1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. What is Magento Admin Order s Status Notification? This is the FIRST and UNIQE Magento extension allows Magento store's users can be received immediately email notification each time an order is created new or changed status. Moreover, beside it, we also provide a desktop application allows store's users can be received notification and view order details on their desktop pc. Figure 1: Module Dashboard 1.2. Allow store's owners can be received email notification immediately each time there is a new created order or any order is changed status; Allow store's onwer setup to get email notification if order is created or updated or both of created and updated (HOT); Allow settings for multi-owners can be received email notification; Email notification templates have user-friendly interface and it is so easy to customize; This is a FREE tool for Magento Community Edition; Open source code. 3
1.3. Desktop Admin Order's Status Notification Application Allow store's users can be received notification on their desktop pc immediately each time there is a new created order or any order is changed status; Allow store's users view notified order details; Support receive notification of multi orders at the same time; Support multi OS Platforms: Windows (XP, 7, 8...), Unix / Linux, Solaris, Mac OS both of editions 32 and 64 bits; Is a singleton running application (the application that allows only one instance of application can be runned at the same time on the same pc. Example: Skype, Yahoo, Gtalk...). 1.4. Who need this product? All Magento store s Merchants who want to interact with purchased customers in the shortest time since customers placed orders. 1.5. Compatibility Magento Editions: 1.x (Community & Enterprise). 2. INSTALLATION & ACTIVATE MODULE It is so easily with the 3 clearly following steps: Step 1: Upload module package into your Magento site s root folder After purchasing, your downloadable files and serial key will be sent to your email. The file that you can download normally is a zip file has name crm4ecommerce_adminorderstatusnotification-{{version-number}}.zip, let use FTP client (like Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteftp...) to upload (copy) all folders and files in this package to your Magento site s root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, it only add new files to the folder structure. Step 2: Refresh cache and Admin User s Role After uploading is done, let log in your Magento Administration Panel to refresh cache: Go to System >> Cache >> Management, select all caches, take action Refresh and Submit. Then, let refresh permission role of your current admin user: Go to System >> Permission Role, edit role of current user and click re-save (if current user has full rules1) or click save after check rule2 CRM4Ecommerce Extensions >> 1 When you see Resource Access is All or All check options in this field are checked. 2 Each rule is a check option in Resource Access. 4
Admin Order's Status Notification and rule System >> Configuration >> CRM4Ecommerce Admin Order's Status Notification Settings. If you see menu CRM4Ecommerce Extensions >> Admin Order's Status Notification or navigate to System >> Configuration, if you can see tab CRM4Ecommerce Extensions and you can see menu item Admin Order's Status Notification on menu bar, it means extension was installed successfully. Step 3: Activate module Log in CRM4Ecommerce Web page by your registered account, go to My Account >> My Serial Keys to get Serial Key. Back to your Magento Administration Panel, go to CRM4Ecommerce Extensions >> Admin Order's Status Notification (if you get Access Denied, let log out of Admin Panel and re-login or re-do Step 2), in Block Serial Key Information let change Module Status to Enabled, input your Serial Key to Serial Key field then click Save Config. If you see your website notice Thank you for registering for url {{site base url}} and information in Serial Information and Start Date are shown that mean you activated module successfully. Figure 2: Module Settings Activated module 3. HOW TO USE? 3.1. Setup store's owners can be received email notification Open Module Settings, in Block Send Mail Notification: 5
Step 1 Let choose event that module will send email notification to store s users (in field Send Mail To Admin Users After Order Created or Updated): There are 4 options, after Order Created, after Order Updated, after order Created & Updated and Don t Send (don t send email notification); Step 2 Setup email sender (sender must be an email in your domain email system) that will be used to send email notification to selected users: Fill data in Sender Email and Sender Name. If these fields are empty, module will get default values from General Contact Sender Email ; Step 3 Choose email templates: There are 2 templates that we have to choose are New Created Order Email Template and Order Changed Status Email Template (we can customize both of them); Step 4 Select users that will be received email notification each time new order is created or any order is changed status. Figure 3: Setup store's owners can be received email notification After setup, each time any order is created or changed status, an email notification will be sent to selected user s email address. 6

Figure 5: Module Settings Select users get notification via desktop application Step 2 Install application: Download the desktop application package (crm4ecommerce_adminorderstatusnotification_desktop-1.1-64bit.zip if your os is 64 bit or crm4ecommerce_adminorderstatusnotification_desktop-1.1-32bit.zip 7
if your os is 32 bit), extract it and click on file crm4ecommerce_adminorder status.jar to install. Figure 6: After installing, a shortcut icon will be shown in desktop and in tray area Step 3 Config module information in installed desktop information: Open application, click on button Setting >> input url of store (link in Module Dashboard see details on Figure 1) and input your Purchased key (Serial key that you got after purchased module on www.crm4ecommerce.com). Step 4: Login by your user account (user is allowed using desktop application) to get order notification. Figure 8: Login to use desktop notification After setup, each time any order is created or changed status, a notification will be shown in your desktop s screen. Customize email templates In module there are 02 templates those are saved in folder: app\locale\en_ US\template\email\crm4ecommerce\ason, includes: admin_email_after_order_created.phtml: Template for event after order is created; admin_email_after_order_changed_status.phtml: Template for event after order is changed status. 3.4. POLICIES 4.1. Refund Policy This is a FREE tool for Magento Community Edition so you needn t to pay any fund to get it. With Magento Enterprise Edition and Desktop Application, you can request refund in 30 days from you purchased if our module has errors and our support department couldn t help you fix them. 10
Moreover, if you need we help you install & config it, you need pay fee is $30 and this fee is not-able to refund. 4.2. Support & Bugs Fixxing Policy CRM4Ecommerce.COM offers 6 months of free support for all customers purchased or use services from us. Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our products. We will try to fix the bugs at the earliest possible time. To report bugs or complain about our support, please use our Help Desk System. When 6 months free support is ended, to get support and bug fixing service, you need to pay fee $30 per support month for us (pay per month). 4.3. Upgrades Policy CRM4Ecommerce.COM do upgrades regularly to add new requests from customers or make products work with newer versions of Platforms. Customers who purchased product from CRM4Ecommerce will get update for that product. They can download update packages from My downloadable section after logged in. We also keep customers with update information by email newsletter monthly. 11
