refreshes and displays your speed dial selections. Set Speed Dial Number To set a speed dial number, do the following: 1. Tap the Speed dial menu. 2. Tap an empty speed dial number or the Edit button in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the name of the contact that you want to assign to a speed dial number. 4. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to save the speed dial number. Change Speed Dial Number To change the contact associated with a speed dial number, do the following: 1. Tap the Speed dial menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact that you want to change. 3. Tap the Edit option. 4. Tap the name of the new contact that you want to assign to the speed dial number. 5. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to save the speed dial number. 17

Smartwatch Features Delete Speed Dial Number To delete a speed dial number, do the following: 1. Tap the Speed dial menu. 2. Tap the name of the contact that you want to remove from speed dial. 3. Tap the Delete option. 4. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to delete the speed dial number. Manage Call History All of the features listed in this section are available through the Call history menu on the Smartwatch. To access the Call history menu, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. The Call history menu appears in the bottom right corner of the screen. View Missed Calls To view a list of your missed calls, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 2. Tap the Missed calls option in the top left corner of the screen. View Dialed Calls To view a list of your dialed calls, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 2. Tap the Dialed calls option in the top right corner of the screen. View Received Calls To view a list of your received calls, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 2. Tap the Received calls option in the bottom left corner of the screen. Delete Call Logs To delete your call logs, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 2. Tap the Delete call logs option in the bottom right corner of the screen. 3. Tap the call log you want to delete Missed, Dialed, or Received or tap Delete all to erase all logs. View Call Timers To view timers for the calls that have been made and received on your Smartwatch, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 18

Tap any of the following options to view a popup screen that displays the related times: o Last call o Dialled calls o Received calls 5. (Optional) Tap the Reset all option to set all of the timers to zero. Call Costs This function needs Service Provider support in order to work correctly. Your Service Provider can also provide you with the PIN2 password you need to complete these steps. To view the costs for the calls that have been made and received on your Smartphone, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the Call cost option in the top right corner of the screen. 4. Tap any of the following options to view a popup screen that displays the related times: o Last call cost o Total cost 5. (Optional) Tap the Reset cost option and enter your PIN2 password to reset the costs listed on the screen. 6. (Optional) Tap the Max cost option and enter your PIN2 password to set a maximum amount you are willing to pay for calls on the phone. 7. (Optional) Tap the Price per unit option and enter your PIN2 password to view the price per unit you are paying for each call. 8. Tap Back to save your changes. Text Message Counters To view the total number of text messages you have sent and received, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the Text msg option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Sent option to view a popup screen that lists the total number of messages that have been sent from the phone. 5. Tap the Received option to view a popup screen that lists the total number of message that have been received by the phone. 6. (Optional) Tap the Reset button at the bottom of the screen to reset the counter for whichever option Sent or Received is currently selected. 7. Tap the Back button to exit the screen. GPRS Counters To view the total number of GPRS data you have sent and received, do the following: 1. Tap the Call history menu. 19

Smartwatch Features 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the GPRS counter option in the bottom right corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Last sent option to view a popup screen that lists the volume of data that was sent from the phone in the last message. 5. Tap the Last received option to view a popup screen that lists the volume of data that was received by the phone in the last message. 6. Tap the All sent option to view a popup screen that lists the total volume of data that has been sent from the phone. 7. Tap the All received option to view a popup screen that lists the total volume of data that has been received by the phone. 8. (Optional) Tap the Reset counter button at the bottom of the screen to reset all of the GPRS counters. 9. Tap the Back button to exit the screen. Manage Silent Setting To activate or deactivate the silent mode setting for your Smartwatch, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. 3. Tap the (Forward) button in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Silent menu in the top left corner of the screen. 5. If the phone was in general mode, a Silent mode activated notification will appear. If the phone was in silent mode, a General mode activated notification will appear. Manage Bluetooth All of the features listed in this section are available through the Bluetooth menu on the Smartwatch. To access the Bluetooth menu, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. 3. Tap the (Forward) button in the bottom left corner of the screen. The Bluetooth menu appears in the top right corner of the screen. Turn On/Off Power To activate/deactivate the Bluetooth feature, do the following 1. Tap the Bluetooth menu. 2. Tap the Power button in the top left corner of the screen. Turn On/Off Smartwatch Visibility to Bluetooth Devices To make the Smartwatch visible to Bluetooth devices, do the following 20

