AT A GLANCE Fedha Advisory S.A. (Fedha) is a Mozambican based advisory and project development firm, established in 2014, that develop primarily Turn-Key Projects in the following sectors: Infrastructures (e.g. roads, railways, tank farms, dams) Energy (e.g. transmission lines, substations). Together with our international and national partners we develop sustainable turn-key projects with the highest international standards of corporate governance. OUR PROJECTS PORTFOLIO (implementation phase) Pemba Tank Farm Employer: Parastatal, Petromoc - Petróleos de Moçambique. Project type: Infrastructure. 3 new Fuel Storage (Tank Farm) Terminal Extension with 20.000m3 capacity. Location: Pemba. Project size: US $20.000.000. EPC Partner: Steval Engineering. Fedha Advisory role: Secure the Client, project advisor, developer, capital raising, local content manager. Project duration: 8 to 10 months. Project status: In progress. 7

OUR PROJECTS PORTFOLIO: (implementation phase) Dondo Beira transmission line Employer: Parastatal, Eletricidade de Moçambique (EDM). Project type: Infrastructure. Turn-Key electrical substation, STATCOM and transmission lines from Dondo to Beira. Location: The project is located in the central part of Mozambique, connecting the Dondo substation with the 2 transmission lines that are to be built into Beira city. Size of the project: US $60 million. Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Partner: For the time being, we have presented two new EPC companies to EDM, namely: EOH Power Systems (South Africa) and AVIC INTL (China). Fedha Advisory role: Secure the Client, project advisor, developer, capital raising, local content manager. Project duration: 16 to 18 months. Project status: In progress. 8

OUR PROJECTS PORTFOLIO: (implementation phase) Inchope Caia Road (National Highway) Employer: Parastatal, Agência Nacional de Estradas (ANE). Project type: Road infrastructure. Rehabilitation of 313Km of the national highway. Location: The project is located in the central part of Mozambique, connecting Inchope (Manica) to Caia (Sofala). Size of the project: US $268.235.000,00. EPC Partner: Procurement in progress. Fedha Advisory role: Secure the Client; secure an EPC; project advisor and developer; capital raising, local content manager. Project duration: 30 months. Project status: In progress. 9
