This segment will guide you through the operational aspects of the JHARKHAND T.E.T. Examination 2016 Online Registration Process. Here, as an applicant, you can: Register yourself (for new applicants who are registering for Examination 2016) Add requisite details after registration. Print application form, View & Modify entered details (except Registration Details) before making online payment / generating e challan for offline payment into bank. Print application form after making payment. Home Page : 1. If you are a new user click on the Register Yourself tab to open up the Registration Page to enable yourself to register for the forth coming examination. 2. If you are already a registered user click on the Login Here tab to open up the Login Page. 3. If you require any assistance click on the Help Desk tab to open contact us page and fill all requisite details. Reply will be sent via e mail. Note : Before registering please carefully read the Notification, Eligibility Criteria, and other related notices and make sure that you satisfy the same. Complete all steps pertaining to your application submission well in advance in order to avoid last hour rush.
Registration Page : How to Register 1. Enter your Name, 2. Select your Category (Caste) from the available list. 3. Select your Date of Birth from the calendar. 4. Enter a valid e mail address (Provide your own valid e mail address. Communications will be sent to the same). 5. Select country from the available list. (If you are not an Indian please select OTHERS ). 6. Enter a valid mobile number (Provide your own mobile number. OTP & future communications via SMS will be sent to the same). 7. Click on the Send OTP for receiving the same. 8. Enter OTP as received by you. (OTP s are case sensitive i.e. the system differentiates between a and A so please be careful while entering them). 9. Click on the Verify OTP for verification of the same. 10. Once the same is verified, the Submit tab will become active, indicating the data is ready for submission. 11. Click on the submit tab to complete your registration.
Registration Successful Page : 1. Upon successful receiving of your Registration Data the system will take you into the registration successful page. 2. Your User ID & Password (default) will be sent to your registered e mail ID. 3. For logging in into the system click on the login tab mentioned under point no 2 in this page alternatively you can login by clicking on the Login Here tab situated in the home page to go to the login page.
Login Page : How to Login 1) First Time login / Login after initiating Reset Password request. a) Enter User ID exactly the same as received by you via email. b) Enter password exactly the same as received by you via email. 2) Repeat / Subsequent login. Note : a) Enter User ID exactly the same as received by you via email. b) Enter password as set by you. User ID s & Password are case sensitive i.e. the system differentiates between a and A so please be careful while entering them.
Password Change Page : How to Change Password 1) In Old Password enter current Password. 2) In New Password enter a new password. 3) In Confirm Password re enter the new password. 4) Click on the Submit tab to change the password. 5) Prompt Are you sure you want to change the password is displayed, click OK to confirm or CANCEL to go back Note: Changing of password is compulsory for First time login / Login after initiating Reset Password requests for others it is optional. Never copy and paste password into the column Confirm Password from the column New Password as errors (if any) committed by you during typing the new password will not get highlighted.
How to recover your account in case of Password loss: How to get new password in case of loss of password 1) Click on the Forgot Password link available under the submit tab. 2) A new window opens up asking for your registered details. 3) Enter details asked for by the system and click on the submit tab. 4) The system will verify your entered details with its database.
5) If the entered details match with the systems database, the system will send an OTP into your registered mobile number. If the entered detail does not match with the database the system will revert back with a message Given details are wrong. Please enter correct details. 6) Enter OTP as received by you. (OTP s are case sensitive i.e. the system differentiates between a and A so please be careful while entering them). 7) Click on the Verify OTP for verification of the same. 8) Once the same is verified, the Submit tab will become active, indicating the data is ready for submission. 9) Click on the submit tab to complete the process. 10) Upon successful completion of the process mentioned above the system will send an e mail into your registered e mail ID which will contain your new password. You are now ready for login using the new password. Note : 1. For all password loss cases the applicant on initial login needs to change the system allotted password into a choice of his/her s. 2. Under no circumstances an already registered applicant can change his mobile number & email ID. 3. If an applicant wants to change his/her already registered mobile number & email ID, the applicant has to make a new registration and submit a fresh application.
Personal Details Page (Student Form 1/4) : How to fill Personal Details : 1. Fill requisite information s in the page by entering them in the box provided (All fields marked with * are mandatory) 2. In boxes having drop down tables chose one from the available list. 3. Your address should be precise and small. 4. Click Save & Continue to proceed to next page.
Academic Details Page (Student Form 2/4) : How to fill Academic Details : 1. Fill requisite information s in the page by entering them in the box provided (All fields in this page are mandatory). 2. In boxes having drop down tables chose one from the available list. 3. In column Board/Council/University & Name of Teacher Training Institute entered details should be precise and small. 4. If your result for Teacher Training Course is yet to be declared please select Awaited as option in column Status of Result. 5. Click Save & Continue to proceed to next page, Back to go to previous page.
Note : Column Percentage of Marks Obtained/Grade corresponding to all rows is field with auto calculate feature, you can modify the same if you wish to do so. Name of Examination in row Exam Passed under banner Teacher Training Course is based on the choice of combination selected in fields under Qualification Combination under Eligibility, you cannot enter / change the same. Upload of Photograph & Signature Page (Student Form 3/4) : How to upload Photograph & Signature : 1. Select CHOOSE FILE to browse through the computer and select the photograph of student to upload 2. Click UPLOAD PHOTO to upload photograph of student 3. The uploaded photograph will be displayed on your screen 4. Repeat step no 1 to 3 mentioned above for uploading of signature. 5. Check mark on the I Agree box to accept the same. 6. To submit your details click SUBMIT Note : Your uploaded photograph & signature should be clean & clear. Click on the tab corresponding to each for reference purpose.
Payment Page (Student Form 4/4) : How to make payment : 1. Choose the option you wish to opt for, for paying your examination fees. 2. Check mark on the I Agree box to accept the same. 3. To pay click on SUBMIT & PAY Note : Before making payment please be sure that the details entered by you are correct as since you cannot modify any details after you have proceeded for making payment. For paying fees be online mode you require a valid Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking facility in your bank account. Online payment will navigate you into a secure payment site. On successful transaction you will be redirected back to this site for payment confirmation. For paying fees by offline mode you need to take a printout of the system generated bank challan. Deposit requisite fees along with the bank challan into any branch of Allahabad Bank and obtain receipt of the same from the bank. Online payment will navigate you into a secure payment site. On successful transaction you will be redirected back to this site for payment confirmation.
Final Submission Page : 1. Generation of this page indicates that your application has been successfully submitted into the system. 2. If you have opted for online payment mode Print Your Application tab will only appear in your computer screen. Click on the same to print of your application. Your application form printed at this stage will contain the word Payment Successful in the top part of the form confirming receipt of your examination fees. Alternatively If you have opted for offline payment mode Print Your Application tab and Print Bank Challan tab will appear in your computer screen. Click on Print Bank Challan to generate and print of the bank challan; required for submission of examination fees into bank branch. Application Form printed prior to receiving of payment confirmation email will contain the word Payment Not Yet Received in the top part of the form. Application Form printed after receiving of payment confirmation email will contain the word Payment Successful in the top part of the form confirming receipt of your examination fees.