View Bluetooth Details To view the details of your Bluetooth device, do the following 1. Tap the Bluetooth menu. 2. Tap the My device button in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. The screen that appears will display your Bluetooth settings. Note: If your Bluetooth device has not yet been paired with the Smartwatch, tap the Search new device option to locate it. Search To search for a Bluetooth device in the vicinity of the Smartwatch, do the following 1. Tap the Bluetooth menu. 2. Tap the Search button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Assign a Name to Your Bluetooth Device To associate a name with the Bluetooth device, do the following 1. Tap the Bluetooth menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button 3. Tap the My name option in the top left corner of the screen. 4. Enter the name you want to use to identify the Bluetooth. 5. Tap the Options button. 6. Tap the Done option in the menu that appears. Advanced The Smartwatch also provides four advanced Bluetooth features, all of which can be accessed by doing the following: 1. Tap the Bluetooth menu. 2. Tap the (Forward) button. 3. Tap the Advanced option in the top right corner of the screen. Advanced Option 1: Audio path The Audio path option allows you to designate where you want audio path information stored. The two options are: Leave in phone Forward to Bluetooth headset Advanced Option 2: Storage The Storage option allows you to designate where you want Bluetooth data to be stored. The three options are: Phone Memory card 21

Smartwatch Features Always ask Advanced Option 3: Sharing permission The Sharing permission option allows you to designate how Bluetooth data should be handled when accessed by users who are sharing your device. The two options are: Full control Read only Advanced Option 4: My address The My address option displays the Smartwatch's network address, which is used by your Bluetooth device when pairing up. Manage MMS All of the features listed in this section are available through the MMS menu on the Smartwatch. To access the MMS menu, do the following: 1. Tap the default (analog) watch display. 2. On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. 3. Tap the (Forward) button in the bottom left corner of the screen. The Bluetooth menu appears in the top right corner of the screen. MMS Definition Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) refers to messages sent and received through your phone that contain multimedia components such as pictures, audio files, video files, and attachments. They are different from SMS (Short Message Service) messages in that SMS messages support text-only and are limited to 160 characters, with no attachments. Write and Send an MMS Message To write and send an MMS message containing one or more slides, do the following: 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the MMS option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the Write message option in the list that appears on the screen. 4. Tap the Edit button to add a phone number or email address to send the message to. 5. (Optional) Repeat Step 4 to add others to the MMS message's "Send to" list. 6. Scroll down the screen and tap the #5 Edit content row. 7. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the screen. 8. Use the text keypad to enter the text of the MMS message on a slide. 9. Tap Done when you are finished adding text to the MMS message slide. 10. Use the following menu options to create the main content of your MMS message: o Done Tap this when you are done creating the MMS message o Input method Tap this to change the default character style or character set used to compose the message 22

London Smartwatch Manual o Add picture Tap this to add a graphic file to the message o Add audio Tap this to add an audio file to the message o Add video Tap this to add a video file to the message o Add attachment Tap this to add a non-picture, non-audio, non-video file to the message o Add slide before Tap this to create a slide that will appear before the current one o Add slide after Tap this to create a slide that will appear after the current one o Delete slide Tap this to delete a slide from the message o Previous slide Tap this to view the previous slide o Next slide Tap this to view the next slide o Add bookmark text Tap this to add the URL of a bookmark to the message o Preview Tap this to view the message prior to sending it o Slide time Tap this to change the amount of time each slide will be displayed on the screen before the next one appears. 11. When you are done creating the message, tap the first option on the list, Done. 12. Select from one of the following delivery options: o Send only Tap this to send the MMS message without creating a copy on your Smartwatch. o Save and send Tap this to send the MMS message after copying it to your Smartwatch. o Save to Drafts Tap this to save the MMS message without sending it. o Send options Tap this to set the validity period for delivery of the MMS message (if it cannot be delivered within the specified delivery time frame, it will not be delivered at all) and to designate whether or not you want to receive a delivery report when the message arrives at the recipient and when the message is read by the recipient. You can also use this option to set a priority for the MMS message: Low, Medium, or High. o Exit Tap this to exit without sending. You will be prompted if you want to save the message to the Drafts folder. Configure & Check Voicemail Configure Your Voicemail To configure the number that you call to check your voicemail or to listen to your voicemail messages from the MMS menu, do the following: 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the Voicemail option in the top right corner of the screen. 3. If you do not have a voicemail number set up already, tap the #1 row. 4. Tap Edit. 5. Tap Name and then enter a name for your voicemail number. 6. Tap Number and enter the number for your voicemail. 7. Click Back to save the new number in the Smartwatch. Check Your Voicemail SHORTCUT: You can check your voicemail quickly by going to the telephone number pad and pressing and holding the 1 key. To check your voicemail through the MMS menu, do the following: 23

