SECTION 1 INTRODUCTION Welcome to Premier Choice Group s online billing platform. Our billing portal allows you to manage your own billing information and certain aspects of your account. It enables you to access invoices, create reports and analyse your own bills. Your username, password and link have been emailed to you. Please change your password immediately. The new portal will let you log in and download your invoices and reports each month. Notification will be sent to the email address who is on the contract for the Billing contact each month when the invoices have been uploaded and ready to download. Keep an eye out for our latest offers and useful information on our home page. 1
SECTION 2 LOGGING IN To log into your account, you will need to go to https://webabillity.co.uk/pre01 The following screen will appear: Here you will enter your username which is your account number and password: Then you will be redirected to the main screen. 2
SECTION 3 VIEWING YOUR INVOICES This section displays a summary of your invoices per billing period and allows you to view, print and download them. To view your invoices (new and existing ones) click on View My Bill: You ll then be redirect to the following page: Here you can see the invoice number / billing period / service charge / calls and the total with and without VAT. To look at an invoice you click on the invoice number. Please note if there is an invoice number labelled unbilled this is the current months calls and this is not your latest invoice. An invoice is not final until it has an invoice number. Once you click on the invoice number this screen will appear: To download or print the invoice, click on download invoice and to download report do the same. You can also click on the file icon under invoice files which is an excel spreadsheet of all your calls made that month. 3
SECTION 4 CREATING REPORTS In the Create Report page you can create a range of pre-configures reports in PDF, Excel or CSV format. You can select the type of report you want from the drop down menu, select the billing period and choose the format you would like it to be then hit create report. The report will then open in a new window in whichever format you choose. 4
SECTION 5 CALL ANALYSIS Call analysis allows you to view, print and search through call data and filter the records based on specified search criteria. In here you can enter the key words in whichever fields you want. Once the key words have been entered click the search button to begin the process. Depending on the search parameters specified, the next page will display the results of your search request: You can download this Call Analysis to Excel or print as desired. 5
SECTION 6 VIEW MY PHONE NUMBERS In view my phone numbers you can view your numbers and their details, as well as editing the description for individual numbers. Selecting Edit will enable the edit box for the selected phone number chosen to be edited, this will allow you to then update the description for that number. To save the changes click the Save icon, to cancel the changes, click the cancel icon. A second method of updating the above information is selecting the phone number itself, this will bring up a new screen which will allow the user to change the description when they select the edit button. Once these changed have been made, select update. 6
SECTION 7 FAQs How will I be notified that my invoice is ready? You will receive an email as usual but without the attachments. The email will be a notification that your invoice and supporting documents are ready to download. I have forgotten my password what do I do? The billing department can help you reset your password. Please call 02083009495 options 3 and 1 and have your company details ready for security. How do I change my password? Log in to the portal, click on settings in the top right-hand side of the page and here you can change your password. Why does the invoice number say unbilled? This is the current months calls which haven t been invoiced yet. You can look up calls which have been made in the month you are in, instead of waiting until the invoice has been generated in the following month. Can we have more than one log in? Yes - this is something we can do, please call or email in to arrange. My reports aren t opening? Reports open in a new tab, so please ensure that pop ups are allowed in your preferred web browser. 7
