Product Overview Selector2GO is a feature of GSelector but is tailored for the web, Selector2GO works on all of today s contemporary browsers and across platforms and mobile devices. This includes most PC and Mac computers as well as the vast majority of current smart phones, tablets and e-readers, including the ipad and iphone. The data flow is kept small to enable fast performance, even on mobile networks like 3G. Selector2GO gives you powerful core scheduling, schedule editing functionality and essential analysis details of your rotations in the palm of your hand. Selector2GO uses high performance server based communication for real-time updating, so when changes are made in GSelector or Selector2GO those changes are reflected immediately to the user. Selector2GO is based on the same basic functionality of GSelector. This guide will only cover the use of Selector2GO. For information on how GSelector goal scheduling works consult the GSelector Help Guide. Device Requirements A special Internet server is automatically installed along with GSelector. After installation Selector2GO can be accessed by opening a VPN connection to the location of the GSelector Service Host machine and entering the following line in the Web browser of the device that is to be used: http://[ipaddress or fully qualified machine name]/selector2go Important Note! Selector2GO is only supported on Internet Explorer version 9 or higher and cannot be run in "Compatibility Mode". Use IE9 or higher or a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. GSelector Requirements This feature requires GSelector Version 4.0 or higher. The user will connect to the Service Host Server for the site. The image below shows a large GSelector Server setup. Intro Connecting to Selector2GO Selector2GO is an online connection to the Service Host Server. The client can use Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera to connect using a PC, Mac or Laptop to connect to the Desktop Web version of Selector2GO. The user can also connect to the mobile version of Selector2GO, using an Apple iphone or ipad or an Android smart phone or tablet. Accessing Selector2GO Login Window Accessing Selector2GO To reach the login screen for Selector2GO, enter the IP address of the Service Host computer, then a slash and finally the words "Selector2GO" into the Web Browse window. The login page will differ depending on the device used to connect. Example: http://<ip_address>/selector2go Login Window A valid GSelector user name and password are required for access to the web page for Selector2GO. To acquire a login to the GSelector database, contact your GSelector Administrator. Revision 4.6 6 01/02/2018

Important Note! Administrators: A word to the wise, if you do not have Security enabled in GSelector, anyone will be able to access the service using the Everyone account. See the GSelector Help Guide for additional information on Securing GSelector. Login options By selecting the options button, the user can set the device to Remember User Name and/or set the connection to remain logged in using the Keep me logged in option. The user will remain logged into Selector2GO as long as there is user activity, after 20 minutes of inactivity, the user will be logged out automatically. After this time, if the Keep me logged in option is used the login page is bypassed and the main menu is loaded immediately when reconnecting to Selector2GO. To change the idle time, edit the C:\Program Files\\GSelector\.GSelector.Web\Web.config file and set the timeout value under sessionstate to the desired value in minutes. Optionally, the same changes can also be made to the C:\Program Files\\GSelector\.GSelector.Web.Mobile\Web.config, which will control the timeout for the Mobile version of Selector2GO. The Database drop-down in this section is used to select which database to connect to with Selector2GO. The Organization drop-down allows the user to select an organization to which they belong. The user must enter a login name before the organization options are available. Desktop Mobile Revision 4.6 7 01/02/2018

Security When a user logs in to Selector2GO they receive the same security settings as they would in the main GSelector application. See the GSelector Help Guide for assistance setting up the Security for the GSelector applications. When a user has read only permissions they will be able to maneuver through the Selector2GO application but they will not be able to make changes. If a user with read only permissions attempts to make a change, they will receive an Error similar to the following. Navigating Selector2GO Once the user has logged into Selector2GO they will see the Main menu page. This page is used to change the station being viewed, access the menu options for the selected station or Logout of Selector2GO. Station Selection Click or tap the down arrow for the Station field to select a station from a list of stations available in the GSelector database. The Selector2GO Desktop web application will display a drop-down list of stations and the mobile web application will open a popup window displaying a list of possible stations. Menu Options At this time the only available options for Selector2GO are the Library, Scheduler, Editor, Analysis and Tools. The user can simply click or touch the button to open the menu option. Quick Accelerator Keys can also be used in the Desktop web to access the menu options, simply press CTRL+ the number preceding the menu option. This menu Blurb can also be viewed by selecting the Show Navigation Menu Blurb button. Menu Sidebar/Back button When a Menu item is selected, using the Desktop web, the corresponding window will open placing a Navigation bar to the left of the screen. This menu bar can be closed to allow for additional viewing space. Simply click the access bar in the middle to close the menu pane. Click the Selector2GO logo at the top of this pane to return to the Main Menu with the Station selection. On an iphone, ipad or Android device, there will be a back button with the main menu button or just the main menu button at the top of the window. Revision 4.6 10 01/02/2018

