About this document About this document Intended readership This users guide is aimed at the ET HTML5 Client users for the following tasks: Monitoring the Prices. Trading FX. Checking the Deals. In this guide This guide contains an introduction to the features and usage of ET HTML5 Client. Glossary Term Client KID RFQ Meaning The market taker. Within the ET system the ET HTML5 Client provides the necessary functions to permit the Client to initiate transactions with a bank trader. Key Information Document. The document provided by the bank to the client so that the client has enough information for making decision before continuing the trade. KID is according to Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs) regulation. Request For Quote. A client creates an RFQ to initiate a trade. Page 7 of 40

Chapter 1 Getting Started Chapter 1 Getting Started You can subscribe streaming rates, trade FX, and monitor the deals, via ET HTML5 Client. Starting the Application Open your web browser and navigate to the page that contains the ET HTML5 Client. The login page will be displayed. Figure 1: The Login page Logging in and Logging out To log in 1. At the login page, enter the Username and Password 2. [Optional] Change the language 3. Click Login Note If your browser prompts to save, remember or autocomplete your password, please disallow these features; this is for security reasons. To disable these features, see Useful Browser Settings. Page 8 of 40

Chapter 1 Getting Started For the first time login, you need to change your password. Please define a strong one, for example having at least 8 characters containing capital and small cases with number(s) and special character(s). For specific information regarding password policy, please consult your system administrator. Figure 2: Password changes required at first time login Then you need to agree with the terms and conditions in order to log in successfully. Figure 3: Terms and Conditions page at first time login After a successful login, the Workspace will be displayed. To change your password 1. At the login page, click Change Password 2. Enter the Username and Password 3. Enter New Password and Confirm Password 4. Click Login After a successful login, the Workspace will be displayed. Page 9 of 40

Note If Chrome browser prompts to save your password, please disallow. To disable this feature, see Google Chrome in Userful Browser Settings. Page 10 of 40

The Trading area: add CCY pairs to monitor and trade. Watch List: add CCY pairs to monitor the top of book price. Blotter: choose Today view or Session view to check the deals Note It is highly recommended to keep the zoom level at 100% and not to resize the browser window. Other zoom levels and the resized window can cause incorrect displays. Page 11 of 40

Chapter 2 Knowing the Workspace The Trading area It contains six tiles. You can add a currency pair to each tile to monitor the price and to trade. In the Trading area, you can do the following tasks: Adding a Currency Pair to the Trading area for monitoring the price Trading FX Setting the Settlement Instructions of that ticket Printing the ticket via the Trading area Watch List In the Watch List, you can do the following tasks: Adding a Currency Pair to the Watch List for monitoring the price Blotter Via the Blotter, you can do the following tasks: Checking the deals in Today view Checking the deals in Session view Expanding the view You can expand your view in the Blotter by clicking the Snap Up button. Figure 32: The Snap Up button in the Blotter The Blotter will then take up the whole workspace. You can click the Snap Down button the initial size of the Blotter. Chapter 3 Monitoring the Prices Chapter 3 Monitoring the Prices You can monitor up to six currency pairs via the Trading area, and up to ten currency pairs via Watch List. Altogether 16 currency pairs that you can subscribe to monitor via the Workspace. The monitored currency pairs remain for your next logon with the same browser and computer. Note Only direct and cross currency pair rate subscription are supported. Adding a Currency Pair to the Watch List Click to add CCY Pair Note: Each currency pair panel shows the top of book rates live or stale according to - The rate status sent from ET system - The subscribed amount over/under Good For Amount Tip: You can drag a currency pair tile from the Trading area and drop it in the Watch List; however, any changes you made in the ticket tile will not be applied to the display in the Watch List. It will show details like your last trade on this currency pair; but if this is the first time you add this currency pair, it will show the pre-set details, e.g. 1M trade amount. Chapter 3 Monitoring the Prices Streaming Rates The streaming rates are only for SPOT and FWD. SPOT SPOT rates appear on the tile. FWD After you select value date, rates appear on the tile. Page 15 of 40

Chapter 4 Trading FX Chapter 4 Trading FX You perform the trade inside the Trading area. The area consists of six tiles; each tile is for one currency pair. Note Only direct and cross currency pair rate subscription are supported. Switching the trade currency At the top of each tile, the underlined currency is the trade currency. You can click the other currency to switch. Chapter 4 Trading FX Opening an RFQ In the Streaming Rates view, you click the I Buy, I Sell, I Buy/Sell, or I Sell/Buy button to open an RFQ Ticket. The Add Memo box appears. You can add memo (up to 160 characters) and save it. Chapter 4 Trading FX Setting the Settlement Instructions In the RFQ ticket view, you click the account list. The SIs button of each account is enabled. You can click the SIs button. Figure 20: The SI setting panel Adding the SI remark You can click the button in the SI setting panel. The Add Remark box appears. You can add SI remark (up to 120 characters) and save it. Chapter 4 Trading FX Accepting the PRIIPs KID Note The PRIIPs KID depends on the specific setting for each individual site and user. When you click the Submit button on an RFQ, the PRIIPs Regulation page will be displayed in place of the RFQ. You cannot continue if you do not agree with the PRIIPs KID. At your first time submitting an RFQ of a deal type in a login session, the Accept KID button on the PRIIPs Regulation page will be disabled. You need to click the View link to open the KID Agreement to read and accept it. Figure 25: The PRIIPs Regulation page (Accept KID button disabled) and the KID Agreement page Note All the tiles will be disabled if the KID Agreenment page is opened regardless of deal type and state (for instance, deal in negotiation). Next time of the same deal type and login session, you can click the Accept KID button on the PRIIPs Regulation page. Figure 26: The PRIIPs Regulation page (Accept KID button enabled) If you tick the Do not show for further trades of this deal type checkbox, next time of the same deal type and login session, the PRIIPs Regulation page will not be displayed. Chapter 4 Trading FX Choosing the two-way Move the mouse over the spread, to see the two-way button. Click it for two-way RFQ. Note You may already see the two-way button. This depends on administration setting. Checking the deals in Today view The Today view shows all deals traded today within the same bank. Chapter 5 Checking the Deals Sorting the deals You can click a column header to sort the deals by that column. The up arrow means sorting in ascending order (low to high). If you click the header with up arrow, it will change to down arrow. The down arrow means sorting in descending order (high to low). If you click the header with down arrow, the down arrow will disappear and the blotter will stop sorting the tickets by this column. While having the tickets sorted by one column, you can click another column header. Then number 1 and number 2 appear for the first and the second sorting columns and the blotter sorts the tickets accordingly. Figure 33: The sorting columns in the Blotter Filtering the deals The filter is available only if your trading has been set to follow the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). In the Session view and the Today view, you can filter to view only the unconfirmed deals by clicking the Unconfirmed button. Chapter 5 Checking the Deals Confirming the unconfirmed deals If your trading has been set to follow the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), you need to confirm your deals. If any of your deals have not been confirmed, you need to confirm them before logging out. If you try logging out while having unconfirmed deals, the application will warn you with the regulatory error message. Confirming the deal in the Ticket tile After your deal is done, you can confirm the deal by clicking the ticket. Chapter 5 Checking the Deals Using the EMIR Confirmation button Select one deal or multiple deals (using Ctrl and/or Shift key) that you want to confirm. Click the (EMIR Confirmation) button. Chapter 5 Checking the Deals Viewing each ticket in detail In the Blotter, you can double click a ticket to view it in detail.
