Turkish Language Support Adds Turkish as a supported language for VidyoRoom. With full support for Turkish, including VidyoDesktop and VidyoMobile, Vidyo solutions are now more user-friendly to customers who speak Turkish as their native language. Issues resolved in VidyoRoom version 2.2.2.00385 are marked with an asterisk*. Resolved Issues ID Number Issue Resolution 13055* Because of device selection issues, audio was sent to the HDMI port. Audio does not inadvertently get sent to the HDMI port. 13030* On the HD-110 with a single display, if you shared an application and then toggled the self-view several times until the application appeared fullscreen, the other participants would stop seeing the application. On the HD-110 with a single display, if you share an application and then toggle selfview until you see it full-screen, the other participants continue seeing the application. 12956* 12938* Chat 150 devices did not work consistently in environments where there were large power fluctuations. 12865* If the display resolution was changed (such as from 16:9 to 4:3), the resolution returned to the default when the VidyoRoom was rebooted. 12423* The Minrray VHD-A910 camera would not return to the exact home position when pressing the Home button on the VidyoRoom Remote. 12060* A maximum of 25 VidyoRooms would show on the Admin Pages > Meeting Rooms > Manage Vidyo- Rooms page. 11902* On dual display VidyoRooms, shared applications were shown on the Secondary monitor with two participants and on the Primary monitor with more than two participants. 11822* When a Bolin GYR-TP11 camera was connected to VidyoRoom version 2.2.0, the camera controls would not work properly. 11518* The Control Meeting page did not display the meeting controls during calls in rooms with a Moderator PIN. 11365* Far End Camera Control (FECC) was not backward compatible with VidyoPortal version 2.1.4. 11315* When a USB camera was connected to a Vidyo- Room HD-100, the camera controls provided were that of an HD-50 and did not include Anti-Flicker controls on the Web UI. 11299* The local Share was removed when you pressed the Manage button twice on the remote control. 11298* The local Share was covered by a screen saver after being idle for 6-8 minutes. 11107* The Manage VidyoRoom page displayed nonexistent VidyoRoom accounts. In environments where there are large fluctuations in power, Vidyo recommends using one of the recommended Phoenix speakerphones or a UPS. The display resolution settings are now persistent through VidyoRoom reboot. The Minrray VHD-A910 camera now returns to the exact home position when the Home button is pressed. The Manage VidyoRooms page now shows more than 25 VidyoRooms when necessary. Shared applications are always displayed on the Primary monitor regardless of how many participants are in the conference. When a Bolin GYR-TP11 camera is connected to VidyoRoom version 2.2.0, the camera controls work properly. The Control Meeting page displays the meeting controls during calls in rooms with a Moderator PIN. FECC is now backward compatible with VidyoPortal version 2.1.4. The HD-100 now provides the correct camera controls, including Anti-Flicker, on the Web UI. The local Share remains onscreen when you press the Manage button twice on the remote control. The local Share is not covered by a screen saver after being idle for 6-8 minutes. The Manage VidyoRoom page does not display non-existent VidyoRoom accounts. Resolved Issues Page 4

ID Number Issue Resolution 10952 The IR Receiver option was displayed, but Vidyo- Room does not have internal IR on HD-100 Rev. 4A and HD-50 Rev. 4A. 10064* When invited via the Control Meeting page during a conference, a participant was not added into the current call even after accepting the invite. 10060 The participant list headers on the VidyoRoom Remote were not displayed correctly on the In-Call Home page. The internal IR Receiver option has been removed. When invited via the Control Meeting page during a conference, a participant is added into the current call. The VidyoRoom Remote participant list headers are now displayed correctly on the In-Call Home page. 10028 Legacy device look-up failed on the Invite page. Legacy device look-up does not fail on the Invite page. 8911 When there was no audio device connected to an HD-50 Rev. C or HD-100 Rev. C, the ringtone was played through the HDMI TV. Ringtone does not play unless an audio device is connected. 8786 The Home page on the VidyoRoom Remote did not show the registration or online status of VidyoPanorama. 8552 Japanese characters were being displayed with a Chinese font. 8171 Some Japanese characters were showing up as corrupted. 7427* If you joined a conference when the UI was set to the Chinese language, a corrupted message appeared. 7168 Switching between displays caused the application to crash. 6991 If the VidyoRoom boots up without a monitor being connected, it cannot be shut down by pressing the Power button. 6751 Certain words in Chinese displayed with incorrect characters. The system now reduces the number of participants displayed within 10 seconds based on the bandwidth conditions. Resolved Issues Page 5

