ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 10 Amps (104-127 VMC) This scanner uses facility power and requires a dedicated line. All electrical devices should be protected from external power disturbances, surges, and spikes that can damage your equipment. i-cat has specified an optional power conditioner for purchase to provide that protection, off-the-shelf surge protectors purchased in an office supply or hardware store are not recommended.
4. NETWORK REQUIREMENTS All network components are required to be working at 1Gb/Sec. Wireless networks are not supported. The Controller Device is designed to be accessed as a network appliance and should not be added to a domain or altered in any way, alteration will render the system unusable and a replacement may be required. Note: RAID is NOT a replacement for a backup system as it will not protect your data from all hardware failures, user errors, fire, water, or electrical storm damage. i-cat cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, regardless of reason.
