Policy Policy advocacy facilitation in Telangana The GPMDG Core Committee in Telangana was formed under the guidance of Mr Vinay Kumar However, challenges are faced in implementation Rooftop Solar is struggling - shortage in supply of meters / lack of awareness about installation procedures and regulation among DISCOM officials on the ground at ADE level Delays in approvals - Online Single Window clearance is needed Cross Subsidy Surcharge (CSS) and Additional Surcharge are being levied despite policy exmption The challenges were presented to special Chief Secretary along with recommendations from Industry
Policy Advocacy Policy facilitation in Maharashtra Maharashtra has tremendous potential for RE, given the high tariffs of Industrial & Commercial consumers.
