The development process of the Online S3 project Anastasia Panori, INTELSPACE Innovation Technologies S.A. Online S3 Final Workshop, Brussels 25 04 2018
Some general information Proposal submission: September 2015 Project start date: May 2016 Main goal: To develop an e-policy platform including a toolbox of applications and online services, which will assist national and regional authorities in the EU in elaborating or revising their smart specialisation strategies. The platform will leverage existing methodologies, initiatives and tools developed by the EC for the RIS3 strategy, but it will also investigate new services aiming to strengthen the European capacity for evidence-based policy advice. 3