Known Issues and Limitations Issues discovered in VidyoRoom version 2.2.2.00385 are marked with an asterisk*. ID Number Component Issue Suggested Workaround VidyoRoom - General If you are running VidyoRoom version 2.2 or later with FIPS mode enabled, you must ensure that TLS 1.0 is enabled in your Internet Explorer browser settings in order to access the VidyoRoom web UI. If you do not enable this setting, you will get a Cannot display webpage error message when trying to access the web UI. This issue does not occur with Chrome. A crackling noise may be heard when externally powered speakers with a high range amplifier are connected to Line Out on the VidyoRoom HD-100 Rev. 4A and HD-50 Rev. 4A. If you connect speakers to the analog Audio Out port on the VidyoRoom HD-100 Rev. 4A and HD-50 Rev. 4A, Vidyo recommends connecting non-grounded powered speakers or amplifiers. If you choose to use grounded speakers or amplifiers, ground must be isolated in order to prevent ground loops. 14693* When a VidyoRoom joins a call and forces an I- Frame to be sent, momentary blurriness of the image appears on the other VidyoRooms. 14312* VidyoRoom intermittently encodes at 1440 x 810 when it is set to 1920 x 1080 @ 1 Mbps. 14273* VidyoRoom intermittently encodes at 336p30 when it is set to 450p30 @ 384 Kbps. 14257* On rare occasions when more than one document is shared, the shared documents toggle automatically and very quickly. 13823* The first time an Epiphan VGA2USB device is connected to a VidyoRoom after the 2.17 image is applied to the VidyoRoom, the Epiphan Found New Hardware Wizard pops up. 13591* The VidyoRoom encode resolution changes periodically when a device or endpoint with low bandwidth (such as an iphone 4) is used in a conference call. 13206* When Simplified Chinese is selected as the display language, Traditional Chinese is incorrectly shown. 12806* After rebooting the VidyoRoom, the system makes inconsistent Primary and Secondary display selections. Known Issues and Limitations Page 6

ID Number Component Issue Suggested Workaround 12724* The Cancel button that is shown when VidyoRoom is downloading an update from VidyoPortal does not work. 12330* Shared documents are shown shifted to the left instead of centered on the screen. 12309* When accessing the VidyoRoom Web user interface using Internet Explorer 8, an Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage error is shown. 12094* The local Share is incorrectly shown duplicated in a horizontally tiled layout. 11313 After the VidyoRoom is upgraded from the VidyoPortal, the message Please restart the VidyoRoom system may appear. If this message appears, the VidyoRoom may not restart automatically when the message times out. Additionally, if you manually restart the VidyoRoom from the web UI or by pressing the OK button on the remote control, the message will continue to appear. 10865 You cannot search for VidyoRoom users by their middle or last names on the Admin Portal under the Manage VidyoRoom page. 9790 The labels overlap on VidyoRoom UI when the Russian language is selected. 9584 The system needs two separate certificate bundles: one for Vidyo loaded/updated certificates and one for customer loaded certificates. 9529 If you click the Apply button after the timeout on VidyoRoom web UI, you will get a page error message. 9489 The time is displayed one hour ahead of the actual time. 9170 You will be logged out if you select a future date or time in the web UI. 9094 The access code length on the web UI is not limited consistently with the access code length on the VidyoRoom UI. 9065 When shutting down the VidyoRoom web UI, a confirmation message appears with the user ID and password, but the user ID and password that is displayed may be incorrect. 9037 When # is pressed on the VidyoRoom remote control, / is displayed. 8895 The DNS configuration is not updated in the Vidyo- Room when the network is changed. 8798 When searching for a user with a. in the user ID, all users appear in the list. Temporarily access the VidyoRoom Web user interface with a browser other than Internet Explorer 8. Press the Power button on the VidyoRoom system to shut it down, and then power it up again. Log in again to the web UI. Known Issues and Limitations Page 7

