1. Introduction 1.1. Purpose of the document The document describes the differences of the CLS licensing process between this product (feature) and the standard process of HiPath License Management (see document License Guidelines). 2. Product Information 2.1. General a) It is possible to upgrade from V7.0. b) OSCC A V8 Base Info is added as base feature when a system is upgraded from V7.0. This feature does not contain any other licenses. c) The product can be ordered linear or via a configuration tool. Via configuration tool the order must be activated as whole and has a system ID. d) The maximum User quantity per system is different depending on the PBX type to which the ProCenter system is connected. e) Agent Desktop quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). f) Associate Desktop quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). g) E-mail User quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop and Associate Desktop licenses. h) Callback quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop and Associate Desktop licenses. i) For more information on how-to processes and examples on Software Support Licensing (SSP Licensing) please see the pdf document at this link: https://www.central-license-server.com/license-management/cls- Help/SSP_Licensing_at_CLS.pdf 2.2.