Log Out The Logout button will logout the user then return them to the Login screen. Compress Menu Buttons The Compress Menu Buttons option in Selector2GO will expand the menu buttons to display more information about the features and the Library sub-menu. Revision 4.6 11 01/02/2018

Action Panel The action panel is the upper pane of the Library, Scheduler, Editor, Analysis and Tools windows. This action panel can be minimized to allow for additional viewing space. Simply click the close bar under the action panel to hide it from view. Revision 4.6 12 01/02/2018

Minimizing / Maximizing a Panel Each panel in the action panel can be minimized to a tabbed view. Simply click the minus in the upper right corner of the panel to minimize. To maximize, click the plus in the tab. Scroll the Action Panel If an action pane is out of view there will be a Scroll Action Panel button on the left and the right of the action panel area. Selector2GO Notifications Selector2GO employs browser native notifications, if allowed, to notify the user of changes in GSelector. These will typically show in the lower right corner of the display when allowed. If the Browser allows for notifications the user will be prompt to Allow or Block the notifications when they first enter a module that supports the notifications action panel such as the Editor. See the Browser documentation for additional details on allowing or blocking these native notifications. To enable/disable notifications on a mobile device such as an iphone or Android device go to Preferences in the Tools menu. Revision 4.6 13 01/02/2018

Menu Options Library The Library in Selector2GO allows the user to Browse for Songs, view, add, edit and delete a Song and Change the Categories of the assets in the associated GSelector database. Accessing the Library Features in the Library Accessing the Library window Select the Library menu option from the Selector2GO main screen or from the Menu sidebar when working in the Scheduler, Editor, Analysis or Tools window. Features in the Library window Library Menu Options Browse Add Song on Mobile Device Song Category Changer Library Menu Options The Library Menu options of the Desktop version give access to the Browse window, the Song window and the Category Changer. The user can simply select the button to open the menu option. Search Mode Search Mode, of the Desktop application, is used to select between a Quick Search and an Advanced Search. The Quick Search will search the Artist and Title field for the text entered in the Search field. The text search field will auto generate matches found in the database as the text is typed into the field. The Advanced search allows the user to narrow the search using Query filters. When Advanced is selected the search field changes to search groupings, clicking in the search field will allow the user to first select the Attribute to filter on, then an Operator and finally the text to search. The advanced search also allows for Adding Query Block's and Adding Search Groupings with AND/OR conditions. To start a new query without clicking the search field, enable the Start a new Query when Search mode is set to "Advanced" option in the Search Settings window. In either mode use an Asterisk to search on a specific word, such as Love* or Be*, the asterisk can also be used to return all the elements for the attribute type. Search Action Panel The Search action panel, of the Desktop application, is used to adjust the Search Settings, Clear the Searchbox, Clear the Results or Save the Search. The Search Settings button opens the Search Settings window. The Clear Revision 4.6 17 01/02/2018

Searchbox button clears the Search Field found just below the Action Panel. The Clear Results button clears the results pane. The Save Search button saves the Search in the Saved section of the Searches action panel. Search Settings The Search Settings window is accessed with the Search Settings button in the Search action panel of the Desktop application. The search Settings window is used to enable or disable the following settings: Hide Advanced Search User Assist Tool Tips - By default when hovering the mouse over the close button of a filter a tool tip of keyboard actions is displayed. Start a new Query when Search mode is set to "Advanced" - This option will add the Attribute filter to the search field automatically when the Search Mode is set to Advanced. Start a new Query when the "Clear Searchbox" button is clicked and Search Mode is "Advanced" - This option will add the Attribute filter to the search field automatically when the Clear Searchbox button is selected from the Search action panel. Toggle the AND/OR value on CTRL+Tab key combination when Search Attribute value is blank - This option is enabled by default. Using the CTRL+Tab keyboard keys will toggle the AND operator to OR when the Attribute filter following the operator is blank. Selecting the keys again will return it to AND. Display V12 Search Operator Tool Tips - When this option is selected the V12 tool tips will be shown for the query parameters when the mouse is hovered over the parameter in the list. These tool tips show the optional keyboard keys that can be used for the parameter. For Example: = is Equals and * is Contains. Revision 4.6 19 01/02/2018

