Davivienda's social banking solution: turning innovation into a market differentiator Banco Davivienda - the 3 rd largest bank in Colombia was looking for innovative ways to propel usage of their e-wallet, as well as attract millennials. Davivienda partnered with PayKey, and launched their own social banking solution, providing a seamless and intuitive user experience for key banking services. The bank s logo (Little Red House Key) is right in front of the user s eyes, providing seamless access to the banking services from within any messaging app 2
Keeping banking services visible and top-of-mind anytime users are typing on their keyboard The Little Red House Key is available at all times, becoming particularly helpful when social conversations about money and payments are being held driving a contextual banking experience. Davivienda launched it on March 2017, offering two key services: View Account Balance: access the balance directly from within ANY application Money Transfer: instantly send money to a contact or phone number from within any chat or social app 3

How did we make it happen? PayKey s unique keyboard is seamlessly integrated within the service provider mobile app, transforming the smartphone keyboard into a new channel for services, information and communication, enabling P2P payments, balance checks, top-ups, and more. The best part: users can do all that instantly from any app including all popular messaging apps without having to switch between apps. 5
Davivienda s campaign to drive adoption of the new keyboard Right after the new solution went live, Davivienda launched a multichannel campaign, with the aim of introducing their mobile users to the new keyboard and facilitate usage: In-app promotions Commercials & tutorials for onboarding Social media campaigns & posts Online banners Dedicated landing pages with in-depth information 6