Smartwatch Features 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the Voicemail option in the top right corner of the screen. 3. Tap the name of the voicemail account you have set up in the system. 4. Tap the Call voicemail option. Broad Message Definition Broadcast message is a mobile technology that allows messages up to 15 pages of up to 93 characters to be broadcast to all mobile handsets and similar devices within a designated geographical area. The broadcast range can be varied, from a single cell to the entire network. Turn Receive Mode On/Off To turn the broadcast message feature on/off, do the following: 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the Broad msg option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the 1 Receive mode option. 4. Tap the On or Off button in the bottom left corner of the screen. Read a Broadcast Message To turn the broadcast message feature on/off, do the following: 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the Broad msg option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the 2 Read message option. Set the Languages List for Broadcast Messages To configure the broadcast message languages list, do the following: 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the Broad msg option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the 3 Language option. 4. Select each of the languages you want to add to the languages list. 5. Tap the On button to save your changes. Configure Channel Settings for Broadcast Messages To configure channel settings, do the following: 1. Tap the MMS menu. 2. Tap the Broad msg option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the 4 Channel settings option. 4. Tap the 1 Add option. 5. In the 1 Channel title field, enter a name for the channel. 6. In the Channel ID field, enter the channel ID provided by your Service Provider. 7. Tap the OK button to save your changes. Manage Multimedia Your Smartwatch comes with a built-in camera, video recorder, audio player, video player, sound recorder, and image viewer, all of which are available through the 24

On the digital watch display that appears, tap the (Menu) button. 3. Tap the (Forward) button in the bottom left corner of the screen. The Multimedia menu appears in the bottom right corner of the screen. Camera Camera Options The Smartwatch camera contains a wide range of settings you can use to create high-quality photographs. To access these settings, open the camera and tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the view finder. The following table explains each of the settings and the options available under each one. Tap the Camera option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. With the camera view finder displayed, point the camera at the item you want to photograph and press the (Camera) icon in the bottom center of the screen. The camera will take the photo and store it automatically on your phone or on your memory card, depending on your camera settings. 4. To view your photos, refer to the View Photos section below. 25

Smartwatch Features View Photos To view photos you have taken, do the following: 2. Tap the Camera option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Photos option in the menu and all of your photos will appear in a list. Note: If you do not see your photos listed on the screen, they might be stored on at an alternate storage location on your phone. Refer to the Switch Storage Source instructions below for information on how to access files stored on your phone or on a memory card. Switch Storage Source You can only switch storage locations if you have a memory card (Micro SD card) inserted in your phone. To change the location where your photos are stored on the phone, do the following: 2. Tap the Camera option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Storage option in the menu that appears. 5. Tap either Phone or Memory card, depending on where you want your photos stored. Note: If you do not have a memory card (Micro SD) card inserted in your phone, the only option you will see in the list is Phone. 6. Tap OK to save your changes. Restore Default Settings To restore the default camera settings, do the following: 2. Tap the Camera option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Restore default option in the menu that appears. 5. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to restore the default settings. Video Recorder Video Recorder Options The Smartwatch video recorder contains a wide range of settings you can use to record videos. To access these settings, open the video recorder and tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the view finder. The following table explains each of the settings and the options available under each one. Refer to the Video Player section below for more details on how to watch the videos you have taken. Take Videos To take videos with your Smartwatch, do the following: 2. Tap the Video recorder option in the top right corner of the screen. 3. With the camcorder view finder displayed, point the lens at the item you want to record and press the (Video) icon in the bottom center of the screen. The camera will start to record video. 4. To pause the recording, tap the (Pause) icon in the bottom center of the screen. 5. To stop recording, tap the (Stop) icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. 6. Tap Yes to save the video you just recorded or No to erase it. 7. To view your videos, refer to the Video Player section below. Switch Storage Source You can only switch storage locations if you have a memory card (Micro SD card) inserted in your phone. To change the location where your videos are stored on the phone, do the following: 2. Tap the Video recorder option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Storage option in the menu that appears. 5. Tap either Phone or Memory card, depending on where you want your photos stored. Note: If you do not have a memory card (Micro SD) card inserted in your phone, the only option you will see in the list is Phone. 6. Tap OK to save your changes. Restore Default Settings To restore the default video settings, do the following: 27

