MODES Time - Hour, minutes, seconds, date, day, month - 12/24 hour format - Dual time Stopwatch - Measurement of lap times - 1/100 second precision for the first 60 minutes; h:mm:ss precision for the following time - Acoustic and visual signal for the fastest lap - Pause function Chrono data - Record and recall Lap times saved in session files - Date, total time, fastest lap and average time Countdown timer - Programmable countdown (from 1 second to 10 hours) followed by count-up timer - Acoustic signal at the end of countdown Daily alarm EN-3
BUTTONS S1 S2 S3 S1 - MODE - Browse modes in sequence: Time/Date (Time) > Stopwatch (Chrono) > Chronograph data (Chrono Data) > Countdown Timer > Alarm (Alm) S2 - LAP/RESET - Lap time measurement - Enter settings mode and adjust variables - Delete memory - Browse sessions list in chronograph data S3 - START/STOP - Start/pause/stop stopwatch - Save chronograph data - Browse stored chronograph data - Adjust variables in settings mode Advanced buttons functions are described in the following paragraphs. TIME Press MODE button and enter TIME mode. Setting - Hold LAP/RESET for a few seconds. - The display shows HOLD ADJ and T1 (Time 1) texts flashing. - Press MODE button to confirm or START/STOP button to choose T2 (Time 2). - Hours digit flashes. Press LAP button to decrease the value or START/STOP to increase it. - Press MODE to confirm and set minutes. - Follow the procedure described above to set minutes, seconds, year, month and date. - After date adjustment press MODE and choose 12 or 24 hour format using START/STOP button. Press MODE to confirm. - The display shows TONE text (acoustic buttons tone) - To activate or deactivate it press START/STOP button (On/Off). - Press MODE button to confirm and exit setting mode. Dual time To view Time 2 press START/STOP button. The display will show T2 icon on top-left and Time 2 in the upper line. To switch back to default Time 1 and date press START/STOP button again. EN-5
STOPWATCH Press MODE button and enter stopwatch mode (Chrono). - Press START/STOP button to start the stopwatch. Upper line indicates Lap timing and lower line shows total elapsed time. - Press LAP/RESET button to mark Lap time. Upper line flashes showing Lap number and lower line the related timing for some seconds. - The display goes back to Lap time and total elapsed time view. - When the fastest Lap is detected the display shows flashing FASTEST text and the device beeps. - Press START/STOP to pause the stopwatch. Press LAP/RESET to restart it. Stop and Data storage Each timing session has to be saved in order to be recalled from Chrono Data mode and to start a new session. - Press START/STOP button twice (Pause > End) to stop the stopwatch. - Upper line shows END text and lower line shows total elapsed time. - Hold START/STOP for a few seconds. - The display shows STORE DATA text and chronograph data are stored. - After storing timing data, the stopwatch is ready for a new session. Note: stopwatch precision is 1/100 of a second for the first 60 minutes and h:mm:ss for the following timing. EN-6
Full memory message - Memfull When the display shows Memfull text during a timing session, it is necessary to delete stored sessions to free memory space. Hold LAP/RESET button for a few seconds. The display shows Clear All text and all stored data will be deleted, including the current session. Note: before starting a new session it is suggested to delete all stored data in Chrono Data mode in order to have free memory for new timing. In Stopwatch mode hold LAP/RESET button for a few seconds. The display shows Clear All text and all stored data are deleted. EN-7
CHRONO DATA Press MODE button and enter chronograph data mode (Chrono Data). This mode shows stored sessions (Run) listed with progressive number and related date. Data recall - Press LAP/RESET button to browse the list of stored sessions. - Press START/STOP button to view and browse session data: Lap number / Lap time > total time ( Total ) > fastest Lap ( Best ) > average time ( Avg ) - Press LAP/RESET button to return to sessions list. Single session deletion - Choose the session to delete from Run list with LAP/RESET button - Press LAP/RESET button for a few seconds to choose the session to delete. The display shows Clear Data text - All data related to the session are deleted - Progressive session numbers are updated Sessions deletion - Press MODE button and enter Stopwatch Mode. - Press LAP/RESET button for a few seconds. - The display shows Clear All text and all stored data are deleted. COUNTDOWN TIMER Press MODE button and enter countdown timer mode (Timer) Setting - Press LAP/RESET button for a few seconds. - The display shows Hold Adj text and hours digit flashes. - Press START/STOP to increase the value or LAP/RESET to decrease it. - Press MODE button to confirm and set minutes. - Follow the procedure described above to set minutes and seconds. - Press MODE button to confirm and exit settings mode. Start - Press START/STOP to start countdown. The upper line shows time set, the lower line shows countdown. - The device beeps during the 5 seconds preceding the zero and beeps one last time when zero is reached. - A count-up timer starts after the countdown, indicated in the lower line. - Press START/STOP to pause/restart the timing - Press START/STOP and then LAP/RESET to reset the timing. ALARM Press MODE button and enter alarm mode (Alm). Setting - Hold LAP/RESET for a few seconds. - The display shows Hold Adj and hours digit flashes. - Press START/STOP to increase the value or LAP/RESET to decrease it. - Press MODE button to confirm and set minutes. - Press START/STOP to increase the value or LAP/RESET to decrease it. - Press MODE button to confirm and exit setting mode. The alarm is automatically activated after settings adjustment. Press START/STOP button to activate or deactivate the alarm (On/Off). When the alarm is activated the display shows icon The alarm will beep for 60 seconds; press one of the buttons to turn it off. BATTERY REPLACEMENT - Unscrew battery hatch by rotating it anticlockwise with the help of a coin. - Remove the exhausted battery and replace it with a new one. - Do not remove the rubber ring from its place. - Reposition the battery hatch and screw it on by rotating clockwise. - Battery type: CR2032 (3V). - Use battery type as indicated on this manual and supplied with the device. - Do not remove the rubber ring from its place. - Do not dispose of batteries in regular household waste. - Batteries have to be properly disposed of according to current local regulations. CARE AND MAINTENANCE - Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device. - Protect from extreme heat or cold temperatures, shocks and long time exposure to direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. - Wipe clean with a lightly moistened cloth. Apply mild soap to the area in case of stubborn stains or marks. Do not expose your device to strong chemicals such as gasoline, clean solvents, acetone, alcohol, as they may damage the unit s seal, case and finish. - Avoid direct contact with hairstyling products, insect repellents, colognes, sunscreen lotions and other toiletries which can deteriorate the plastic parts. In case, wipe the device off with a dry and soft cloth immediately. - Avoid contact with water and do not handle the device with wet hands. - Do not press buttons and keys in case of contact with water. - The device and its components have to be properly disposed of according to current local regulations. WARRANTY - The warranty applies for 24 months from purchase date and is limited to material and processing faults only. - The warranty applies only if the product and the accessories have been handled carefully and according to instruction. - The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or non-compliance with care and maintenance indications. - Batteries are not covered by the warranty. - In case of any warranty claim, please refer to your dealer or send the product, accessories and dated purchase bill to your country Distributor. - Before sending the device, read the user manual carefully and check the battery charge. - In case of valid warranty claim, the repaired device or a replacement device will be returned free of charge.