Song/History View The Song History view buttons, of the Desktop application, are used to switch the view of the results screen. The Songs button shows all the songs for the defined search. The History button shows the history for the selected song from the Songs results. The Horizontal and Vertical buttons will show the song and history results together in the results pane. In any History map, of the Desktop Web Application, use the mouse to hover over the marked hour to view a representation of the Clock with the Airtime and the Runtime of the song. Searches The Searches action panel, of the Desktop application, is used to view Recent and Saved Searches. Recent Searches The Resent Searches control, of the Desktop application, shows a list of searches performed by the logged in user. Selector2GO will store the last 20 searches used during the session. To see the results of a resent search, click the arrow to the left of the search description or double-click the row to execute the recent search. To remove a Resent Search, click the X to the right of the Search On description. Revision 4.6 21 01/02/2018

Saved Searches The Saved Searches control, of the Desktop application, shows a list of saved searches performed by the logged in user. The Saved Searches are recent searches that have been saved using the Save Search button in the Search Action Panel. To see the results of a saved search, click the arrow to the left of the search description or double-click the row to execute the saved search. To remove a Saved Search, click the X to the right of the Search On description. Notifications The Notifications Action panel shows the real-time GSelector notifications in the Live Messages pane and a History of notifications in the History pane. Click Live Messages to view the real-time notifications as they happen. Click History to view a list of the last 20 Notifications that have happened. Revision 4.6 22 01/02/2018

Sort Settings In the mobile application, the search results are displayed in a list in alphabetic order. At the top of the Browse window there is a settings button, this can be used to set the field to Sort by and the direction of the sort. Select the Attribute to Order Songs By then the Direction click OK. Now when performing a search the results are sorted by the selected attribute in the direction specified. The desktop web application uses the column headers in the search results to sort the songs. Search On The Search On controls on a mobile device are used to select the attribute type to search on. Select the attribute first then enter the value to search on in the Search Field. When selecting Category, as the attribute to search on, a dropdown is displayed to select an existing category from the GSelector database. Once the search value is entered or selected tap the Search button in the Action section of the window. Scroll further down the window to view the Search results. Revision 4.6 23 01/02/2018

Search Field The Search field, of the Desktop application, is located just above the Search Results and is used for Quick text searches and Advanced searches. After the additional search grouping is added select AND or OR from the drop-down on the left side of the search field for the grouping. To add a Query Block to the new Search Grouping click the Add Query Block button. To remove the search grouping click the Delete Search Grouping button in the search grouping field. An unlimited number of search groupings can be added to the Advanced Search. Search button To begin the search for the selected criteria, select the Search button next to the search field of the Desktop app or in the Action area of the Mobile app on a tablet or smart phone. To clear the results pane select the Clear Results button in the Search action panel. Search Results The Search Results window shows the results of the Search Criteria specified. The view of the search results window in the Desktop App can be changed, using the Song/History View buttons, from the default Songs view to the History of a selected song or a dual horizontal or vertical view showing both the Song results and the history for a selected song. The search results can also be sorted by clicking the column header of an attribute. In the Mobile App the History of a Song can be viewed by tapping the song and then History. Additional songs, if available, can be viewed using the Get More Songs button at the bottom of the song search results list. The Song for any selected song can be opened by double clicking the song in the list of the Desktop App or tapping the song then the Go to Song Card button in the Mobile App. In the Mobile app use the More buttons in the History to get More Previous History or More Future History. Number of Matches In the Desktop app the total number of matches found for the search results is displayed directly above the column headers of the results pane. In the Mobile app the total number of matches found for the search results is displayed just before the list of songs found in the GSelector database for the station selected. Browse Format The Browse Format drop-down shows the configured Browse Formats created in GSelector. Browse formats are used to customize the results being viewed. This allows the user to see only the information necessary to the user. The last Browse Format selected by the user, is saved and will be used the next time the user logs back into the database. See the Setup Browse Formats section of GSelector to create new Browse Formats. Select Library from the main menu or from the Menu sidebar when working in the Scheduler, Editor, Analysis or Tools window. 