Smartwatch Features 2. Tap the Video recorder option in the top left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the (Options) icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. 4. Tap the Restore default option in the menu that appears. 5. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to restore the default settings. Audio Player The Smartwatch audio player allows you to play MP3s and MP4s that are stored directly on your phone or on a MicroSD (memory) card that you have inserted into the phone. Create and Configure the Audio Player List The first time you access the audio player, the play list will be empty. To add files to the list, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 4. Tap the Options button. Note: Steps 5 through 13 below only need to be done the first time you create a list or whenever you want to recreate a brand new list from scratch. If you simply want to add a file to the existing list, jump to Step 14. 5. Tap the Settings button. 6. Tap the Player settings button. 7. In the Pre. playlist field, select the location where the audio files are stored: Phone or Memory card. IMPORTANT: Make sure the List auto gen. field on the same screen is set to Off, otherwise you will not be able to access your files. 8. (Optional) Designate whether you want the files in this list to repeat: Off or On. 9. (Optional) Designate whether you want the files in this list to play in shuffle mode: Off or On. 10. Tap OK when you are done. 11. Tap Back. 12. Tap Options. 13. Tap Add. 14. In the list of audio files that appears, tap the names of each file you want to add to the audio player list. As soon as each file is done added to the list, a popup screen will appear with the word Done on it. 16. When you have finished adding files, tap Back. 17. Tap Back again. The screen will then display the list of all available audio files you can play. Play an Audio File To play an audio file, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 28

When the song is finished, the Audio Player will automatically play the next file in the list or a random file if shuffle mode is turned on. Play All Audio Files To play all audio files in a list, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 4. Tap the name of the first audio file in the list. 5. In the list that appears, tap Play. The file will begin to play automatically, followed by all of the other songs in the list. View Details of an Audio File To view the details of an audio file, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 4. Tap the name of the audio file whose details you to view. 5. In the list that appears, tap Details. 6. The screen that appears lists the following information about the file: o Size o Time (length of the song) o Title o Artist o Genre o Year Add an Audio File to Your Ringtone List To add an audio file to your ringtone list, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 4. Tap the name of the audio file you want to add to your ringtone list. 5. In the list that appears, tap Add to ringtones. Remove an Audio File from the List To remove an audio file from the list, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 4. Tap the name of the audio file you want to remove. 5. In the list that appears, tap Remove. 29

Configure Bluetooth Settings for Audio Files To configure the way your Bluetooth device handles audio files, do the following: 2. Tap the Audio player option in the bottom left corner of the screen. 3. Tap the List button. 4. Tap the Options button. 5. Tap the Settings option in the list. 6. Tap the Bluetooth settings option. 7. In the BT stereo output field, select either Off or On. 8. In the BT stereo headset field, select or search for the headset you will be using to listen to audio files 9. Tap OK to finish. Video Player The Smartwatch video player displays a list of all videos stored on your phone or on a MicroSD memory card you inserted into the phone. The video player allows you to play, send, rename, delete, and sort your videos using a single menu. Play a Video To play a video, do the following: 2. Tap the Video player option in the bottom right corner of the screen. 3. In the list of videos that appears, tap the one that you want to watch. 4. Tap the Play option. 5. On the video screen that opens, tap the Play button. Send a Video To send a video, do the following: 2. Tap the Video player option in the bottom right corner of the screen. 3. In the list of videos that appears, tap the one that you want to send. 4. Tap the Send option. 5. In the list that appears, tap one of the following options: As multimedia message or Via Bluetooth. 6. Follow the prompts to create the multimedia or Bluetooth message. Rename a Video To rename a video, do the following: 2. Tap the Video player option in the bottom right corner of the screen. 3. In the list of videos that appears, tap the one that you want to rename. 4. Use the letter pad that appears to type out a new name for the video. 5. When you are finished, tap the Options button. 6. Tap Done to save the new name. 30
