GEN4 PRO XTREME System Online Order Form Instructions GEN4 PRO XTREME systems can be ordered on a a la carte basis via a step by step online order form accessible from the BS3 website. There are two order forms. The first form is used to order initial GEN4 ECU Upgrade Kits (EUK) and new GEN4 PRO XTREME systems. The second form is used by existing GEN4 PRO XTREME customers to order subsequent optional and standard feature upgrades. All orders must be coordinated through a BS3 dealer. The GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU Upgrade Kit (EUK) allows a current GEN3 PRO SEFI system customer to convert to a new GEN4 PRO XTREME System by replacing their existing GEN3 PRO SEFI ECU with a new GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU with the option of reusing their existing GEN3 PRO SEFI ECU 60-way primary side Main Wire and Injector Wire Harness as well as some of the GEN3 PRO SEFI ECU 60-way secondary side upgrade kit harnesses. The GEN3 PRO SEFI ECU 60-way secondary side upgrade kit harnesses can be reused to a certain extent by relocating the wires in the 30-way Cinch ECU connectors to maintain compatibility with the GEN4 ECU. The GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU Upgrade Kit (EUK) contains the necessary components to upgrade an existing GEN3 PRO SEFI system to a GEN4 PRO XTREME system. The GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU Upgrade Kit (EUK) includes the following items; GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU (includes all 120 ECU pins e.g. (2) 60 pin header connectors. This will allow subsequent optional feature upgrades to be ordered online and downloaded to the GEN4 ECU via the Micro SD card without having to return the ECU to BS3). New Bosch LSU4.9 sensor and 6-way replacement connector kit (The GEN4 ECU is not compatible with the GEN3 system s old Bosch LSU4.2 WBO2 sensor. The GEN3 MWH s LSU4.2 WBO2 6-way connector must be removed and replaced with the included LSU4.9 WBO2 6-way connector kit. Instructions on how to replace the LSU4.2 connector with the LSU4.9 connector can be found on the BS3 website under the GEN4 PRO XTREME section). GEN4 PRO XTREME BigComm Pro software license 8 GB Micro SD Card with USB Drive Adapter (Micro SD card is used to obtain subsequent optional feature upgrades online and provides 4 GB external data log RAM storage). 5 CAT6a Shielded Ethernet cable (Connects between GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU s RJ45 Ethernet port and PC s RJ45 Ethernet port. If your PC is not equipped with an integrated RJ45 Ethernet port, a USB-to-RJ45 Ethernet Dongle is required. A USB-to- RJ45 Ethernet dongle can be ordered from BS3. The part number is BS4-003-007. 1/16/19 1

As mentioned, GEN4 PRO XTREME systems can be ordered on a a la carte basis via a step by step online order form accessible from the BS3 website. The New GEN4 ECU Upgrade Kits (EUK) and new GEN4 PRO XTREME system online order form is used for initial orders. The form includes seven steps dependent on the GEN4 PRO XTREME system configuration being ordered. The following details how to navigate the online order form. It may make sense to use these instructions while navigating the GEN4 online order form located under the GEN4 PRO XTREME section on the BS3 website. Before proceeding to the step by step instructions, the BS3 Dealer information, at the top of the form must be completed. The required dealer information is self-explanatory and will not be covered in these instructions. STEP 1: Select a GEN4 PRO XTREME New ECU Upgrade Kit (EUK) Step 1 is used to order one of (9) New GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU Upgrade Kit (EUK) options as well as selecting the desired Optional Feature Upgrades. Each New GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU Upgrade Kit includes the contents highlighted above. For example, if you want to order a New GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU kit to include the minimum BASE/COP/DAI functionality along with (3) Optional Feature Upgrades (OFU) e.g. DAE, SR2.3 and BOOST, you would select GEN4.5 EUK by clicking on the adjacent box. (In the event you inadvertently select the wrong selection box, just click on the box again and it will de-select the box and allow you to select the correct option box. Be sure to select only one of the (9) GEN4 EUK options). Once the GEN4.5 EUK box is selected, the form will expand to show (8) Optional Feature Upgrades (OFU) to choose from. It also expands to show the rest of the order form steps. After selecting the desired GEN4 PRO XTREME ECU Upgrade Kit (EUK) and corresponding Optional Feature Upgrades (OFU), by clicking on the adjacent box(es), click on the Calculate button to get a running JNET sub-total cost. 1/16/19 2

For this example, the GEN4.5 EUK and the corresponding DAE, SR2.3 & BOOST Optional Feature Upgrades (OFU) were selected by clicking on the adjacent boxes. Once selected, the Calculate button was clicked on to get a running JNET sub-total cost. Note: If GEN4.2 EUK is selected in Step 1, the form will default to Step 3 because no additional Optional Feature Upgrades are being ordered. 1/16/19 3