2. Select Browse from the Library window. 3. In the Search Field enter the text to search on. 4. Click the Search button; note the results in the Search Results pane. Advanced Search for a Song in the Desktop Web Browser To do an Advanced Search in the Desktop Web Browser, perform the following steps: 1. Select Library from the main menu or from the Menu sidebar when working in the Scheduler, Editor, Analysis or Tools window. 2. Select Browse from the Library window. 3. Select the Search button; note the results in the Search Results pane. Song Window The Song window in Selector2GO is used to view, add or edit a Song in the GSelector database. In the Desktop application, a song can also be deleted. The Desktop Web app also allows for Layouts to be created to make viewing the information easier. These layouts are cached locally on the computer until the data is cleared from the computer. Layouts The Layouts control in the Action panel, in the Desktop web application, is used to add, edit, delete, rename, reload and save custom Layouts to show only the attribute fields needed. There are two Layouts provided in the Selector2GO Desktop web application, the first is the Default layout which is a minimal set of attributes that are used by most customers. The second is the verbose layout, seen below, which shows a large amount of the attributes available in GSelector. For additional information about each of these fields see the GSelector Help Guide. The Layout on a mobile device such as and iphone, ipad, Android phone or Android tablet cannot be changed. However, with the larger devices of this type the screen layout will be different. Add/Edit/Save The Add/Edit/Save action pane can be used to add a New Song, Save a Song or Delete a Song. The save button is shown when the song details have been changed. To Save changes to a song simply click the Save Song button in the action pane. This action pane also allows the user to Cancel any unsaved changes and return the song to its previous state. When the Cancel button is selected the user will be prompt to confirm their decision to cancel the changes. See the Editing Controls section for additional information on the controls used in Adding and Editing a Song. Artist/Title Search The Artist/Title Search control in the action panel can be used to find a song in the GSelector database. The text search field will auto generate matches found in the database as the text is typed into the field. Searches The Searches control in the action panel displays the Last Browse list accessed and the Recent songs viewed in the Library. The Last Browse control displays the last search browse list used in the Browse window. Click a song from the list to view the song window. Click the Recent button to view a list of recent songs viewed in the Library. To open a song that is not listed, locate the song using the Artist/Title Search or the Browse window. This action panel control can be used to switch between songs in the list. Notifications The Notifications Action panel shows the real-time GSelector notifications in the Live Messages pane and a History of notifications in the History pane. Song Details The Song window for the selected song shows the details about the song that is stored in the GSelector Database. These fields can be edited and in the Desktop Web application the layout of the information can be changed to fit the user's needs. In the Mobile application use the minimize or maximize buttons to view more details. To refresh the information in the Song window and pull new data from the server, select the Reset Station button from the Tools window. In the Mobile app use the More buttons in the History to get More Previous History or More Future History. Attribute Fields List An attribute fields list is located in a hidden panel to the right of the Song Details of the Desktop Web application. To view the attribute fields available for the layout click the slider open at the far right or click the Edit Layout button. Editing Controls Most of the fields in the Song window can be changed either by editing the text, selecting a new value from a dropdown menu or by changing the number value of a time field. In the Desktop Web application some of the fields in the song window allow multiple values to be inserted such as the Sound Code attribute. Drop-down Fields Where there is a down arrow to the right of the field, click the arrow to view a menu of values already entered into the GSelector database. Flip Switches Flip Switches are simple toggles between on/off or yes/no state of an attribute value. They contain sliders for toggling between states. Time Fields Where the value is a number representing time, such as in the Media tab, use the up and down arrows to set the desired time. In the Mobile version use the middle S/M/H button to switch between Seconds, Minutes or Hours. Desktop Mobile Optionally, in the Desktop Web application, highlight the numbers in the field and type