Summary This document is the Engineering Release Note for the Version 2.1.4 of the Data Migration Manager (DMM). The tool is delivered with a standalone installer DMMIPO_2.1.4.exe to install on target Windows PC. It can be found in the following location: http://bamboo.forge.avaya.com/browse/bcmdmm-trunko-165/artifact The previous versions of the tool are not uninstalled. The user must manually uninstall this old version. Use the Windows Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs to uninstall previous versions. Supporting information Work around for the IP Office gateway deployments. Before applying BCM content to IP Office from DMM, verify the registry value of the Avaya installed Directory. Steps to follow 1. In command prompt, type regedit. 2. Registry Editor opens 3. Goto My Computer -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Avaya 4. Check IPOffice folder is present under Avaya Folder. If so verify the name= INSTALLDIR value data = C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\ 5. If not, Right click on Avaya Folder, Add new key named IPOffice 6. Click on IPOffice Folder. On Right panel, Right click and then select New -> String value named INSTALLDIR 7. Right click and Modify value data = C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\ Avaya Page 3 of 6
