Document: Feedback Sheet Revision: A Date: 13/07/16 What s a wireframe? It s important that everything you need to present on the site is accounted for, and has been considered in the layout. The best way for us to achieve this is to draw up a diagram or bluerint of the site, commonly referred to as a wireframe. Wireframes help us plan information heirarchy and get all parties thinking about the fine details of the layout. Why isn t it styled up? The point of the wireframe is to really focus on which elements are needed on the site, and where they should go. The wireframes are intentionally diagrammatic so that we don t get drawn into discussion of visuals, and keep the conversation focussed around structure and layout. Things to think about when providing feedback: Try and be specific with feedback - refer to the name of the wireframe (marked at the top of the document e.g. Homepage Wireframe ) and the name of the element in question (e.g. call to action, post title, etc.). Primary focus should be on whether everything that s needed on the site is indicated on the wireframe - if there s something missing, let us know. Secondary focus should be on positioning - such as, would you prefer if some elements had greater prominence (for example, by being higher up the page)? Please get in touch if there s anything you don t understand, or would like some more detail on.