the time desired. Date with Time Fields The Date Fields in the song window when selected will show a calendar control. In the Desktop Web application the user can select a Date and use sliders to select a Time. In the Mobile version under the Dates/Times grouping, there are 2 date time controls for Start Time and End Time. Since these attributes can be switched on or off in GSelector, there is a flip switch to activate/deactivate the entire attribute. When in deactivated state, the date and time buttons to the right are disabled. Once activated, select the Date field to select a date from the Calendar control. Multi-Value Fields Where fields can have multiple values such as the Sound Code, the user can enter the value by typing in the desired text or by clicking the Add button next to the field name to open the Edit Attribute window. Entering the text will auto search the existing values or continue typing to add a new value. Click the Save Song button in the Add/Edit/Save action pane to save the new value. Edit Attribute Window The Edit Attribute window is access by clicking the Add button next to the multi-value fields such as the Sound Code field. This window can be used to find and select multiple attributes for a given field. Use the Filter List field at the top of the window to filter the window on a specific word. The Clear Filter button will clear the text from the Filter list field and reset the window to show all the attributes. The Selected Only button will show only those attributes that are selected in the list. Use the top most selection checkbox to select all or deselect all the attributes in the list. Single select drop-down lists: Expandable lists from which the user may choose one value. Note that category does not have a blank option since this field is required. In other cases, to delete an attribute, select the first (empty) option in the list. Energy and Tempo are 2 examples of this control type. c. Time duration controls: Under the "Media" grouping, these controls allow users to set time durations of fields, such as Runtime or Hook Start for example. There are 3 buttons on the left of the control. The middle button is a selector for seconds, minutes or hours. Select the one to change and then use the 2 outer buttons (up/down) to adjust what is selected. To the right side of the buttons is the text which indicates the current duration value. d. Flip switches: These are simple toggles between on/off or yes/no state of an attribute value. They contain sliders for toggling between states. e. Date Time controls: Under the Dates/Times grouping, there are 2 date time controls for Start Time and End Time. Selector2GO will save the last opened categories and reload these categories the next time the user opens the Library Category Changer window. Use the drop-down or the slider bar to select the number of categories to display in the window. The Browse Format drop-down shows the configured Browse Formats created in GSelector. Browse formats are used to customize the results being viewed. This allows the user to see only the information necessary to the user. The last Browse Format selected by the user, is saved and will be used the next time the user logs back into the database. In the mobile application, the categories are displayed in a list in alphabetic order. At the top of the list of categories there is a setting button, this can be used to set the Default Category Sort settings for all categories. There is also a settings button next to each category listed that can be used to define different sort setting for each category. These Category Sort setting windows can be used to change what the songs in the categories are sorted by and the direction they are sorted. The desktop web application uses the column headers in each category pane to sort the songs. Notifications The Notifications Action panel shows the real-time GSelector notifications in the Live Messages pane and a History of notifications in the History pane. Category pane Each Category pane, in the Desktop web application, has a drop-down menu for selecting the category to view. Once the category is selected the pane displays the Packet, Title, Artist, Most Recent Last Edited Date/Time and the Runtime of each song asset in the Category. Each of these columns can be sorted by clicking the header of the column. The bottom of each pane displays the number of songs in the selected category. Each of the panes can be closed/open, for additional viewing space, much like the action panel. To move a song asset to a new category simply drag and drop the asset to the new category. The Category list, in the mobile application, consists of buttons with the Name of the category, the Number of songs in the category and a Category Sort settings button. Each category can be expanded using the Category button. The category will be expanded to display the first 20 songs in the category based on the sort order defined. Additional songs, if available in the category, can be viewed using the Get More Songs button at the bottom of the song list. Each song has a check-box to the left allowing the selection of multiple songs. When a song is selected a Target Category button is available at the bottom of the window. Target Category In the mobile application, tapping the Target Category button, after selecting a song asset, will open a window with a list of the categories that the asset can be placed. The scheduler can also be used to Export the stations schedule. The scheduler in