It combines the required Business skills with the necessary Information Technology knowledge and Engineering techniques to develop, manage and plan economical service activities. This Master Program is shared amongst the College of Accountancy and Commerce, the College of Engineering and Architecture and the College of Information and Computing Sciences.

Since services are critically based on Information Technology, sufficient knowledge is required in that domain as well. This master program is not restricted to IT services although in that sector many new activities are deployed. This Master program is part of a world-wide IBM academic initiative on SSME Service Science Management and Engineering.