ID Number Component Issue Suggested Workaround 7750 VidyoRoom stops responding to commands from the remote control when it is not signed into the VidyoPortal. 7705 Selected options which are displayed on the interface are incorrect if some Vidyo modes are selected in the VidyoRoom UI. 7704 When the network is not accessible, the Vidyo- Room cannot change back to DHCP after changing the network setting to Static. 7287 The VidyoRoom user is able to join My Room by pressing the Connect button on the remote control even when the room is disabled, locked, and pin protected. 6357 No error or warning message is displayed when the Portal, Username, and Password fields are empty. 5123 When the VidyoRoom is unable to contact the VidyoPortal, the language can t be changed. 9010178 You may receive an unrecognized portal message on the VidyoRoom after the VidyoPortal has been upgraded. 909938 VidyoRoom Speakerphone set to 0% transmits audio streams to remote ends. 906945 A Logitech USB camera used with an HD-100 Rev. A VidyoRoom can causes it to go offline. 906271 When using line in/line out connections for the microphone and speakers and a USB audio device is plugged in or removed, the volume settings on the speaker are changed. 905881 On the Home page, entering a full extension number on the search box will allow a user to perform a direct call to a Legacy device only. 904613 There may be a slight boot delay when a DHCP server is not present. 904183 A VidyoRoom created using Asian characters (Japanese, Chinese, and Korean) will be displayed properly only if the VidyoRoom is set to the same language used (i.e., Japanese, Chinese, or Korean). Otherwise, the names will not be shown. 903212 On VidyoRoom HD-50 models, the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 may not capture video when it s set to 720p mode. 901693 VidyoRoom will continue to work in dual screen mode even if a second monitor is not connected. Disconnect the network cable, reboot the unit, set the network to DHCP, reconnect the network cable, and reboot the unit. Change the language after connecting to the VidyoPortal. Mute microphone locally on speakerphone. HD-100 Rev. A Vidyo- Rooms do not support the Logitech USB camera. Do not use this camera with this model. Select the user before making a direct call. Plug the camera into a different USB port. Make sure all screen connections are valid. Known Issues and Limitations Page 8

ID Number Component Issue Suggested Workaround VidyoRoom Remote 10644 The VidyoRoom Remote shows the room owner s name instead of the room s name after VidyoRoom joins a conference. 10111 The Invite message doesn t consistently display the correct room name. 10110 The cursor is not being displayed while using the VidyoRoom Remote soft keyboard on the Advanced page. 10095 The VidyoRoom Remote disconnects nonregistered users. 10089 Non-members, Legacy, and/or IPC participants cannot be added to the Invite list. 10086 If you log in to the VidyoRoom Remote and change the logged in user password, the remote user is not logged out and the erroneous error message Unrecognized portal response is displayed. 10063 The In-Call Home page is not displayed after joining the call when the user joins the conference from the Advanced page. 10062 The contact list is not displayed on the Home Page. 10014 In a point-to-point call, the participant list isn t displayed; the Invite button isn t disabled; and the Disconnect button doesn t disconnect the call. 9978 The names in the participant list are displayed as hyperlinks on the VideyoRemote In-Call Home page. 9973 When the registered endpoint is in its own conference room, the endpoint status is not displayed correctly on the participant list. 9960 You cannot use the device keyboard to enter text in the Advanced page text box. 9959 You cannot view the full participant s list on the connected page because the scroll bar continues to get reset to the top of the list. 9950 The Soft Keys are not working on the Advanced page and the V character is highlighted at all times. 9914 The percent key fails to retrieve the active/available user, and the asterisk displays the list of users only after a four-second delay. 9913 Pagination fails after displaying the third page of the participant list. Use the onscreen (touch screen) keyboard instead. Known Issues and Limitations Page 9
