OVERVIEW This guide outlines the information you need to know about new or improved functionality included in Release 15B.1 for Oracle Learn Cloud. Each section includes a brief description of the feature, the steps you need to take to enable or begin using the feature, any tips or considerations that you should keep in mind, and the resources available to help you. IMPORTANT: Oracle Learn Cloud platform and general technology updates can affect complex or custom LearnCenter pages. If you are using a custom CSS file, it is important to verify your site CSS with each product release. Based on changes in the platform, there is a chance that you could see alignment or positioning issues after a release due to the custom CSS used on your site. Often any updates that your CSS requires are minor and easy to make. Contact Customer Support through My Oracle Support for any additional information. The following features are not supported for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7: Widgets, New Pages/Templates, and the BI Reporting Custom Report work flow. RELEASE FEATURE SUMMARY Some of the new features for Release 15B.1 for Oracle Learn Cloud are automatically available to Users after the upgrade and some require action from the User, the company administrator, or Oracle. The table below offers a quick view of the actions required to enable each of the Release 15B.1 for Oracle Learn Cloud features. BUTTON LABELS CHANGED FOR ADDING ENROLLMENTS When saving a new Enrollment, a confirmation window displays asking "Would you like to insert yourself as an administrator of this enrollment?" Previously, the buttons in the window were labeled as OK and Cancel. These buttons have been changed to Yes and No, and the pop-up window has been updated to match our current user interface standards. CUSTOMER TICKETS The following list contains a list of BugDB customer tickets that were addressed with this release. Repeated descriptions are the result of more than one ticket reported for the same issue. Ticket Description 17362384 The proper columns display when building the Assets/Materials Fulfillment report. 17899199 Errors no longer display when viewing Learning Object Manager using Google Chrome. The Learning Object Manager search feature works properly. 17907264 The proper columns display when building the Assets/Materials Fulfillment report. 18594160 Mapping a User with an Incomplete Learning Plan to a Job Profile with that Learning Plan mapped to it sets the Job Profile status for that user to Incomplete as expected. 19437475 Only Users who are mapped to the appropriate Groups are mapped to Learning Plans. 19571605 When the Learning Plans dynamic object and Training Offerings dynamic object are configured to display only current and future ILT Sessions and Enrollments (the Past check box s not selected in the dynamic object wizard), past ILT Sessions and Enrollments are not displayed. For the Learning Plans for Current User dynamic object, the past ILT Sessions and Enrollments are displayed since there is no configuration option available. 19572808 When an Enrollment dynamic object is placed inside a table, the Category and Description pop-ups are now properly aligned. 19674396 Inserting the ecommerce dynamic object no longer results in error messages when Course descriptions are long. 20386364 Error messages no longer display when mapping a file from the Resource Manager to a Question for Assessments/Surveys. 20433083 The Group Members report now returns the expected number of Groups. 20474306 The User Selector in the Job Profile and Skills Details pages no longer display disabled. 4

Description 20494630 Corrected issue with unpublished Courses being displayed on the Category mappings page when Source Control is enabled. 20521567 Special characters for Japanese and Spanish now display correctly for Questions and Answers imported for Assessments. 20556402 Corrected issue with OCS custom integrations and Learning Plans. 20633471 When the Learning Plans dynamic object and Training Offerings dynamic object are configured to display only current and future ILT Sessions and Enrollments (the Past check box s not selected in the dynamic object wizard), past ILT Sessions and Enrollments are not displayed. For the Learning Plans for Current User dynamic object, the past ILT Sessions and Enrollments are displayed since there is no configuration option available. 20739304 Corrected intermittent error that occurred when opening the Control Panel using Mozilla Firefox version 35 or higher. 20838894 Enrollment wait listing is now based on oldest Enrollment date and not username alphabetical order. 21271848 Improved performance for the generation of the BI Reporting Instance Report. 21452687 The Return All button on the Users Selector window no longer causes previously added Users to be removed from an Assignment. ---. 5
