Survey methodology Mobility is an important aspect of healthcare. The survey included questions about healthcare professional's experiences with using mobility devices to optimize their workflows. Another objective was to learn how caregivers use the devices to solve their biggest challenges and to discover where Fujitsu solutions made the biggest impact in helping them meet their care-giving goals. The survey respondents were all Fujitsu customers who not only used the products, but used Fujitsu as their healthcare IT provider as well. 45 percent described their healthcare environments as enterprise healthcare, while the remainder said they worked in home health, physician practices, or social services environments.
