Schl spnsred student rganizatins may have hmepages linked t the building s web page. The USD 373 webmaster and the rganizatin s staff spnsr must apprve cntent f these pages. It is the respnsibility f the rganizatin t update and maintain the infrmatin. 9. Use f student names and/r individual pictures with identifying captins are acceptable with the Enrllment Authrizatin Frm having been signed and n file with the attendance center f the student. All identificatins must adhere t the apprved items listed within the release frm. N dcument published may include any infrmatin that identifies the physical lcatin f a student r staff member at a given time, ther than attendance at a particular schl, r participatin in activities. (This specifically precludes the publishing f hme address, phne numbers, names f family members r ther students, r any ther questinable infrmatin.)
