Login to To login to go to sarodeo.com and under the ticket dropdown in the top right corner click on Season Ticket Login Then enter either your account number or primary email address for your account for first box under SA RODEO ACCOUNTMANAGER and your password. Main Account Page After logging into you will arrive at the main account page. Here you can: A View and pay invoices B Manage your season tickets C Purchase additional tickets D Edit your profile 3
Managing Your Tickets You now have the ability to reprint, transfer, resell or donate any of your season tickets by clicking on the manage my tickets button 4
From the Manage tickets screen you can select which event you want to manage and perform an action on. Find the event and click the event or click manage this event. 5
Printing your tickets from your computer Follow the directions listed in the screen shots below to print your tickets directly from your computer. 1. Click Print-at-Home. 2. Select the seats to print. 6
3. If you have more tickets to print, click manage more tickets. Go to step 5. 4. If you re done, click print. Go to step 7. 7
5. Select additional events from the Calendar or List view. 6. Click print when you re done. 7. Click Continue to print. 8
8. Agree to the terms of use. 9. Click submit. A file download dialog box may appear on the screen to open and print your tickets. Click Open. 9

10. If you don t see the file download dialog box, click print. Your confirmation displays. 11
Transferring your tickets to another person From the Manage my tickets screen select the event you wish to transfer than follow the directions in the screen shots to transfer your tickets. 1. Click transfer tickets. 2. Select seats. 12
3. If you have more tickets to transfer, click manage more tickets. Go to step 5. 4. If you re done, click transfer. Go to step 7. 13
5. Select additional events from the Calendar or List view, repeating steps or each event. 6. Click transfer when you re done. 7. Review the selection and click Continue to transfer. 14
8. Select a recipient from the list. 8a. If you need to add a new recipient, click Enter a New Contact, provide the information and click add. Select the new recipient from the list. 9. Enter a message if desired. 10. Choose an email reminder option. 11. Choose whether to display price of tickets on offer. 15 12. Click next step.

Accepting Tickets Below goes through the process of accepting tickets that have been transferred. 1. In the offer email, click accept tickets. 18
2. Log in or create an account. 19
3. Select your delivery type. (Delivery types will vary and may require additional information. The "Print" option is shown below.) 4. Click next step. 20
5. Review the selection and agree to terms of use. 6. Click complete transfer. A file download dialog box may appear on the screen to open and print your tickets. Click Open. 21

7. If you don t see the file download dialog box, click print. Your ticket confirmation displays. (The confirmation is customized to the delivery type.) 23
Selling your tickets The following goes through the process of posting your season tickets for sale. **Please note that tickets can ONLY be posted at FACE VALUE. After selecting the event you want to manage, select Sell Tickets and the tickets you wish to sell. After selecting either s 1. Click Sell tickets. 2. Select the seats to sell. 24

Donating your tickets back to SALE From the Manage my tickets screen select the event you wish to donate than follow the directions in the screen shots to donate your tickets. 1. Click on Donate to Charity 2. Select the seats to donate. 34
