Use My Wings Tickets online to: Login to your online account, view your online ticket renewal invoice, and make a one-time payment. Reissue tickets to yourself and transfer tickets to others. RSVP for season ticket member events. And much more! 3
SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PIN Every Season Ticket Member has a unique ACCOUNT NUMBER and PIN, which is used to access account information and can be found on your season ticket invoice. PLEASE NOTE: After the initial set-up, the password you create will be used to access your online account. The PIN number will only be needed to activate your account. ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGER To activate your account, please follow the steps below: 1. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Activate Account. 2. Enter your account number and PIN. Click Activate. 3. Create a password and confirm all of your contact information. Click Next Step to access your account. 4
LOGGING IN AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED Now that you have activated your account, you can easily access your season tickets, manage your tickets, transfer tickets to friends or family, reissue tickets to yourself, and more! To login to your online account: 1. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Login To Your Account. 2. Enter your account number and the password you created. Click Sign In. 3. Once logged in, select what you would like to do from the list on the right handside and follow the prompts accordingly. 5
REISSUING TICKETS You can reissue your tickets to the email address you have associated with your online account with a few simple clicks. Reissuing your tickets online is FREE. 1. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Login To Your Account. 2. Enter your account number and the password you created. Click Sign In. 3. Select Reissue from the right handside. 4. Select the games you wish to reissue to yourself. 5. Check the box(es) to indicate which seats you wish to reissue and click Next. 6. Confirm the Delivery Method and click Next. 7. Click Yes, Reissue and the tickets will be sent to the email address associated with your account from WellsFargoCenter@Paciolan.com. 6
ONLINE TICKET TRANSFER Ticket Transfer is FREE and allows you to electronically transfer tickets to someone else. Follow the steps below to transfer tickets: 1. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Login To Your Account. 2. Enter your account number and the password you created. Click Sign In. 3. Select Transfer from the right handside. 4. Check the box(es) to indicate which games you wish to transfer, then click Next. 5. Select the seats on the left side of the screen, and enter the recipient s information. PLEASE NOTE: If you are transferring the tickets to yourself, you must enter a different email address than the one associated with your Wings Season Ticket Account. 6. Click Next, and then Yes, Make Transfer to confirm the transfer. You will then see the confirmation screen below: 7. At this point, you are finished with your part of the transfer. The recipient will now receive the first of three emails from WellsFargoCenter@Paciolan.com. At the bottom of the first email, the recipient must click the link to accept the transfer: 7
6. After clicking the acceptance link, the following screen will appear and the recipient will enter the email address in which they received the transfer invitation. PLEASE NOTE: All ticket transfer invitations expire after 36 hours if they are NOT ACCEPTED. The tickets will go back into your online inventory if this happens: 7. The recipient will then login to their account or create an account if they are a first-time user. If they are a first time user, they will click Register under New Online Customer. 8. Once logged in, the recipient will be taken to their shopping cart, and select the green Checkout button after reviewing the order details. 9. They will then be brought to the final screen, and click Place Order. 10. After the process is complete, the recipient will receive a second email confirming the transfer, followed by a third email with the subject Your Wells Fargo Center Print-At-Home Tickets Have Arrived! with their mobile or print-at-home tickets included. PLEASE NOTE: It can take between 2-12 hours to process a transfer. 8
REQUESTING A TICKET REPRINT Ticket Reprint is a feature that allows your tickets to be reprinted for select games. Tickets can be picked up at Will Call Window 18 with a valid photo ID. As a Full Season Ticket Member, the first reprint is free. After that, reprints are subject to a $5 per ticket processing fee, which will be charged to your Wings Season Ticket account. Playoff ticket reprint pricing is subject to change. Follow these steps to request a ticket reprint: 1. Have your account number, game date, and seat location ready in order to request a ticket reprint. 2. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets, and select Request Ticket Reprint. 3. Fill out the form with the requested information. 9
TICKET EXCHANGE As a Wings Season Ticket Member, you can exchange unused tickets for a future game. You can use My Wings Tickets online to exchange tickets using the following steps: 1. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Login To Your Account. 2. Enter your account number and the password you created. Click Sign In. 3. Select Exchange from the righthand side. 4. Select the game you wish to exchange. 5. Check the box(es) next to the seat(s) you wish to exachange and click Next. PLEASE NOTE: You can only use your online account to exchange tickets of an upcoming game for a future game. You can only exchange your tickets once, per ticket per game. If you wish to exchange unused tickets of an already played game, you must do so in person at the Wells Fargo Center Box Office during a Wings home game or during regular business hours. 10
6. Select the future game you wish to exchange. 7. Select your new seats to the select future game from the seating map and click Continue. 8. Confirm the delivery method and click Next. 11
9. Review your selection and click Yes, Submit Exchange. 10. Once complete, the screen below will be displayed. PLEASE NOTE: You can only use your online account to exchange tickets of an upcoming game for a future game. You can only exchange your tickets once, per ticket per game. If you wish to exchange unused tickets of an already played game, you must do so in person at the Wells Fargo Center Box Office during a Wings home game or during regular business hours. 12
BRING A FRIEND VOUCHERS If eligible, you might have Bring A Friend Vouchers on your Wings Season Ticket account. You can view and redeem My Wings Tickets online. 1. Visit WingsLax.com/MyWingsTickets and click Login To Your Account. 2. Enter your account number and the password you created. Click Sign In. 3. Select Exchange from the rvside. 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the listed games and select Wings 2018-19 Game Voucher. 5. Check the box(es) next to the voucher(s) you wish to redeem and click Next. 6. Select the game you wish to redeem your voucher for. 13
7. Select available seats located on the seating map, and click Continue. PLEASE NOTE: You can only select the same number of new seats as the number of vouchers you selected to redeem. 8. Confirm the delivery method and click Next. 14