Selector2GO is similar to the GSelector Scheduler; however this scheduler does not show the number of scheduled songs or links. It also does not show unscheduled links. See the Schedule Publication Status section for the information it does display in the scheduler grid. The scheduler in Selector2GO is designed to completely fill all positions in the schedule. In the Desktop web application, Click the From: or To: displayed date to open the control, then click the left and right arrows in the month control to move between months, finally select the month and the date. Use the Hour and Minute Slider bars to change the hour and minute, then click Done to save the settings and close the calendar control. When using a smart phone tap the From: or To: displayed date to open the control, then tap the minus or plus in the month control to move between months, tap that date to select a date. Schedule / Unschedule Enter or select a Date and Hour Range in the Date / Hour range boxes. Then click the Schedule or Unschedule button. A Progress window appears to show the schedule or unschedule status. Once the process is complete, the Progress pane closes, and the Date/Hours pane updates. When the Scheduler window is next accessed, the first completely unscheduled day is displayed in the Hours pane, and the Dates Pane updates to display the first completely unscheduled day. Export Schedule The Export Schedule option uses the defined export formats and <Assignment Grid> in the Interface Export Schedule tab of the main GSelector application. When the Export Schedule is run from Selector2GO, it looks at the formats defined in the Assignment Grid, and then exports a file to the defined folder for each format. Each folder defined in each format must be a local path on the Service Host computer for the export to be successful. To export a schedule, select the Date(s) to export, then select the Export Schedule button in the Action section of the scheduler window. When the Schedule has been exported the Scheduled Hours grid will show export arrows hours exported. See the GSelector Help Guide for more information on the Interface Export Schedule tab. in the Note: Selector2GO currently does not support exporting to a UNC path or to a mapped drive. The path must be local to the Service Host computer. To see additional future logs scroll the Date/Hours pane up until the words Click here to get more schedule is visible. Click this bar to obtain additional future logs. To see additional past logs scroll the Date/Hours pane down until the words Click here to get more schedule is visible, click this bar to obtain additional past logs. The Date/Hours pane on a smart phone or tablet displays Monday through Friday of the current week. It also displays the AM and PM hours in different rows with the PM hours shaded gray. The start day of each week is designated with a >> in the Date column for the day. Click the Get More Schedule buttons at the top or bottom of the Date/Hour grid to get another 5 days of schedule. Schedule Publication Status Use the mouse, in the Desktop web application, to hover over any hour in the scheduler grid to view the status in a tool tip. Not Generated - This is the status of an hour which is completely unscheduled. The appearance, in the Desktop web application, is a black N on a yellow-orange background. On a smart phone or tablet the appearance is a white N with a red-orange background. Generated - This is the status of an hour which has been scheduled; however this does not show the number of scheduled songs. The appearance, in the Desktop web application, is gray with a check mark when all song positions have been scheduled. The appearance on a smart phone or tablet is white with a check mark for AM and Gray with a check mark for PM. The dates and hours are displayed in the Dates and Hours pane. 4. The selected Date and Time range is then used when scheduling, unscheduling or exporting. Or using the Date column in the hour grid, simply click the start date hold the shift and click the end date to select a range of days. With the exception of the User Data column, the columns available in the Log pane are the default columns available in the GSelector Editor. See the GSelector Help Guide for additional information on these columns. The Table Field Format action control can be used to change columns viewed to a saved Browse Format. The Chain, Timing, Skip, External, Don't Copy and Fixed settings can be changed in the Log pane. The Log pane in the Mobile Web Browser displays the hours of the last scheduled day or the selected date. To select a different day use the Date Calendar Control at the bottom of the window. To view the log for a specific hour, select the hour. Tap the position to view the Score of the event, a song position will also show the Category Group for the song. To make changes to a position in the log of the Mobile app, tap the position to be edited. This will show the Juggle, Replace and More... buttons. Current Airtime and Total Time for Hour fields The current airtime for the selected log item, and the total time for the current hour are displayed at the bottom of the Editor window. When a Spot Block End row is highlighted the status bar only displays Total Time. These fields cannot be edited. On smaller devices such as a phone or tablet the Total Time will be shown at the top of the hour with the Airtime and Gap Time shown on each event. Gap Time The Gap Time shown at the bottom of the window next to the Total Time is the difference between the duration between two ETMs, and the total duration of all program elements scheduled between those ETMs. A Gap Time of 0:00 indicates the scheduled program elements exactly fill the time between the ETMs. A positive Gap Time indicates Revision 4.6 63 01/02/2018

