CX-00.GHz Transmitter/Receiver for CAMOS Rear View Systems Manual Ver.. Set consisting of transmitter and receiver Wireless transmission of video and audio signal in a frequency range of, GHz channels switchable Easy connection to CAMOS-rear view systems and cameras Easy installation system is automatically activated when using reverse gear

Installation Usually the transmitter and receiver module must be mounted inside the vehicle. The transmitter should be attached as high as possible in the rear of the vehicle. It can simply be fixed by screw or the enclosed adhesive/velcro tape. The receiver should be installed, if possible, in the same high like the transmitter, for example on the dashboard close to the monitor. To achieve best transmission, you should avoid obstacles (walls, persons, etc.) between transmitter and receiver. Metallic barriers may completely impede the transmission; in this case you have to change the position of the modules. Using a (camping) trailer, the receiver can be installed in the rear of the vehicle (if coverage is insufficient). In this case the receiver module must be connected to the monitor with an additional extension cable (available from specialized dealers). Due to technical factors it is possible that the range of the video signal is higher than the range of audio signal - especially in threshold areas (noise, interference). In this case we would recommend to reduce the monitor's volume. Receiver Transmitter Camera Monitor Tail Light

Connections / Alignment DIP switches Control lamp On/Off switch Receiver: Connect the black cable of receiver module to the camera input of the monitor. Concerning the other connections of the monitor, please see the manual of rear view system. Transmitter: Connect the camera cable to the cable of the transmitter module. Pls pay attention that the marker (arrow) on the plug and jack correspond. Connect the black cable to ground (-), the red cable to the positive pole of the tail light. Please use the enclosed extension cable (red/black). Switch on both units (transmitter and receiver). Once changed to reverse, the rear view system automatically turns on. Setting up the radiochannels In case of interferences during the transmission you should select another channel: Switch off both units. Use a small screw driver, a ball-pen or similiar to position the DIP switches as you see below (push them carefully up resp. down). You have to effect the settings both at the transmitter and the receiver. In the following switch on the modules again. channel channel channel channel
