WINTER MEETING EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST: DATE: February 21-22, 2019 LOCATION: The Winter Meeting and Trade Show will be held at the Meadowbrook Inn, 711 Main Street, Blowing Rock, NC 28605. NCCTA discounted lodging rates are available until February 7 by calling the hotel directly at 828-295-4300 or reserving online at www.reservations.meadowbrook-inn.com using discount code 90220N. Blowing Rock is about a 2 hour drive from either CLT or GSO international airports. You may have packages delivered to the Meadowbrook Inn prior to the meeting if you contact them to arrange it. Normally, they will take deliveries for our meeting beginning the Monday of the week of the meeting. MEETING SCHEDULE: The tradeshow begins at 8:00 AM on Thursday and Friday. A detailed meeting schedule is included in this packet. SET-UP TIMES: Wednesday, February 20, from 1-6 PM or Thursday, February 21, from 7:30-8:00 AM. If you have any questions or need to arrange to come at another time, please contact the NCCTA at 828-262-5826 or office@ncchristmastrees.com. BOOTH SPECS & FEES: A booth registration includes a 6-foot rectangular table, two chairs, a solid color table cloth, and 2 lunch tickets total (one for each day of the meeting for one person). If you need additional lunch tickets, please purchase them through the exhibitor registration form. If you require a larger space than a 6-foot table allows due to equipment or display, please specify this on the line next to your booth choice. BOOTH LOCATION: Please be sure to indicate your top 2 booth preferences and specific needs such as electricity and proximity to a wall on your exhibitor registration form. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and we will do our best to accommodate your needs according to space availability. 30 WORDS FORM: Please be sure to fill out the 30 Words form so that we have complete and accurate information about your company to promote to our attendees. Indicate on the form if you want us to use previous information and make a note of any changes needed to the program booklet, introductions and signage. DOOR PRIZES & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: If you plan to bring a door prize, let us know. You may take names at your booth, or we can include all attendees names in a drawing at the last exhibitor break. You may also send promotional items and pamphlets to be included in attendee gift bags.
