Recommendations: For review and approval. This document is intended to summarize those proceedings. OPENING PLENARY. CALL TO ORDER AND OPENING REMARKS: The meeting was called to order on 05 April 2007 at 8:05 PM US east coast time by TSG-C Chair, Dennis Gentzler (ALLTEL). The Chair noted that the objective of this meeting is the approval for publication of C.P0084 UMB Air Interface specification. The Chair also congratulated Ke-Chi Chang (Nortel Networks) on the birth of his new baby boy. 2. ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION AND ROLL CALL: A roll call of companies indicated that 8 companies included on the list of 34 active quorum members were present (53% participation). Thus, meeting quorum was achieved. The Secretary noted that no proxy statements had been received for this meeting. 3. INTRODUCTION AND NUMBERING OF CONTRIBUTIONS: Contributions were loaded onto the 3GPP2 ftp server and listed in the document register (C00-20070405- 000R). 4. AGENDA APPROVAL: The proposed agenda (C00-200700405-00R) was presented. DECISION: The agenda was approved without objection as modified (C00-20070405- 00). 5. ASSIGNMENTS OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO AGENDA ITEMS: Contributions were assigned to agenda items as noted on the agenda. 6. OLD BUSINESS: The following contributions were discussed: Proposed correspondence to TSG-S regarding 3GPP2 Workplan Update (C00-200700405-004) was presented from WG5. DECISION: This contribution was approved without objection for transmission.