the portion of the schedule between the two ETMs is overscheduled. A negative Gap Time indicates the portion of the schedule between the two exact time markers is underscheduled. Consideration window The consideration window can be opened by selecting an event in the log, then selecting to Replace the event. Optionally the consideration window can be opened or closed, in the Desktop web browser, using the Access Bar to the far right of the Log pane. Testbar, Failure Details and History panes In the Desktop web browser, these panes will be opened by selecting an event in the log, then selecting to Replace the event. Optionally these panes can be accessed using the Access Bar at the bottom of the Log pane. To view the Testbar, Failure Details and History using the Mobile application from a tablet or smart phone, select the position in the log, then select the replace button and finally select the event to be the replacement. Action Panel The action panel, in the Desktop web application, is the upper pane of the Editor window. This action panel can be minimized to allow for additional viewing space. Simply click the close bar under the action panel to hide it from view. Each panel in the action panel can be minimized to a tabbed view. Simply click the minus in the upper right corner of the panel to minimize. To maximize, click the plus in the tab. Insert / Replace / Juggle panel The Insert/Replace/Juggle action panel is used to make changes to the Scheduled log. Insert Clicking Insert Song, Link, or Other will open an Insert Options window allowing the user to choose from a Category or Other event type. Juggle The Juggle button is used to juggle events in the log similar to juggling events in the Editor in GSelector. Simply select the first event, then the Juggle button, then the second event and finally select the Juggle button again. Unschedule The Unschedule button will unschedule the selected position. Simply click the position to unschedule and click the unschedule button. Replace When the Replace button is selected, the Consideration, Testbar, Failure Details and History panes will open allowing the user to select a replacement event that best fits the GSelector goals. Use the Browse Format drop-down in the consideration window to select a defined Browse Format. In the Mobile web application select an event then select the Replace button to view Consideration window, tapping any event in the resulting list will display the Testbar, Failure Details and History for that event. Optionally, in the Desktop web browser, select the down arrow next to the Replace option to open the Insert Options window allowing the user to choose from a Category or Other event type. More... The More... button in the Mobile web application will show the Go to Song Card button, the Edit and the Insert options. Edit Item The Edit Item section is used to Cut, Copy, Paste or Delete an event in the Scheduled log. Simply select the event in the Editor and click the desired task. In the mobile web application, select the More... button options then the desired edit task. Action buttons The action buttons of the Mobile web application are used to insert or replace above or below the currently selected position. Insert Options The Insert buttons in the More... section of the Mobile web application can be used to insert a Song, Link or Other event into the log. Use the Above or Below Action buttons to set the placement of the inserted event relative to the selected position. Table Field Format The Log drop-down in the Table Field Format shows the configured Browse Formats created in GSelector. Browse formats are used to customize the results being viewed. This allows the user to see only the information necessary to the user. The last Browse Format selected by the user, is saved and will be used the next time the user logs back into the database. See the Setup Browse Formats section of GSelector to create new Browse Formats. Notifications The Notifications Action panel of the Editor shows the real-time GSelector notifications. To enable/disable notifications on a mobile device such as an iphone or Android device go to Preferences in the Tools menu. Reset Station Selecting Reset Station from the Tools window will reset the web service cache on the server and reload the station. This option can be used when troubleshooting connectivity to the GSelector Host server. Clear Locally Saved Data Some data is stored locally on the laptop or device. If this data somehow becomes mismatched or corrupted it can be cleared. This will not affect any songs or data in the GSelector database, only things like Song Layouts that you've created or the last ten Browse searches performed. Select the Clear Locally Saved Data button to clear the data and re-login. Preferences The Preferences button of Selector2GO Mobile will open the User Preferences window allowing the user to turn On/Off real-time notifications. When the flip switch is On the user will receive real-time notifications when changes occur by another user. Selector2GO uses high performance server based communication for real-time updating, so when changes are made in GSelector or Selector2GO those changes are reflected immediately to the user.
