Delete Browsing History Occasionally trading partners will need to clear or delete their browsing history, cookies and website data in order for their computers to be compatible with the USVI Medicaid Online Portal especially when: Updates are made to the web portal. Cookies and browsing history will retain previous web portal information preventing the updates from functioning therefore restricting data from populating. One of the web servers have to be restarted or taken offline due to a problem. Cookies may contain the web address to the specific web server preventing the trading partner from access the web portal. Clearing the browsing history and cookies will allow the trading partner to connect to one of the other eight web servers. Below are examples of how to clear the browsing history for various internet browsers. Firefox: Found under Options, Privacy & Security then the hyperlink clear your recent history. Ensure Everything is selected from the Time range to clear dropdown and all box under the Details dropdown including Offline Website Data and Site Preferences are selected then click Clear Now.
If the trading partner is still having issues, suggest they update their browser(s), switch to a different browser or reaching out to their IT department for support.
